Very filling (I even have left overs for lunch tomorrow). Home made dressings were delicious too! Hubby had a ginormous Reuben sandwich which he said is one of the best he's ever eaten (also has lunch for tomorrow). Service was splendid and our server was very friendly!

What an improvement over the tiny little order-at-the-counter spot with the free wine and rickety folding chairs! The food was good before, and it's still good, but the place is now a full service, upstairs-downstairs cozy spot. We had fried pickles, a sunshine salad (as a side salad), and a couple of hot dogs--the bacon dog and the Picklesburgh dog. Pickles were a tiny bit greasy but crunchy and substantial. The side salad was absolutely delicious with lots of textures and crunch, both acidic and a little sweet all at the same time. I would order it as a dinner salad for sure. I didn't try the bacon dog, but my husband liked it. The Picklesburgh dog was a delicious mess--truly, it was so messy--but it was crunchy and salty and briny, and totally worth ordering next time I'm in the mood for a dog. I shouldn't have waited so long to go back to Brick and Mortar; I'm glad we finally checked it out.

The space is clean, wide open and very inviting. When I walked in, the staff greeted me and asked if I had any questions. When I mentioned that it was my first time at the location, they told me a little about the concept and the restaurant. I learned that it is a chain, but this is the only location in the area. And although it is a chain, they do their best to get local ingredients. The basic concept is that you build your bowl. There is a child size (which you can get 6 toppings on) and an adult portion that you can get 12 toppings on. You first choose your base. They have several different types of greens and two different types of rice. Then you choose your meat. There are several "standard" meats that are included in the base price, but you can pay anywhere from $1-$5 to upgrade to meats like lamb or specialty chicken. I was able to sample a few of the meats which helped me land on my choice of the honey chicken (which was a $1 up charge). Then you move to the ingredients. They have a wide variety of things from two different types of hummus, feta cheese, olives, various grains and other veggies (like marinated cucumbers). They let me sample some of those as well while I was deciding. And they put the ingredients in a ring around the bowl, so you are able to choose when and how you want to mix everything up. It could be a challenging place if you have decision fatigue, but there really are a lot of tasty options. The bowl comes with a small piece of pita bread. Overall, I love the concept of this restaurant, recommend it and will definitely be back!

Its a decent serving size for an appetizer. I enjoyed it. The nachos were surprisingly tasty. When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. It was really good but I was already so stuffed from the nachos that I couldn't finish it. Its for the sweet tooth folks. The general space is all sports themed as expected. Quite spacious. Seems like the perfect place to come after work for a beer...and nachos!

Our table tried a lot more of the food including a pizza with the garlic sauce instead of red sauce (delicious), crème brûlée donut (amazing), spinach dip (decent and much better than it looked), brownie sundae (looked great and friends said it was), nachos (also looked good and included lettuce, which is a nice touch). The drinks were also very good! The sound wasn't the best for the Super Bowl/commercials. I couldn't hear some of what was said in commercials, but I record the game, so I'll watch some of them again later. I still hope we go there again next year for the Super Bowl. It was a lot of fun.

The space is nicely decorated and well thought through, with some food travel content playing on a screen in the background in case you need to be distracted for a few minutes and wait for your order. The staff and owner seem very dedicated to delivering a high quality experience, even during a dinner rush with a refreshing number of orders passing through. In terms of the food, I switched up a few things and tried some different items this time. The tod mun was interesting and worth a try. My understanding is that it's pretty classic Thai street food: fried fish fritters/cakes with dipping sauce. The tom yum soup was maybe a quarter step back from what I remember, but a squeeze of lime fixed that. The kra pao seafood was interesting and worth a try, but not life changing. The Panang curry was deeply flavorful with extremely fresh ingredients. I continue to believe that this is one of the best Thai restaurants in the region, and there's quite a bit of competition out there. Maybe not the absolute best, but it's absolutely in the running.
