Found this place online. And when looking at menu found they had some online specials that fit our needs well. We ordered 10 wings spicy garlic, 10 wings Jamaican jerk, 1 XL 2 topping and 1 XL specialty. Total was $76.55. Wings were super good. Both flavors were spot on though my fave was the Jamaican Jerk. They were spicier to me than the spicy garlic. Husband ate almost the whole thin crust pepperoni and sausage and he is a picky pizza eater! The Amore Roma could have been a little crisper for me but the dough was yummy and the right thickness for hand tossed. We ordered for pick up and our GPS took us to a parking lot half a mile shy of the actual location. So I put in the actual address instead of business name and we got there without any more delay. The counter worker was pleasant and helpful. Nice little walk up area with some tables outdoors to sit and eat. No real parking lot of their own so needed to park at the adjoining businesses to walk up. Will order again from here as it was good value and great food. read more

Pizza World Express - next to the Go Karts Pretty good pizza! The best "By the Slice" I've had in a long time. I did get lucky, I ordered when the pizza was in the oven. It was piping out for minutes. I had to wait a few minutes to let it cool down and stop the toppings from sliding off. 3 pepperoni slices for 9.97, the best $10 I spent in Branson... so far. Slices weren't evenly cut, but the cheese had the small brown "bubbles", always a sign of great pizza. Downside it's just a stand with some outside seating. Bonus, it's right next to an awesome Go- Kart track. In fact, you walk over the track to get to Pizza World Express. Finally, their parking lot is tough to find. It apparently shares the Go Kart Track's lot. read more

I wish that 3 1/2 stars were an option! We got an awesome coupon from the resort and figured we'd give it a try after a long drive to get to town. I called for carryout and our order was ready within the time promised. My niece had the Chicken Alfredo pizza and LOVED it. I ordered the pepperoni. Unfortunately three slices of the pepperoni pizza were missing cheese on 1/3 of each slice. The flavor was good, the crust enjoyable, and my niece's pizza had all toppings throughout, so 4 stars instead of 3. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating right in the heart of Branson action. We came over from the amusement park to get something to eat, the sun was beaming pretty hard so we went inside and asked if we can put up an umbrella and we were told yes. When we started putting up an umbrella a lady that works here came out and yelled at us to stop. After we stop she proceeded to yell at us and said the other employee didn't know what he was doing. Customer service on the phone and at order pick up was excellent. Restaurant was very clean looking and smelled delicious. Ordered twenty piece dry rub wings they were slightly spicy and had just a hint of sweet, they were not small scrawny wing, but nice plump sizes. Definitely scrumptious. We went with an all time family favorite pizza, pepperoni on hand tossed, that was a great choice. The crust was tender and cooked through, sauced evenly and thoroughly. I would have given a better review because the food was yummy. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings and they were delicious. They get two stars because the customer service was terrible. I get they are overworked as there is a help wanted sign and it was busy (not crowded) but literally ignoring customers who are asking them questions and staff rolling their eyes when customers asked for napkins a plate is appalling. The customers in front of me were allowed to dine in and were served with plates and utensils. I was served in a to go box and told the dinning room was closed. We ordered right after them and it was still a 1/2 hour before they closed. Hope they find better staff because like i said the food was yummy but the atmosphere was not. read more

I actually like Pizza Worlds pizzas but the service is so horrible I can't recommend this place. I called in a pizza for pick up once and arrived 25 minutes later (as instructed) and paid. After waiting 10 attention minutes I waved down one of the few employees I saw and asked where my food was and it turns out. They overlooked it and hadn't even started it yet. I waited another 20 minutes. *update- Today I ordered a Calzone online. I even got an email confirming that they received it and that it would be ready in 20minutes. I arrived exactly 20minutes later. 0 customers and they hadn't started my order. Another 15min (and after waving an employee down again) and I get my order. The calzone is so small it fits in a personal pan pizza box (8 inch box). Very disappointing. Avoid this place. read more

I'm visiting Branson for vacation and since the front desk gave us coupons we decided to try this on our first night here. We left the condo and didn't have the coupons and just went anyway. So we ordered the Meat Grande Wow with extra cheese and added onions. $1.50 each for the extra toppings. Now that wasn't a problem. I guess we expected a lot. The menu shows all these meats and as we looked at the finished product we're like this is it??? The menu said "loads of pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon, ground beef, Italian sausage, pork sausage and salami" The key word was LOADS and we spent $26 dollars. Now the pizza was good but I guess the expectations were to high. We were visiting Branson - myself and 4 other family members. We were tired the first night here and decided to order pizza in. The front desk gave us a coupon for a free pizza if we ordered $15, so we thought what the heck! They had a special on the menu for a large pizza and 10 chx wings for $19.99 so we ordered that and was going to order the "free pizza" and was told we couldn't combine those specials. Ok fine - didn't realize so we ordered everything separately. Pizza came and we all started eating it and BAM! It hit everyone at the same time, the pizza was SPICY as hell! One of our party cannot handle spicy food so we called to ask if there was a mistake on the order. I was told - Italian sausage and pepperoni are "always" spicy. Ummm no, they aren't. The menu should state if it is spicy. So after disagreeing with them, they finally said they would remake a pizza and send it over. I thanked them. Pizza arrived 30 minutes later, I answered the door and the delivery man was there with the pizza. I got the pizza and thanked him and then he goes "I need to take the other pizza back". I was like, what?!? Nobody said anything about sending the old pizza back and the guys had polished it off with the exception of one piece. There was only one person who couldn't eat spicy food and if it was spicy - it should have been notated on the menu. The delivery driver was visibly annoyed and said he would take care of it with the manager. Seriously, take the old pizza back - to what? Throw it in the trash?!? Unbelievable. To ensure there is no "fraud". How is it fraud if it was said that one of the party cannot eat spicy food - but the rest of the party can. Ridiculous. The rest of the party could manage the pizza - the spicy should have been notated on the menu so that there is complete clarity. We placed a delivery order, paid by phone, and after 1 hour of waiting, called multiple times before someone picked up to check on the status of the delivery. They assured us it was on the way. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called the location, who informed me they sent the order to a closer location which they transferred me to. I then spoke with a very rude gentleman who stated he didn't get my order until 5:42 and it will go out once he gets through all of the phone calls. I then tried to get him to pin down a time that we should expect the food, as I have kids, and he said 10-15 minutes and then hung up on me. If you're looking for good customer service, this place is not it, if you're looking for speed and efficiency, I would also advise against it. I would seek out better service and pizza. Just ok pizza. It's priced high for what it is. We ate in once and had a carry out once. Both times we were at the temporary outdoor ice rink. It's conveniently located for that. Also next to Andy's. A bunch of girls were celebrating something or just roll in like a ten deep gang. They went to Andy's after and brought it back in. There was a single lady taking orders and waiting tables and busing tables. She was nice but overworked. You could expect a delay because of it. For an inexpensive, kid friendly pizza buffet, I thought it was quite good. They always kept the buffet full. I liked that there was grilled chicken wings, chicken nuggets and cannelloni, in addition to the salad and pizza. I was addicted to the white pizza with garlic and artichokes! And the dessert pizza was delish. The salad bar was fresh with a nice selection- though I wish the dressings had been labeled. I recommend putting your dressing in the side- I ended up with a dressing that was far to sweet for me, and could only make it through half my salad before I had to give up (just saw a video about food wastage, so felt guilty). "Chicken wings" are hard and don't have any bbq sauce or anything to go on the side. Salad bar is okay. Pizza has been sitting for awhile. Manicotti and the garlic bread were the two best things. I have been to this location many times and have yet to be disappointed. The pizza is great; the crust has a lot of flavor and, even on the buffet, food is always hot and fresh. I especially love their sandwiches. For a quick meal or something delivered to your hotel, this can't be beat. From reading the other reviews, there have been some bad experiences. But this restaurant does not, in any way, deserve a one-star rating! I highly recommend eating here. I don't find the prices to be unreasonable, either.
