We ordered on their kiosk on the side (there's 2 and it's the only way to order) - the machine menu was a little wonky (it wouldn't present all of the ice cream flavors) and FYI it does charge a small service fee for using the kiosk, proportional to how much your order is, in the end. The food and drinks came out fast. The taiyaki was awesome in Nutella and Oreo - we ended up ordering 2 more. Dirty milk tea was also chef's kiss! My friends ordered a strawberry drink and the taro drink, and did have some complaints that it was overly sweet at 50% sweetness (shop recommended) - also if you have a texture sensitive, just note that the strawberry drink is much thicker than thin liquid and almost has a yogurty texture.

Public bathrooms were created for women to use to add public health protections. Literally. Then, I ordered 4 cookies to qualify for the pack.
