Why three stars? Well, when you walk in to a fast food restaurant during your one hour lunch time you're not suppose to be asked to have called in before you called. We came here with my coworkers during our lunch time which is one hour and we came because it's next to Starbucks... Can't say the food wasn't good it was really tasty! But if a business wants customers they should have first good customer service. Not someone rude and with an attitude. When you ask "How much longer for our order" you shouldn't get the "We only have two hands" response back. I don't care how many hands you have you should do everything to satisfy your customers and make them want to come back. If the food is great and your service is horrible I will not come back, ever. This place is awesome! I usually call ahead to place my order for pick up or sometimes I decide to eat there. I've never had a problem with my order, the pizza is perfect for my taste. I finally ate here after visiting the starbucks next door so many times and I'm glad I did. It has become one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in the area. I called them to see what was the delay since the app had me believe our food would be delivered any minute. The person on the phone said " sorry but our printer is broken so we didn't see your order." He/she was kind enough to offer to make it but it would be another 40mins plus delivery time. Strange that a restaurant is depending on a printer when they utilize an app to take orders. This restaurant does not have the technology or resources available to provide a home delivery experience we hoped for. I had to call grub hub for credit and order from a chain restaurant that did deliver in 30 minutes. Bottom line, don't count on this place for home delivery. We usually order 2 different things and share. Both Pizzas were the best pizza I have ever had. The pizza was very right and perfectly crispy. The pizza is fresh, made to order. Customer Service could be better. The only reason they get a 4 star is because they charged me 50 cents for a tiny small microscopic container of ranch.
