The food was very good (salads and pizzas were fresh) but didn't leave enough room for the dessert pizzas! Next time. I'm so sad. We went to PPC yesterday - no cushions on the benches. We could hardly get in and out of the booth. There is NO CHEESE SAUCE anymore for the pasta station. I almost cried. After the first bite I immediately felt sick. Adding processed ingredients to slabs of cardboard bread is not my idea of a meal. The food was flavorless and if it wasn't completely fresh it was complete trash. The fact that this establishment is located where it is doesn't surprise me at all. It's good for the price and what you're getting! They do coupons too if that helps, but having the pasta, salad, and pizza options is so great for big parties and/or groups with kids. The variety is awesome and the service was great! Our kids were in awe at the 6 options of dessert pizzas alone. The pasta was better than I remember. There are pros and cons to going on off times. Yeah you miss the rush, but I feel like the pizzas dry out more since they're not being rotated as quickly. I'd probably go when it gets a little busier to be honest. We've been eating here as a family once a week for over a year now because of the gluten free options, great pricing and our 3 year old loves it. It's made being gluten free easy for a toddler. Tonight we came on our weekly visit and were met with a completely new set of prices and huge attitude. What was mind blowing was that the women giving attitude announced herself as the "new owner" We turned around and walked out. Food: Food Safety note first, I did notice them stirring and checking the temperature on the pasta sauces, thumbs up there. However, at 7 pm at night, the buffet was pretty picked over. Most of the Pizza was picked over and doesn't hold its heat very well. Signs on the wall say "Real American Pizza." Don't let a New Yorker or Chicagoan see that! I would have liked to try other pasta sauces on the bar, however their most popular Alfredo was empty, and I was told it was still cooking. 30 min later still no Alfredo. This wouldn't have been a problem if the staff was watching the levels on their bar. Service: Absent, except for the occasional busser walking by clearing plates. Other than that, no member of staff even bothered to say hello or ask me how I was, or my food was. Ambiance: This place is for kids, teenagers and weary parents that don't want to make dinner. If you are looking for a reason to go back it's probably because you have a large group of people that you enjoy their company. It's probably not for the food. Summary: This will be a miss for me going forward, I found the pizza to be bland. The pasta wasn't drained well after coming out of the boiler so it watered down the sauces. The salad bar was sufficient, but given the fact that it was the only thing fully stocked I'm guessing most of clientele aren't there for the salad. The food is good, but nothing special. They only have teenagers working and never any adults, not even for the managers. They are past slow at the register and it takes for every to ring people up. The last three trips the salad bar is empty and it takes for ever to get pizza out. And to top it off, the parking is a complete joke. I'm not one who gets food poisoning often. I think I have had it once in my life before. I'm not joking or exaggerating when I say I literally threw up everything I ate in the parking lot afterward on the way to my car. We first got to the restaurant and all of the tables were dirty so we had to wait for one to be bussed. Like lots of empty dirty tables. All of the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a good while (sweaty cheese) and the salad bar was not chilled. In fact I think their dressing had been sitting out all day and this is what made me hurl. None of the buffet counters looked like they had been wiped down for a good while as well. Both their soda machines were out of ice and the soda was flat. I was pretty disappointed because I have been to this chain before and enjoyed it but I will never be going back after this. So me and my boyfriend came to pizza pie last night for dinner around 7:00, and were extremely disappointed. This is our favorite place to eat but i don't think we'll be coming here anymore. The entire pizza buffet was empty except for the specialty pizzas. 0 desert pizza, 0 garlic knots, cheese sticks, cheese pizza or pepperoni pizza. And the staff didn't even seem in a rush to get anything out. Next, the pasta bar was completely out of most of the sauces. No Alfredo, no marinara. And it was a huge mess. The salad bar was also a huge mess, half empty, and what was there was half frozen and inedible. We ended up just leaving because there was literally nothing to eat. Lots of pizza & lots of kids. Great for large families. Pizza isn't that bad and salad is pretty good. Real issue is the waves of people that are there when you are. Food cones in waves and there are times when it's slim Pickens. They have pasta that I was told was good. Gluten free pizza is available but you wait for it! Came here during opening week to check out this new Pizza Pie Cafe location. I rarely go to pizza buffets, but if were to go more often it'd definitely be this place. The service was tops, everyone was very friendly and making sure we had an enjoyable experience. They had a great selection of pizza's sure to appease most palettes as well as a great selection of dessert pizzas. The salad bar was decent as well and there was plenty of space around the buffet areas. The pasta however was my favorite. I only tried one type of pasta (whole wheat penne). The pasta was reheated in boiling water on ordering, and was surprisingly well cooked. I tried each of the sauces available and each were delicious. Apparently they're made fresh every day, so none of that nasty canned stuff. My favorite was the roasted red pepper sauce, but the spicy sausage alfredo and marinara were also delicious. For the price (about $7 for unlimited pizza, pasta, salad & drinks), this place definitely can't be beat. read more

We came in at 2:30 and we had to walk around the entire store to find a table that didn't have dirty dishes all over it. They also only had about five pizzas ready for us. I know that 2:30 is during the slow time, but that doesn't excuse poor service. There was also spilled food everywhere. Not a great environment. This was the worst experience we've had at this location. Normally it isn't great, but not bad by any means. We came in for an early dinner, and the place was a mess. The workers looked like they couldn't care less that the pizza display was mostly empty, even though they were starting to get busy. We waited at least 15 minutes before any fresh pizza came out, which was gone almost immediately with how many people were waiting. It went like that the entire time. The salad bar was borderline disgusting. The fact that a preteen boy was ducking under the plastic guard and hovering all over everything to scrape out the last little bit of cottage cheese didn't help. I had high hopes for this place since where we moved from had Cici's pizza buffets. We went for lunch and the staff could not have been more disinterested. We were not greeted when we came in and then they never asked us if we had been there or how it worked. We understand the concept but it would have been nice to at least have been greeted with a "hello, welcome," or something. Every booth was dirty and I had to ask some dude behind the counter to get some to clean it so we could sit down. I counted 11 people in the back of the house and only ONE person ever came out into the dining room and she was horribly rude. The pizza buffet was missing the pepperoni, a staple, and the cheese was dried out. I tired the terrible barbeque and chicken wing pizzas and then had an acceptable combo. People in line were commenting on the weird combinations and didn't want to try any. How about the regular pizzas guys? Sausage, pepperoni, and Cheese. Try those next time. The salad bar was an absolute mess and when the manager finally asked some to clean and fill it, the girl came out and scooped the mess with her BARE HANDS into the hole beneath the condiment container. Great price, big selection, and OK pizza. But one of the better pizza buffets out there. If you get the pizza when it comes out fresh, it's pretty darn good. Plus they have salad and pasta as well. Worst service in the history of service. My 400 pound grandmother and I were waiting in line for pasta and they cleared our table and gave it to someone else. Doesn't make any sense. Make sure that you know people are done with their tables before you clear them. This is the second time this has happened to me. This would never happen at any other buffet style place where people have to go and get their own food and bring it back to their tables. Pizza is just decent. I've been to this location a number of times. This location is good if you're not in a hurry. The eating area is large. The place is always clean. Parking is decent and it isn't as busy as the provo location. Over the past 6 months the staff has gotten slower. The common issue I've experienced is the pizza choices are constantly empty and the staff appears to be doing there best but just can't quite seem to get it together. I waited at the pasta bar for about 10 minutes before any of the staff decided to help me. 11 out of 15 pizza choices were empty for a period of 20 to 30 min at a time. By the time something new came out most people in the place jumped at the opportunity to eat it. We got here at 820pm on a Saturday evening. I ordered a specialty pizza. By the time it came out they made a half order and it was gone before I could get to it. I mentioned it to the staff and they told me they would cook another and it never happened. As far as I can see there's a lot of movement happening but no direction. Not sure we'll come back to this location for a while and hope in the meantime they can fix some of the issues they've been having. read more

I've been here a bunch of times and I have to say this place keeps me coming back! The service is excellent and the staff is quite helpful. The pizza is always delicious and they have a great variety - which, I guess is to be expected from a pizza buffet! The pastas are also tasty and I highly recommend the pasta carbonara. Although I'm not a salad-eating-when-I'm-at-a-pizza-place kind of guy, I'm glad the option is at least there and adds another variety of dining options (i.e. various salad dressings that become my pizza dipping sauces!). The atmosphere is fun and light-hearted which makes it a great place to take the family. I also think the romantic booths are fun, hilarious, and would be great for a casual/relaxing date night! Above all else, the cafe is quite clean! Go and Enjoy a night out! read more

Our kids love this place...and what's not to love? They've got a variety of pizzas on their buffet (including dessert pizzas), a decent salad bar, Pepsi products, and a pasta bar. Our favorites are the garlic bread twists, Buffalo chicken pizza, and radiatori with a mix of carbonara (bacon!) and roasted red pepper sauces. We also love the cookie monster :) This restaurant is generally less crowded than the one in Provo. read more
