Vast... The space is huge including a cool patio setup just outside the rollaway warehouse doors. It's a real working brewery but you can tell they try hard to make it look great. Kind, welcoming and knowledgable service, plus some really great beers. I heard there are food trucks when busy otherwise no kitchen. read more

Pure Project is one of my favorite breweries in all of San Diego county. Whenever I'm in the mood for a brewski, this is my #1 choice. Their dark beers are always on point. I've never had a stout I didn't like. One of my personal favorites is milagro on nitro. There's plenty of seating- inside and out. They're prepared for cold winter nights with heaters. Want to sit inside? Plenty of seats by the bar, regular tables for 4, even a few couches....you'll find what works for you. Now, this brewery has set the standard for dogs friendly! Yes, breweries are dog friendly, but just because they let dogs in doesn't really mean they're dog friendly. I've started calling them dog tolerant. Pure is 100% dog friendly. Need a dog water bowl? No problem. Treats? Sure- there's a big dog treat container at the counter (and I think another location too). 5 stars for Pure! See you in 2026! read more

Decided to check out this brewery after tasting one of their beers at a local restaurant, and it was definitely worth the trip. It's a quaint place located in a business park. Parking was easy which was great, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Outside the brewery by the entrance, there's outdoor seating (benches & umbrellas) and a food vendor. We walked in and sat at the bar. There were lots of seating areas in the brewery as well. One of the bartenders, Jake, was absolutely awesome! He gave us some tips on what to order and he was patient and very helpful in answering our questions. It was a great menu with many types of drinks to choose from. We ordered a flight which was a great deal, (5) 5oz beers for the price of 4. We picked the Cherry Limeade (hard seltzer), the Tropical Mist, Brass Bell, Mango Bramble (hard smoothie), and the Uncovered Roots. After our flight, we ended with our "dessert", the Spiced Apple Slush and the Corylus. There wasn't a drink we didn't like. Each drink we tried was either crisp, refreshing or smooth, all with great flavor. Not normally a beer drinker myself, these beers and hard seltzers/ciders were off the hook! So much so, we bought some to take home and for gifting. Overall, it was a great experience. The employees were friendly, personable and helpful. I really enjoy coming to this hidden location in an industrial section of Vista. On my last visit, I met about 10 friends after attending an outdoor concert. It was perfect. They have long picnic tables set up so we all could fit and sit together. They have quite a few different seating areas both inside and outside to accommodate whatever you may need. When we arrived, the sun was setting, and the sky was really pretty all around us . We tried seltzers, we tried stouts, hazy's and a few other things. They are very generous, informed and patient as they let you taste the various options before making your choice. I like to do their tasting board when I come, because I always discover something new. I'm not a beer drinker, but they have some fruity tasting beers! This place has A LOT of seating area! Both inside and outside. I'm not sure if the Woodfield pizza is there all the time, but there was woodfire pizza available for purchase. About 20$/pizza.. They also had snacks inside for purchase. Pet friendly. Definitely one of my favorite breweries to visit in North County and also one of my favorite breweries to drink at! I've came here a few times on a weekday afternoon (like 3 pm) and it's not so crowded here. Parking could get pretty packed but I come when it's not as busy so it's not so bad. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming as well. They allow me to have small samples to see how some drinks taste like and it makes me decide if I want to get that drink or if I want to drink something else. All their drinks have been so good and definitely not disappointing. The best drink so far has been their anniversary beer, which is called One of Us. Definitely grab it while you still can before it's gone! I'm really happy they're located in Vista, which is close to me, so I can visit here much more often! read more

I have been here before and it is one of the best breweries currently in San Diego. They have a beer style for every beer lover. Sours, to stouts to IPAs and Lagers. They do them all very well. The service is always polite and helpful when selecting a beer. The layout is pretty good. There is a nice bar area, some private tables and a separated area off to the right side. Sort of your typical industrial brewery with a nice tasting room. I came here for a local club's meeting and decided to grab some food as well, which was very good. They decided to offer us a tour of the brewery and a sample out of the bright tank! Great tour, beer and experience. read more

This place is one of my favorite local breweries, I can always get a great sour beer here. They have a large selection of beer to choose from all very balanced and fresh, I have had most of them but I prefer the sour and smoothie beers from here. Awesome beers! Aside from what they have on tap, they always have a great selection of barrel aged goodness in the fridge. Everything is yummy, from the darks to their sours. Tried to think of a favorite, but I can't think of anything that stands out.. They are all great! Pure Project is by far my favorite brewery to go to, this location specifically. The staff is always so engaging the moment you walk in. I appreciate the fresh ingredients, hops used in the beer. To me, the water tasted old ( I know -makes no sense). It had a very earthy note to it like the coolers weren't adequately cleaned. Would definitely go back!!

The dish had pork belly instead of bacon, and shrimp. THe texture of the grits was very good, not too runny or too thick. The shrimp seemed good quality and not chewy or rubbery. I really enjoyed the dish and would order it again. The chilaquiles were an interesting take, not at all what you're normal chilaquiles would be. They come with lamb but we substituted with chicken. They were covered with a type of hollandaise sauce and we both thought they were good. I also ordered a breakfast shot that had bourbon in it, and a piece of pork belly on the top, and a shot of orange juice. It was pretty strong and very good. I would definitely order this one again, and the piece of pork belly they added on top was perfect. I can't wait to go back to check out their happy hour, it looks like they have an awesome menu, and they even do it on the weekends.

The only idea we had was the beer cheese should be the go to cheese for everything - it was so good it definitely elevated the nachos for us.

My two downsides to the ramen are: 1. It doesn't include the typical ramen egg (it's an additional $2) and 2. the chashu portion is ridiculous--they give 2 measly pieces that are like 1/6" thick. While it's good I'd only return if I was too lazy to make the drive to convoy (which is why I went in the first place).
