I was here for the lunch buffet with family on a Friday afternoon. They were not overly busy. We found a table immediately. The buffet had 8 different pizzas, a hot table with chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, stuffing, beans, and more. There is a nice salad bar also. The pizza was good. I particularly liked the super crispy crust. The pizza table was adequately supplied with a variety of pizzas during the lunch rush. Where do I start? What a horrible experience! Upon arrival we were standing at the pay counter for what seemed forever because the person did not know how to input the code we received on our Pizza Ranch app. Once we got the the drinking glasses we paid for with the buffet meal, we wanted Coke Zero as my husband is diabetic and I wanted an iced tea. They had neither so we ended up paying for ice water. The chicken buffet had one dried out chicken wing and was never refilled the entire hour we were there. This is during lunch! Upon asking for chicken we were met with a blank stare and a scowl by the woman behind the counter. Talk about hating your job and horrible customer service. People like that have no business working in a restaurant. She should be fired immediately. The salad bar had no salad lettuce but for a few pieces of lettuce at the bottom of the pan so we were now there for pizza that we didn't want. After getting some bread sticks and dessert pizza we sat down at our table near the back of the restaurant. The dessert pizza was cold and undercooked. The bread sticks were burnt. At this point we were already dissatisfied when we heard a crashing sound like dishes breaking coming from the kitchen and employees fighting. Screaming f-bombs!!!! If it were my restaurant I would fire all of them besides the kind woman who picked up our plates that we took two bites out of. We sat there and waited to see if they would ever refill the chicken buffet but to no avail, so for $35 we basically paid for ice water and had to watch scowling employees. We got up and left and we will NEVER be back. This business won't be around long in this community if it doesn't make drastic changes. Are you kidding? We walked in around 3pm on a Monday. Only had 2 tables available. 3 tables had customers, rest of tables needed to be cleaned off. Food on the serving line looked as if it had been there some time. You know how the cheese looks on your pizza that you didn't eat that night and had the next morning? I'm not sure what to say here. We ordered some items and it took over an hour to get the food, delivery. We were informed after the order was placed, that items were unavailable and would be replaced with extra wedges and chicken. We never got anything extra... The so called Ranch Wedges are not acceptable! The staff is not accommodating with these issues and we will never order from here again. The delivery driver was excellent. The second star is for the delivery courier. Otherwise, less then 1 star. That is all. read more

Love eating here never any issues but today when I was there I noticed a woman making pizzas in the back and she was Putting the cheese and ingredient s on with her hands no gloves. I almost walked out you don't know where there hands have be been . Also the girls working the Buffet weren't wearing gloves. I thought state Law Required them to wear gloves. read more

Place was dirty and urinal wasn't working in the restroom. Order a pizza and never was made. The dinning room floor looks like it's never been mopped. Buffets workers were on their phones, both workers. Chicken was cold and old. Pizzas were the same. Over price unless you order your own pizza for the buffet. read more

While not a culinary spectacle, pizza ranch is everything you want from a pizza buffet. They have a decent variety of pizzas out, and they taste pretty decent. It's an easy stop if you have picky eaters as they have pizza, soup, salad, and chicken fingers. The staff were all nice and helpful and it my daughter ended up being able to eat free. New management did wonders for this restaurant. We havent had any to go or delivery orders, but everytime we came in for the buffet it was always fresh and and good decent food for a buffet. We come here maybe once a month and never been disappointed. Its and easy meal with 2 small kiddos. The ice cream is really good. Not like regular soft serve theres something a little different not sure what, but we sometimes add rootbeer to it for a rootbeer float. Yummy! read more

Great food at a decent price and the service was amazing!! Many different pizza choices and different options with almost every trip back to the buffet. Very popular place to eat because they just opened, so there may be a wait for a table during peak times, but carry out and delivery is available!! read more

We were excited to have a Pizza Ranch near our cottage up north, but both times we tried to order we were unable to. First time the web had them as open, but apparently that was their soft launch and they weren't really open. Second time called at 7:40 on a Friday night. First two times nobody answered. Third time someone picked up, and was told they were no longer taking orders because they close at 8pm..... on a Friday. I know people eat earlier up here in the north woods, but according to the reviews we aren't missing much. read more

My family and I went for dinner on a Friday evening around 4:30. The food selection was good, but there were no thin crust selections available without special order. My mom placed a special order and the thin crust pizza was available within 15-20min, which was pretty good because it was a fairly busy night. The staff was very kind and attentive. All in all I would say it was a good experience and would probably go back again to this location. read more

My son requested to go to Pizza Ranch for his birthday. I called the day before to ask if we were able to bring in a cake for him. The young girl on the phone said "absolutely, not a problem". We get there tonight and were seated in the "community party room". We carried in his gifts and his cake. The owner immediately came in and very rudely told us we were not allowed to bring the cake in. When we explained to him that I had called the day before and was told I could bring a cake in, he said that the person on the phone was wrong and should have never told us that. He said they have had too many issues with people making big messes with the cake so they will not allow cake to be brought in. Had we known, we would have made alternate plans. Why have a party room if you aren't going to allow a child to have their birthday cake? They even had an employee come in and announce that Pizza Ranch has their own birthday song. He sang it to my son! But we weren't allowed to have his cake. It's one thing to not allow cake, another to be so rude about it. Very disappointed. We will not be returning. read more
