Really disappointing pizza & way over priced. Much better off at Old School or Vic's!

Being from out of town and stuck in a motel room my choices were delivery or starve. I ordered a pizza from here and was just ok. Not the best I've had (that's Silo's in Lake Forrest IL) or the worst, but just ok. Price was about on par for what you'd expect it to be. I guess if your hungry this would do the job. read more

Pretty good and cheap!!! I had an entertainment coupon book coupon but when I came to pick it up, the cashier let me know that he gave me the $7.99 for each pizza deal that was even better than using the entertainment coupon. He suggested to use it for a specialty pizza. Nice guy! The pizza was made fast and even though it was a carryout to Tumwater, it was still pretty hot and tasty. Delicious pizza with excellent dough which is a crispy thinner dough. Toppings are fresh and add to a very good pizza although on the expensive side. read more

We had a pizza and some delicious sweet bread delivered to our hotel room in Olympia and were very surprised by how tasty and hot everything was. Both the person who took our order and the delivery driver were very courteous and kind. As a bonus, both items were still tasty the next morning for breakfast! read more

Pizza is always really good, one of the better carry out options in town. They've got discounts on carry out pizzas, which is usually $1 off the price each. We don't get the specialties, usually just a pepperoni and bacon, and it's always hot and cheesy, crust is good, not burnt or undercooked. Ordered at 8:50. Checked my order at 9:40. Said it was scheduled for tomorrow at 10am. Store said they couldn't move up the order on their end, contact the service you ordered from. Got in touch with Eat24 to move my order up, Eat24 contacted Pizza Time. Pizza Time said they weren't accepting online orders and cancelled my order. I guess the employees are lazy liars. read more

So the only reason for the low review does not have to do with quality of food but more because twice now we have attempted to put in an order, received a price and confirmation the order was in and were even able to check a "status" on it and some how a pizza never arrives at our house. Granted it was ordered with cash so no money out of pocket but more the inconvenience of it never coming and then either going to bed hungry or making other plans. read more

For fast/casual pizza, it's the best in town. Beats out BCP by a fair margin. Great slice prices. Cheapest delivery fee around.

Hate to write negative reviews about local business but I won't be going here ever again. Ordered a pizza, went in to pick it up, stated my name and that I ordered the Athenian. Looked like the guy at the counter was confused but handed me over a pizza. Got home and realized it wasn't what I ordered, called, explained, brought it back in (as they asked) for the right one. Same guy at the counter tries to blame it on me, saying with "tone" that he had asked if I got the XL pizza and I had confirmed (apparently incorrectly). The pizza's have people's NAMES on the orders. I don't work there. I don't memorize if the 14" is a large or extra large. So they made a new pizza, took my old one (that they asked I bring in) and assumably threw away an entire pizza that they could have offered to let me keep. They had also charged me previously for the XL and didn't offer to refund me for the now-large pizza they remade for me. I'm not petty and not keen on making a big deal out of nothing especially for a $2 difference, but again, just sh*t customer service. Thousands of restaurant employees are out of a job bc of covid19, businesses are struggling (maybe not pizza?), and I was trying to support a local business when I could have happily eaten at home. Asking that this restaurant train their employees on customer service. Again, literally thousands out of work right now. Do I need to add I've been on the service end of restaurant work for over 10 years? Anyway, only Old School from here on out. read more

This is as bad as pizza gets. We were in Olympia on Memorial day at the kids museum and many things were closed or busy. We got a jumbo pizza at Pizza Time and I have to say it is possibly one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. My whole family felt ill after. My wife had a bad stomach ache. I just felt nauseous like I ate something bad. My kids who love pizza barely ate any. The cheese was like this ultra soft strange consistency like it was fake mozzarella. It looked just like real pizza cheese but it did not feel or taste like it. I've had reheated frozen pizza that was better than this. Be warned. read more

I learned about them from a co-worker who'd order in pizza the nights we'd have to work late and loved it..... I've never had an unpleasant experience and it's always been consistently delicious. My brothers are just as picky about pizza as I am, and this is one of the only places we agree on. I'd choose them over any of the chain pizza joints in the area any day. read more

Pizza was good, jalapeño sticks were good as well, mozzarella sticks were rather disappointing though. It's like they weren't cooked enough.

Seriously, talk about customer service! I never eat out anymore because it's just not worth it... the food is always mediocre and customer service isn't the same as it use to be. When ordering a custom recommendation made by an awesome employee, Kyle, who wasn't working at the time, the service on staff actually CALLED Kyle to check the custom order. It was a little spicy but that just meant I didn't have to share the wings. Jumbo chicken bacon ranch pizza, salad, and custom wings... those and the service are definitely worth convenience funds! This place has the worst customer service. The pizza isn't even very good. Would have rather just got dominos or papa johns. They put no sauce on my pizza and then when I called they told me it was pretty much my problem. Then the guy on the phone put the manager on the phone, he was so rude he told me there is no way that he made a mistake. I asked him if he could at least send a guy out on the next route to just bring some sauce he said sure and then hung up. Over an hour passes and someone shows up with the sauce. Worst experience ever ordering pizza from somewhere and not good quality at all especially for the price. Frozen is just as good or better. read more

I thought I'd try this place again...and tried delivery and someone tells me he showed and and waited 20 minutes..(impossible and no phone call??????). then I call 10 minutes after expected delivery time to see what's the delay.. and I am told repeatedly that i was not home. Long story short... nothing bad to say about the food...however I won't be coming back. I can't tell you how frustrating when someone NOT THE DRIVER...is there telling you you're not at home...when you're actually at home quite hungry. No more for me. Thanks. read more

the most God awful pizza I've ever had anywhere I would highly recommend never order the pizza here again the crust is as people have said disgusting they loaded the pizza with salt if you want a salt pizza you should buy this but if you want a normal pizza I would strongly suggest going somewhere else because this place is the worst and i also agree the prices are absurd for these shingle of crap read more

I've tried several of their pizzas and don't think there is a place in Thurston County that can compare. The pizzas are very flavorful with yummy crust! As a side note, I know Pizza Time does a lot for charities in the area, so I'm very happy to support them! Keep up the good work and community involvement, Pizza Time. read more

I eat a lot of pizza at different cities when I travel. This one doesn't stick out as particularly good. They did have a really nice spinach salad that hit the spot. I got a 20 for 12 deal on yelp but they said they didn't deliver. No problem, I was less than a mile from there. But walking at night in that part of Olympia can make you VERY paranoid even if you are not on drugs or high out of your mind like most of the illustrious citizens I encountered. Made me wonder why all the other pizza places in town were closed right after 9 pm. When I got there, someone who introduced themselves as the "manager" had no idea about the yelp deal or how it works. It took her about a half hour to figure out how much and how exactly to charge me and make the deal work. I was regretting this adventure until she said I only owed her 4 more dollars, I gave her a $5 and she returned $4. Ok, so you made up for wasting my time in a sketchy neighborhood where even Kurt Cobain would've been afraid. This was only one experience so, I don't know, give them a try during the day. read more

Literally the worst service I've had in my entire life. I have no clue how good the food is as I didn't even get to eat it. I ordered a single medium pizza. An hour and a half later (the order was delayed by about 30 minutes from the maximum promised delivery time as soon as I ordered it) I requested an update. The Eat24 app stated they needed more time. I immediately got a call from the restaurant who informed me that they had forgotten about my order. Not only that, I was told that they would not be making my food and that I would be going hungry tonight. If you thought it couldn't get any worse, you were wrong: I already paid, but they told me that they couldn't refund it because it was charged through the Eat24 app (EDIT: This has been corrected and isn't an issue any longer). Absolute worst ever experience with any restaurant in the area. I may have to issue a credit card chargeback just to not have to pay for literally not getting to eat anything. EDIT: I got Eat24 to refund the order thankfully so that's not an issue. read more

Literally the worst food that I have ever paid money for! We ordered delivery here twice. The first time the food was so bad, we ended up throwing the entire pizza in the trash (the dog refused to eat any of it) and heating up some frozen chicken nuggets! We decided to give them another shot as it is only one of two delivery places in our area, and they out did themselves! The food they delivered was absolutely inedible. I picked up a wing and put it on my plate and (naturally) licked the sauce off my finger and almost gagged! The cheese bread was lacking in cheese but absolutely drenched in grease, amazing how you could achieve one without the other! The pizza not only looked disgusting but tasted like salty garbage. It was under cooked and the not so fresh looking toppings were sparse and non existent on some of the slices. I wouldn't recommend that anyone pay money for this food! The only good thing that I can say is that the service was friendly and delivery was fast. The only thing that didn't taste terrible was the two liter of ruby red squirt, and I'm thanking my lucky stars for it now because I am still trying to get the after taste of that nasty wing out of my mouth...No joke! read more

If I could give Olympia Pizza time zero stars, I would! Called at 8:50 pm (put on hold for 9 mins) and asked if they would deliver and they said yes. Order a pepperoni pizza with pineapple medium. Provided address and my card info. I received a call back from them to verified my address 5 mins after I ordered. Then we received another call back from the manager at 9:35pm saying we live in extend delivery area (I googled it and we live 12 minutes away so not sure what is considered extended area) and the order must be over $20. She then says they cant add to my order at this point and it would prolong the delivery. She blamed the mistake on a new employee. Didn't give me a option to pick up, because I would of drove 12 mins because, I asked if they would deliver bc I looked up their closing time. I am not going to recommend this restaurant or give it a second chance. I'm going to make sure my friends and family know about this experience. Thank Olympia Pizza Time for this terrible customer service and making my decision easier to order pizza from. read more
