    We finally tried Angelos Brick Oven. This is a brick oven…read morestyle that you can taste in the crust! Even cheese melt, blended nicely with sauce and crust. Not a lot of pull though. Sauce was a little bland and slighlty higher ratio than I prefer, but not too much. I did pick up. They do have several tables with a very Casual atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Order was ready at specified time. Note: I love Pizza! All kinds of Pizza! And I am a self proclaimed pizza snob. I truly believe you can taste the ingredient quality. That said, I have a new Pizza specific scale below evaluating the cheese quality, sauce balance, crust flavor/structure, style execution, and overall value. 4.0 Solid pizza; something slightly off, though I still recommend and will order again. Pizza-specific scale: .5 Cheese Quality & Performance: Flavor (milky, rich, balanced--not bland or rubbery). Melt quality. Stretch without greasiness. Stays put (doesn't slide off in one dramatic bite) .5 Sauce Flavor, Texture & Ratio : Flavor depth (brightness, seasoning, balance) Texture (not watery, not paste) Ratio to cheese (supporting role, not the main character) 1. Crust Flavor, Texture & Structure 1. Style Execution & Balance: Does it nail its intended style? Ingredient harmony 1. Overall Satisfaction & Value: Would I order it again?
