I actually prefer it sans pepperoni because it's a lot less greasy and there's a lot to savor there that meat eclipses. It's also a generous amount of food if you're hungry and want leftovers, usually they're just as great the next day. I might not be able to return to regular crust! In fact, I was full after one slice, but I really wanted more. I have no idea how they get the perfectly baked texture throughout, but I have no doubt in my mind Marcello's is an amazing choice for a pie. If you're new to the area, you won't be disappointed.
