I ordered a slice of white pizza with spinach/onions and a magherita slice. The crust is light, airy, crispy and nicely cooked. The only thing was I had to hold it up, or else the toppings would have flopped right off. The flavor is pretty good for both slices. I kind of wish they had more ricotta on the white pizza. I think there was less cheese on the slices, but as a result there was a lot less oil coming from the slices. Even when I looked at my plate I could see no oil stain remnants that you typically always get from most pizza. There was a definite char on one of the slices. I don't exactly love it to be charred really, but it didn't make the pizza taste horrible. Badamos is a good and unique restaurant. It is worth going at least once, or twice.
