Pizza Ranch is a pizza and Southern comfort food buffet. As the name suggests, there is a variety of all you can eat pizzas. However, if you don't want pizza you can choose from fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweetcorn, salads, and other country staples PR also has dessert pizzas for sweet meal endings. Drinks are included in the buffet price. read more

Absolutely terrible food. We wasted $58 (?) for three of us on Sunday lunchtime and ended up leaving hungry and went to McDonald's. The real cheap instant mash and tinned green beans ain't it, for what you're charging. The pizza was cold, too, and this was at 11:00 when you opened! Tables were dirty, so obviously they hadn't been cleaned the night before, and we've got to sit with old food spillages all up the wall. Nice. Also, your booths have this sticking out bit on them and I bruised my shoulder because of it. Such a weird design. Anyway - the only good thing was the service, but the food was gross. I really wanted to love it like I have before, such a shame it's gone downhill. read more

My wife & I (& with friends) go here about once a month. The 2.8 rating showing up now is NOT deserved. Most all of the time, we find the salad & hot food bars well stocked with very good & fresh products. The chicken is the best in town. The sides are very good, and they have the BEST Buffalo Chicken Pizza I know of. We also love their potato chips & wedges. With only one exception in 6 years, their service staff has been good to great. Our experiences keep bringing us back, especially with their food quality & staff service. The place is not fancy - just a good, clean facility for casual dining. The only times they seem to have difficulty is when they get slammed by a bus or two carrying High School sports teams, old folks traveling, or other large gatherings (fund raisers), or other groups that did not notify them ahead of time. Even then, even if they are short staffed for such instances, it only takes then 15-20 minutes to recover on food, and about 30 minutes on tables & cleanliness. You really cannot ask for much better performance unless you are a complete narcissist - in which case, why are you dining here? Pleanty of more expensive places around willing to kiss your .... FYI - we are planning to be there again next week & looking forward to it! read more

Decent food for a pizza buffet. Nothing special, but still overall an enjoyable experience. The wings on Thursday nights are a big plus.

Located in a strip mall about a mile from the interstate is located a regional chain- Pizza ranch. It's primarily a buffet but you can order chicken or pizza ala carte or to go. As I have been to multiple locations. I can say this, the chicken is good, better than the National franchises. The pizza is good to adequate. There are a couple special combos that I would not try again. If the pizza bar is looking a little old or there is a combo that you want, the staff will happily make it for you. Giving you a number card and serving you several slices Straight out of the fresh pie. The soup and salad bar is adequate. A couple of choices of soup. Two types of lettuce and several those of greens. The staff is happy to bring you any veggie that can be a pizza topping if it's not on the salad bar. I asked for black olives and by the time I was back to my table the sever was dropping off a little plastic container with said olives. Shall we say, thee is a form of desert bar here. A couple of different desert pizza, soft serve vanilla ice cream and chocolate pudding. No toppings for the ice cream to be found anywhere at any pizza ranch. Seniors get a pretty hearty discount at lunch After a couple pieces of chicken and a couple slices of pizza, I'm satisfied. And ready for a nap... read more

Food was hot, fresh, and continuously refilled! PR was very busy and the staff did a great job keeping up with the demand. PR was clean. I just wish buffets would give each person their own tongs to use throughout their dinner instead of those left at the buffet. read more

I walked in and the place has a musty smell to it. Can't really describe it. Ordered my food, and I was told that it would be 10 mins. Ok. I can deal with that... 35 mins later after watching 8-10 other pizzas come marching out of the back from 2 different employees while I watched 3-4 others walk around talking to each other and people who ordered for eat-in after me leaving after their meal, I finally get my food. I get back home and the pizza was fair at best. The toppings were sparse and sauce was bland. I was hoping for a little more. read more

We were having lunch In there today. When a female manger yelled at a young teenage employee in front of customers. When we reported it to the male manger said female manger cane over and offered a half hearted apology. Apologizing more for getting caught than actually being sorry. Then when she walked away she complained to another manger at the buffet within war and eye shot of us. They have certainly lost our business. read more

Food is OK. Could do without the "owner". (Some kid who claims he is the owner) spouting off about his political views while we are trying to eat. He even verbally sparred with one of the patrons when he asked him to stop loudly spouting off his politics. He then snickered that "that guy won't be back". Real professional. Get woke go broke. read more

Absolutely the Worst pizza I've ever had from a "pizza place", a pizza box would taste better! I don't know how this place stays open, and they claim their Fried Chicken is great......well it is COMPARED TO THEIR PIZZA! It's average at best. At least their ice cream is palatable. read more

These people have no clue when it comes to Customer Service!!! We think the Chicken was OK! But, they keep no records of previous transactions, or enter notes on the Computer. The poor guys, I was raised in the Restaurant Business and worked for $3.35hr. PLUS TIPS!!! Now to business, every time we call it's a different person and different price??!?This last time was the "OWNER", MIKE???? Rude, Mouthy, and I'm certainly not Homo Phobic, But this guy is a "DICK"" WATCH OUT FOR HAIR IN YOUR FOOD" This guy is a Con Artist that can't write checks that his Staff makes! MIKE, I hope you keep an eye on these reviews? As you are headed towards the bottom. I've only got about 15,000 readers and that's not my Travel Blog! Keep track of your sales, past and present! They are called PLR'S( profit and loss reports). Your rude!!! You need to pay your employees enough scratch ( Minimum Wage) where they give two SHITS about your PIZZA RANCH FRANCHISE!!! I will take your Rudeness to the top and contact the CORPORATE OFFICE. Your personal behavior has led me to pull everyone out of the biggest Scientific employer within 200 miles.. The service is horrendous, rude, and I used to enjoy the food before our Plumber gave you recent service.... NASTY!!!!!! Dine at your own risk folks???? Should be called Chicken Ranch. The pizza is Ok but the chicken is very good. They keep the self serve bars well stocked and the staff are all very nice. read more

We've been there twice now. We got the buffet both times. The food's good, they have a decent selection, and the buffet is a good price.

BEST fried chicken in town...which is kind of odd since it's a pizza buffet. Love that they have taken it a step further and add some home cooked type choices as well! Never have had bad food at this location. Always hot and fresh read more

2 hours for a delivery order that was less than 2 miles from the store location. Each time we called to check was told "he's on the way" which was told that over and over again in a 45 minute time frame. The chicken was burnt, the desert pizza was cold. Added a $5 tip online and 100% sure the delivery driver did not receive. If you're going to run a delivery business, be able to DELIVER on that. Manager "didn't have time to argue" her words, because I was upset on spending $46 for an order that was cold and took 2 hours to be delivered. Only thing she wanted to do was a 10% discount. Learned my lesson, don't get delivery from a off brand pizza place that sells fried chicken. read more

I really wanted to like Pizza Ranch, but when you add up the cost of the dining vs the quality of food I couldn't justify ever going back. The pizza is fair at best, the fried chicken is cooked well but bland, and the dessert bar is very sparse. In their defense they were having some problems with the oven when we went but I don't think that would have an effect on taste. Overall there are far better places to spend your money. read more

WE eat there often and will continue too do so I'm a pizza fan and my wife likes the fried chicken. We find that the senior price is comparable to prices at other places and the food is better. The dessert pizza and soft serve really top it off. Friendly and polite service. read more

The operating hours on this site are incorrect they are open all day. They will make a pizza the way you want it. Good food.!!

Today I attended Pizza Ranch and had a very depressing experience. Let me start off by saying this location did have very good service and was very pleasant in that way, but the food was unexceptable. The pizza was greasy, soggy, and lacked flavor. After the disappointing pizza, I decided to head to the salad bar. I simply got lettuce, croutons, and ranch. The ranch was chunky and the croutons were hard as rock. Don't even get me started on the ice cream. It tasted and felt like a mixture between cream cheese and whipped cream. Over all, I would skip the chance to come back. But, if you insist on coming I recommend to leave out the pizza and go straight for the waffle fries and the cactus bread. These couple items were the only things that I enjoyed at Pizza Ranch. read more

Two adults, two kids $45. One of the kids is 11 so that's classified as an adult there. I was surprised how minimal of a selection they have for the price. I've seen a wider selection of food at the snack buffet at drury Inn. If buffets are your thing go to Golden Corral, because they have a lot more options and food is comparable. Oh and I'm not a fan of the Golden Corral so this is not a positive review or endorsement of either of these places. The only time I go to that grossness Corral is when the kids wear me down because they want to eat stuff off of the chocolate fountain. Here they had 3 small buffet tables. Room for about 6 pizzas on one, chicken, mashed potatoes, soup and biscuits on second, salad on third. Pizzas is ok, chicken is better, but still just ok. I liked the soup. There you go. Even the kids were saying they were fine never coming back. read more
