I had to place the order three times before the order taker got it correct on the order screen. I actually received a bacon-cheeseburger DELUXE, cheese curds and a diet coke. No I didn't ask for a new, corrected order either time because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. No other Culver's has ever filled an order incorrectly in the eight years I've lived in Wisconsin. Only the Rhinelander location! Is it improper training? Individual incompetence?
