Great and patient service. With so many options it took a while to figure out what I really wanted. They do have a special where you can get a 1 topping personal with a drink. The kids opted for an olive pizza. The personal pie is a good size for kids to share. I also had to try the paneer pizza. I went with the paneer makhani since it's less spicy than the Tandoori one. I love paneer makhani, I love pizza but I'm not a fan of them together. But it's not a fault of the place just a personal preference. The prices could be a little less but I understand. Terrible experience at Pizza Studio -- my first visit and definitely my last. The cashier or manager was extremely rude and either doesn't know basic English or only knows two words: "Not possible." He kept repeating that for everything I tried to order, at least six times, with no suggestions or help at all. He was so loud and dismissive that I left without even getting a pizza -- just because of his behavior. He badly needs customer service training on how to talk to people and suggest solutions instead of turning them away. Very disappointing. A pizza restaurant in the Newport mall is the last place I would expect great pizza that is comparable to standalone pizza restaurants across NJ but Pizza Studio definitely left an impression on me. I order the Truffled Pizza that has alfredo sauce, spinach, garlic, and mozerrella and parmasean cheeses. The pizza is not greasy and is still somewhat light and crispy and the toppings are fresh, adding to the overall mix of complex flavors. While pizza is usually straight forward in taste, pizza studio makes pizza taste complex and fulfilling while not going crazy with size and grease. Overall, it's a great addition to the Newport Mall and should not be overlooked for the other brand names. Pros - Amazing, complex flavors with thoughtfully-flavored signature pizzas - Pizza sizes are ideal and ingredients are clearly high quality - Staff were super helpful and genuinely kind Cons - The time to cook can around 5 minutes or so but not unreasonable at all. I am not even sure from where to start how amazing this place is. One of the best pizzas I have had in recent history...and the best thing about it is the variety of crust options you get! From rosemary & herb to firecracker to cauliflower crust (well three I tried lol), and all of them were one better than the next. The crust doesn't feel as if I am eating the dough at all, which often happens at many pizza places. No. All of them tasted so good and had something to offer to my taste buds. Both the sauces I tried were delicious and so were the toppings. In a busy mall, to get a pizza this fast which is customized according to my taste is sooo rare. I absolutely loved it. I am definitely planning to be back to eat here again and also try out some new flavors. What I also loved about this place is how friendly the service staff was, especially Foram! crazy how good the pizza here is! not your standard mall food - they make the pizza from scratch in front of you, and it comes out piping hot and fresh. the prices are not bad for what you get either, they're like ~$10.50 before tax/tip and that's an entire meal. they have some really delicious sounding pre-made pizzas like a truffled mushroom one or a meat lovers-ish one (which is what i got) but you can make your own as well! i liked that you can customize literally everything and the workers don't skimp on the toppings. read more

I saw that PizzaStudio made a Gluten Free/Vegan pizza so I knew I had to give it a try! :) It was sooo good, and believe me when I say that most GF/Vegan pizzas at other places (and I've tried many) are NOT good lol. But Pizza Studio nailed it! I had a strange issue with the Doordash delivery, so I called PizzaStudio directly and the owner herself came and delivered another pizza to me. It is really hard to eat pizza while having a lot of dietary restrictions, so it meant a lot to me that not only do they make a GF/Vegan pizza but also the owner would go out of her way to make sure I was taken of. I usually don't leave reviews but the customer service here was above and beyond any expectations I could have ever gone in with. I'm Muslim so I have to follow halal dietary restrictions, which means there can't be cross contamination between halal products and non halal products. I asked the person taking my order to clean the knife used to cut the pizza to adhere to my dietary restrictions and he made sure that his co workers were well aware of this. I watched as all the employees respected my request and made sure to change their gloves and clean everything before processing my order (I kid you not, I almost started crying because this kind of care was so unexpected). A huge shoutout to Shaishae, Agustin, Irfan, and Justin!! The prices here are very fair and my cheese pizza tasted great, will definitely be coming back! read more
