They did not honor the yelp check-in promotion. Their gluten-free dough is only for their medium (12") pizza. Customer service was poor, no greeting, and had to wait for a while before even being acknowledged; mind you, we were the only ones in there little lobby. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Boo. Terrible service and everyone in the back was yelling at each other and messing up orders. It took 20 mins to get a slice of cheese pizza. They ruined our order and when we asked why it was taking so long, the girl at the register was very frustrated and rude to us and told us it's because everything is made fresh, but we saw them burn our sandwhich and fries, and serve other customers who had come in after us (who seemed to be the workers friends) first. NEVERRR ORDERING FROM HERE 10 chances was more than deserved!!! We order pizza from here alllll the time and EVERYTIME i ask them to put ranch instead of marinara sauce. And EVERYYYYYYYTIMEEEEE they bring it with marinara and I have to send it back and wait another hour. Last time Id stepped out for a minute and they delivered it and my parents just accepted it even though AGAINNNNN it had marinara sauce. And mind you when ordering I repeat myself at least 3 times and I remind them EVERYTIMEEEE to not mess it up. The very last time we ordered from there I called back frustrated and the girl didnt even bother saying theyll send me the right order, she said shed have the manager call me back. Its been almost 2 weeks and ZERO calls from anyone from there. I tried giving them chances wayyyyyy too many times than deserved NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN! Also the pizza tasted sooo gross this last time, it was undercooked and thicker than usual crust... beyond disappointed. I've been ordering from this place for years. Once it was the only decent pizza place in the area. But that's not the case anymore...as I can't say they are even decent now. The quality of their entire menu has SIGNIFICANTLY diminished during the last 6-8 months....maybe a new owner, maybe lower grade ingredients to save a buck...but it's not the same. To add insult to injury they have recently changed their prices and pizza sizes. If you ask they will tell you that while they have SHRUNK the size of their pizza but also have lowered the prices. NOT TRUE. I have the old menu and the new one and I don't like when they just plainly lie to you....this is why I am writing this review. Old menu use to tell you the size of your pizza in inches....the new one does not...now you just have L, XL, M. For example...the old large pizza use to be 12.99 for a 16 inch pizza. The NEW large which is now 14 inches is now 12.95. So you are getting ripped off. The old medium use to be 7.99...the new smaller medium is now 9.95...getting ripped off again. Sandwiches are the same way...prices have gone up but before when it came with fries included in the price...now you ave to pay extra. I wish you would either increase the prices and kept the food the same or lowered the prices if you're going to serve lower grade and size food. OR JUST DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Telling your customers that you have downsized your food portions but lowered the prices is a lie and you are insulting your patrons. Now I have to find a new place to get pizza. read more

This place is great. I ordered a large regular thickness pizza and they delivered it as promised in 40 minutes. I was so hungry counting the minutes and they came through with flying colors. You cannot beat their $3.00 pizza and a soda deal. This is no normal pizza slice. This pizza, including the to go box that it comes in...is huge. It's not the best pizza i've ever tasted, but it sure does the job for the price. I really appreciated that the slice was cut into squares (considering it was so big) so I didn't look like a big fat cow trying to shove a big ol' slice in my mouth. They also deliver, so that's a plus and they also have great coupons. I will definately be back again! read more

I took my hubby here for his birthday and the pizza was pretty good. He loved the heart shaped pie, it's a cute way to do something sweet for someone. Man, their chicken tenders and French fries are AMAZING!!! My kids are picky eaters and they LOVED EVERYTHING! we also ordered tiramisu and cheese pizza. I didn't expect it to be so much food but they are generous with their chicken tender orders, large all white meat chicken and tasty BBQ sauce. I'm about to order some more! So much yes when it comes to ordering from them! We just moved to Glendale and we will be regulars! Tried it for the first time today & ordered a simple ajarski. Loved it but I wasn't able to finish It all. It was prepared the way I asked specifically with the bread being extra crispy. The only downside was the wait time, although they had 3 customers who were already taken care of with the same order for ajarski our order took 30 mins to be ready. I ordered pizza delivery from this place because of the reviews I read here. They must have been having an off night when I placed my order. I ordered two different pizzas, one that was advertised under the "what's good" description that had a wonderful list of ingredients beginning with a white sauce. I was hard pressed to find any sauce at all. The pizza, save the toppings sprinkled on top, was disappointingly dry. The flavors were great, but it was like someone threw toppings on a piece of dry toast. The second pizza wasn't as dry, but it, too, seemed a bit overcooked. Disappointing. read more
