Cookies were fine. My issue with this location is about service! First and foremost, to be a business open but deny customers use of a bathroom is RIDICULOUS!! My cookies were basic where the 4-pl was for the "upgraded" cookies. Did the woman explain that to me? No. She just charged me for individual cookies. Despite me saying out loud my goal. When I'm in town I I try and make a stop here. Parking is hard because a lot of the streets are one way or under construction with limited spots. There was no line when we walked in. Delivery service is actually awful, place my order around 12pm, they told me it would be about 30-40 minutes, I get a text around 12:20 that my order is on the way( I live 13 min from the store) and it's not 1:30pm and I still don't have my order. I understand if there are deliveries that are also in the same route ( they went to a house down the a couple neighborhoods over from mine, drove past the entrance street to my house, then went to an apartment complex over by the store in the opposite direction. Horrible location but great cookies. Went tonight to bring some family for their first time. It was 10pm and they told us immediately that they were not serving ice cream, which was odd but we thankfully didn't come for that. However, when I ordered I asked for a gluten free cookie which they were supposedly out of...I'm gluten intolerant so I wasn't able to order anything else which sucked. Then, my siblings tried to order and they were also out of multiple other cookies. They had blocked off their small seating area, also annoying since they don't close until 2am, so we were standing talking for a bit while we waited. My sister had to walk around the chairs they used to block off this seating area to grab a napkin, and she immediately was scolded for the fact that she had walked where they had previously mopped. There was no indication they had mopped and again, this was hours before they are supposed to close. There were no other napkins and the 2 employees there seemed miserable and gladly made it known. I'm in Denton from Boston, visiting my husband's family for the holidays. Yesterday I had an urgent desire for cookies, and Yelp told me this was the place to go! Yes indeed! This is the place. I was a bit confused at first because from the outside, the place looked dark and closed. But I tried the door and it opened. When inside, all I saw was ice cream - no cookies. Completely lack of professionalism at this location! I have ordered multiple times and every time there has been an extremely lengthy wait after the initial pick up time. I have now had enough with this last experience, I ordered just cookies through the app and pick up time was 8:45pm. Mind you I placed this order at 8pm! I Already know with past experiences this location takes significantly longer than what they say. So I didn't show up till 9-9:15pm. Upon arrival the whole place is packed and backed up and after waiting 15 minutes in line I am told my cookies will be done "in approximately 20-30 mins" by the presumed manager. After waiting that 30 mins I then call the store so I don't have to wait another 15 minutes in line and am answered by the most ignorant person I think I have ever dealt ever. Upon speaking to this employee he stated that the cookies are behind and he had no idea when my cookies will be down. At this point of waiting 45 minutes at the store being 10pm I left. To TOP IT OFF I get a call waking me up from this location at 1 AM in the morning! 4 Hours after my initial pick up time! Complete lack of regard for their customers and completely unprofessional! Will be contacting corporate and be explaining this and my other situations in hope the hammer will come down and fix this location flaws. Wow, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this place deserves a big "WTF?" to put it nicely. I came around midnight or so on a Wednesday night when Fry street was pretty busy, so there was no reason for them to be handing out bad product. I ordered a double chocolate and a chocolate mint cookie for a little over $3. They were each about the size of the bottom of a coke can. Probably standard cookie size, but for that price they should at least taste pretty good. The mint chocolate one was good, but nothing to write home about. The crazy part is that the double chocolate cookie was hard as a brick. I literally have a video (I'll post) of me tapping it against the counter. I took it to the register and the girl working was like "ok...?" So she checked to get me a new one and said "oh, they're all like that." I offered to take any other flavor and it happened that the only option that wasn't brick hard was sugar. I didn't get an apology or explanation, I was just reluctantly handed a sugar cookie. What a fun little spot and what a great idea. They are open until 3am so you can easily get your fix almost any time of the day. The parking situation isn't the greatest due to the fact that it's right next to the college so it's metered parking but we paid 10 cents for 12 minutes. Way worth it. The cookies were to die! We got a box of 12 which has lasted for 2+ days at this point with no re-packinging. They are still gooey and fresh. We ordered 12 traditional: (2) chocolate (chunk) chip, (2) sugar cookie, (2) peanut butter, (2) dark chocolate, (2) snickerdoodle, (1) white chocolate macadamia nut, (1) oatmeal raisin. Delish.
