Love their pizzas! We have ordered from the pizza shack several times I'm trying to get my mother to venture out away from Domino's. Anyway, the last couple of times we have ordered from them. Our pizzas have been delicious! They are very consistent a little pricey, but well worth it. I definitely recommend the pizza shack! read more

Best pizza in the Madison/Jackson area hands down. They definitely will not disappoint. And they always go over and beyond on toppings! Always HOT! read more

Pizza is above average. Price is very expensive. $30 for a regular pie. They seam to have a very high turnover rate that results is under trained personnel. In our last order it was completely wrong even though it was ordered online. Manager was unavailable when we called. He called back after a while refused a refund and offered a coupon. We declined. Lesson learned trust but verify. I had less sticker shock on my new truck! read more

I would rate this a zero star if I could. The wings were a decent size but were so mushy. I ordered the Greek pizza and instantly regretted it as I saw that they didn't sell gyros sandwiches but were going to put gyro meat on a pizza. We ordered a pitcher of Michelob ultra that was flat. . My son liked the cheese pizza so I guess they have earned the 1 star. read more

Best pizza around! Pricy but with it! Try the Cajun Joe or the supreme. The cheese breadsticks are to die for! Homemade ranch is great, too! read more

Always great pizza, good beer selection friendly staff, entertainment for the kids with ping pong fooseball etc.

This was our first time at this spot. We were greeted with friendly, smiling staff and the place was very clean. The pizza tasted great. We had the carnivore and the chicken Alfredo. Both pizzas had a lot of toppings, especially the chicken! Thick, perfectly cooked chicken breast. We will definitely come again! The kids also enjoyed the foosball. read more

I love the quality of the ingredients and taste of their pizza. I watch my gluten intake and I think Pizza Shack has the best gluten free/sensitive pizza in the Jackson area! Very friendly and attentive staff when you walk in for take out. read more

Best pizza in Madison! A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Fresh ingredients and they do not skimp on the toppings.

Excellent pizza, you get your money's worth of toppings on it. Sturdy pizza, great toppings, great taste. Restaurant is super clean, open, has outdoor umbrella seating, and a great music station playing that lets you enjoy it without being overbearing. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs with a quality establishment. Plenty of parking with everything stocked. I've never been let down by the pizza quality, also always have to take some leftovers home. read more

We won a gift certificate to this location, and so we decided to try it out last night. Right off the bat, we were impressed. The location is a good bit different from the Jackson location, and I like that about it. Immediately upon walking in, it gives a very comfortable and clean vibe. The restaurant is spacious and has outdoor seating as well. They have plenty of options on the menu, but we went with the Thai Chicken, which we had never tried. It was fantastic. I am a fan of pizza that is heavy on toppings as opposed to mostly dough. This one was just that. We had a ton of chicken on it. The cheese was perfectly melted and the peppers were just right, too. To boot, the crust was great as well. All around, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Additionally, the young men that were working were very polite and helpful. We are eager to return here to try more yummy pizza. read more

BBQ pizza with ranch dip. Buy it, dip it, eat it. Any pizza they make is better than any competitor in the area.

This is my family's pizza of choice in Madison. I've tried the ANDY'S BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN, HAWAIIAN, and BBQ. It's hard to pick a favorite from those three! I recommend the thin crust. It is still loaded with toppings, so you get more of the taste of the toppings than you do in the traditional crust. If you're looking for fresh, hot, and crowd-pleasing pizza is Madison, this in your place. read more

Eater beware! This could be addictive for the pickiest taste buds. Portions are plentiful and the taste is 2nd to none. Highly recommend the carnivore which is the all meat. For me I like to go lite on the sausage and add extra cheese. Cheese bread is great and feeds a family of 5 easily. We also like the bbq, margarita, and their supreme version. This particular location is great for kids equipped with Thomas train, arcade game and a foozball. For the soul shine and lost pizzza die hards be careful - I've converted a number of you at Pizza shack. read more

My husband and I dined for lunch here and we really enjoyed it. First I noticed how clean and neat the place was. Second the service was fast and friendly. Third the subs were great! Fresh bread and plenty of meat. We will return! read more

I loved my build your own sandwich. Not very many places offer Gouda cheese. It's my favorite. My sandwich consisted of turkey, bacon, black and green olives and mushrooms. It was great. My daughter got a small pepperoni pizza. It was four pieces. It was super greasy if you like greasy pizza. I do, but she doesn't so she only ate one piece. We will most definitely come back. Can't wait to try their speciality pizzas! read more

The pizza here is fantastic. It's is made the way pizza should be made therefore it is filling, unlike chain pizza restaurants. The amount of time it took to make my pizza was satisfactory. I was ok with the price being a bit more than most pizza places because of the amount of and quality of toppings. We ordered a Medium Italian Cowboy(without red onion) and an order of their cheese sticks. I was a little disappointed with the staff. No one was rude, but they just seemed unknowledgeable and a little confused. The restaurant appeared to be clean. Overall this was a good experience and we will definitely be back. read more

After spending 10 minutes on the phone to confirm that they are able to deliver to my address, they tell me that in order to place a delivery order, I need to hang up and go do that on-line to order. You can however, place an order on the phone if you pick it up? Does this make sense as a practical way to grow your business? read more

This place is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff members are lovely, and the pizza is phenomenal. I ordered a small Thai chicken pizza upon the suggestion of a staff member (I asked what his favorite was.) and it blew my mind. Fresh shredded chicken, peanut sauce, crunchy veggies, and globs of perfectly melted mozzarella on a hearty crust made my evening. I absolutely love this place and was charmed. I'll certainly be back. read more

Simply the best pizza around. They use the best ingredients, and have amazing dough. Always love it - especially the carnivore!!

One of the few pizza restaurants that still have anchovies!! Portions are large. New thin crust is fantastic

The pizza was great and the service was great. Even though we had curbside service the person was wonderful.

Good pizza. Meh eating inside. 1. TV on the CBS news. It's Saturday night and it's dead inside. Why? 2. Dirty booths 3. Kids meal is a small pizza, a tiny juice box and some artisan chips that no kid will eat. Ever. 4. Busted soda machine/ flat drinks 5. Doesn't serve pizza by the slice at night. It was 5:30? 6. A foosball game for the kids to play. And by play I mean constantly throwing the white ball on the ground and under tables. read more

Decent pizza. The dough was a little too think for my taste but they were generous with the toppings. Got the gyro pizza and it was very enjoyable. A nice combination of gyro meat, onion, feta, and black olives. I like how they also serve beer here as well. The place is very clean and they have a little area with a foosball table and PacMan. Let's just start off by saying I I have been shopping with this particular Pizza shack all offortification for a few years nowAnd last Saturday. Was the worst service I have ever gotten My initial cashier was pleasant and that wasn't the problem She kept telling me that my card was Declined even though I was using a visa now card so when she printed me the receipt that said the decline also showed me my balance I have well over the balance So then a second cashier walked up with an attitude butted in my conversation very rudely shoved my card to me and went to check on other people as she was doing before she walked over to us I would like to say that race did not play a factor but it did when we walked in the same white lady was yelling at the black cook as if he was a four year old child so I guess she assumed that she could talk to all black people in that manner Well let's just say that if God did not have a Hand on her I would have shown her that I am not my ancestors pizza shack you should be very disappointed and ashamed of how you train your staff members to engage with your customerYou lost a very loyal customer and I would never spend a dime with you all again and I will post this to every media platform read more

Decent food but the service was horrible and took forever to get the food with only one other table in the place!!

We have dined at this location several times in the past and been very happy. Today was a much different experience. Person running the cash register and person helping/training really need to find another position. Customer service sucks. We will be dining for pizza other places in the future The up side is the food was good. read more

This was my first time here. Not really knowing what to expect I looked at the menu and decided on the Supreme and the Hawaiian half-and-half. With a minimal time of preparation , it was at our table in about 15 minutes. We began eating and we noticed that the ingredients was piled extra very high cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. I have an pizza all over this country but , This is probably one of the best pizzas I've eaten in quite a long time. I highly recommend that you go to the Pizza Shack in Madison Mississippi. It's fabulous. read more

Arguably the best pizza in the Jackson area! The Madison location is new, but the pizza is great.

This is my favorite pizza place but if there are more than a couple people in line, don't do it. I had a call in order that I was told would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later we are out the door. Not one employee there cares what was going on. Service was horrible. read more

I wish we had pizza like this out in CA. My friend and I ordered a pie when we were on vacation out there and omg I loved it!!! It felt like there were 2 inches of toppings and a nice toasty thin crust. You really get your monies worth and then some with the pizza. Out here you get mostly crust and a thin slice of cheese and toppings and that is about it, so it has been pretty disappointing to say the least to be back in California and not have this wonderful pizza anymore...I may be back soon though and when I am this will be one of my first stops...well that and Waffle House lol. read more

Great pizza. Great atmosphere. Had small play area for kids with foosball table for bigger kids. Loved it!

The ageless philosophical debate continues: How good does food have to be before you can overlook deplorable service? Excellent pizza. Unfortunately, the staff acts like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat it there. No one will bring you anything except the pizza, and they're only doing that because they can't legally make you walk in the kitchen and get it yourself. Sunday, I was graced with a server who walked up and plopped a large, scalding hot pizza down between me and my two year old daughter and walked off without saying a word. She nearly set the 400 degree pizza on her arm. If I hadn't been watching her like a hawk, she'd have plunged her hand into the pizza and we'd be heading to the ER. Seriously, just order your pizza to go. No reason to ever go in this place other than to pay. read more
