You know what you think when you think Pizza Patron? Well you can probably forget all that because they have undergone a massive rebranding. The inside is bright and clean and trendy. The menu has had a makeover and they have some very good chefs making the calls on all the ingredients that go into their "made fresh daily" crusts. They have classic pizza combinations as well as some that are locally inspired. The Choriqueso is really a good one! I also liked the Carnes and the Hawaiana. All very good! It's Wingstop. A few…read moreof us met up at this location while we all happened to be in the area, and the experience overall was average at best. Our orders came out pretty quickly all things considered, but this is one of those locations that doesn't have the fountain drink machine readily available to customers, so if we wanted refills we had to go to the counter so the staff could do it themselves which kinda sucked. The restaurant was decent in cleanliness, however the self-serve utensil station had sticky residue everywhere and the paper towel roll had fingerprints all over it. As for my meal, I shared a 15 piece for two which consisted of 7 Hawaiian Boneless Wings, 8 Hot Honey Rub Boneless Wings, 2 drinks, and regular Fries, with Bleu Cheese and Ranch. They weren't the best I've had from WingStop, tasting a little stale on the breading and just so-so on the sauce. The Fries aren't worth writing about, but we do wish we were given more Bleu Cheese. Wingstop has always made me feel ill afterwards no matter the location, so take this part with a grain of salt, but I figured I'd mention that I felt a little more sick than usual after this meal. I'd personally recommend going to another location if you're going to eat in. It's not the worst but it's not the best either, and the cleanliness could have been better. Maybe my extra ick feeling was a one time fluke, but this last visit has reinforced that avoiding WingStop altogether is probably the best for me.

They looked burned & were coyingly sweet. Missing veggie sticks. Driver refers me to Über. Über useless. Calling store gets me this: guy answering was sympathetic but had me speak 2 manager on duty (unfortunately) as no resolution was offered. Manager on duty (MOD): "Well, like, basically you used a 3rd party app so like basically it's our of our hands". Me: "?!!?? (My attempt @ aligning with his train of thought & vernacular)...Ohhhkay soooo LIKE it was 'THE ÜBER GUYS HANDS' who made the order, &, so like basically forgot my 4 piece tenders & uhhh then they like didn't look at (disregarded) what I put on my order (MY follow through & choice on YOUR MENU) to LIGHTLY SEASON MY FRIES, & then they also like 4got to put my Celery & Carrots in the bag"? MOD: replies without a beat missed "Well like unfortunately since you ordered with ÜBER EATS like they're the only ones (Me starts laughing here) who can help you with the order. ME: "Oh Save us all. It's up to ÜBER EATS to fix the world!!! pause.... you're joking right"??!!? MOD attempts a reply...but I'm done. I ask 4 his mgr info. Call back next day. I TALK 2 ANIKKA & ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED!!! Moral of the story??? DON'T USE ÜBER EATS NOR SPEAK 2 LOWER LEVEL MGRS WHO USE LIKE TOO OFTEN. 'cringe'. So sad but true. Also- Use the WINGSTOP APP DIRECTLY . KUDOS 2 ANIKKA at Wingstop on BANDERA & GUILBEAU. SHE IS THE EPITOMY OF WHAT IS QUICKLY DISSOLVING IN AMERICA 2DAY- HAVING A CONSCIOUS - PRACTICING THE GOLDEN RULE - & LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMER. She Rocks & DESERVES HER OWN STORE!!! She's young, has worked with company 5 years & admits to learning a lot from past MGRS. Etc. She also advised me that she has spoken 2 her managers & employees to ensure an understanding of how 2 deal with this moving forward to alleviate a repeat (wasted time in my words...not hers). side note---I see a message at the bottom of this window that says 'You're rolling now -got anything more to add?'. Yes. In fact I do. I'm NOT rolling. Those days are looooong gone. Lmao. Sorry ...I digress....) Bak 2 Anikka- her initiative & steps taken are BAR NONE! GREAT JOB ANIKKA. Way 2 ensure your bottom line will be maximized by efficiency. (Coaching your employees!!!) All a customer (the little person) wants is resolution to their problem. Apparently this is now just wayyy too much to ask of people/businesses often times these days due to how CONVOLUTED a once long ago 'easy process' has become whilst 'attempting to make things EASIER 4 society'. But THAT'S another topic....or is it. Don't get ME rolling.
