Honestly the worst experience I've ever had inside a restaurant. Didn't think it was possible because all we were doing was ordering and sitting down. Our pizza was like a puddle. The cheese feel off. I didn't have one single enjoyable bite. But the lady with the glasses and the curly hair is the main reason I'm writing this. I don't know if she was zoning out while I was talking but it was flat out horrible service. She made me spend extra money too. So when you read this lady, lighten up please. read more

We were new to Pittsburgh and had just gotten off the bike tour of the historical sites in the city. We were very hungry and we were walking down Liberty Ave and decided to try Pizza Parma. From the minute I walked in I knew the place had a special charm. I loved the sign they had up that said DO NOT ENTER if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or racism or homophobia. And I loved all the signs and artwork they had up. Then we met Chris the order taker who is a very friendly, open person who we started sharing our faith with after he took our order. He was delightful. I ordered the toasted ham and cheese wrap which I thought looked interesting as I never saw that in Philadelphia which is where I am from. My friend got a slice of pizza which was huge. Both were delicious and very filling. Highly recommend Pizza Parma if you are in downtown Pittsburgh. read more

I ordered lunch along with my coworkers for delivery.. crab ravioli with garlic bread. $10.99 I was not impressed. Ravioli usually has an ample amount of filling. They were so flat it looked like a plate of sauce. And only 3 raviolis and one crushed one! Dish was overly salty! Garlic bread was hard! Definitely not worth the $ and not ordering again! At work. Placed an order through door dash. Advised by driver they cancelled part of my order due to not having it available. While they didn't charge me for the cancelled part of the order, I was not contacted or alerted that there was any change In my order. Would have ordered something else. Now I'm at work stuck without enough food to make it through my shift. The refund got them a second star. I had a wrap and a pizza here. The wrap was probably 4/5 but the pizza was meh. The crust is top notch, very chewy just like I like it and it was cooked very well. The cheese on the pizza was very stretchy and tasted really good. Unfortunately this is where the positives end, the sauce on the pizza tastes like the sauce from spaghetti o's. I expected at minimum a real medium if not a large for that. To add insult to injury it taste terrible. So to answer the question, why did you order there or take it. It was the only pizza shop open after me show that was along the way home. I had not eaten all day until after my show @hrcpittsburgh who has great food, drinks, and top performers. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was sooo bad. Definitely the worst wrap I've ever had. Nothing worked. They put fries inside that were so soggy and the chicken had no flavor. So glad I grabbed a pizza here while at the hotel down the street. The guys working were super cool and I talked to them briefly about concerts while grabbing my order. Their cheesy bread order is much larger than I thought but very good. Doesn't come with any sauces, so make sure to order that additionally if you like dipping your bread! I got a personal size pizza with pepperoni and black olives (a fav combo) and was very happy with the pie. Good crust, great sauce and cheese. My fav tiny pepperoni slices. We came in here today while taking a break from the PRIDE festivities and the first thing that hit me was the amazing smell of pizza cooking. The head chef/owner(?) took our order personally and took the time to go through his menu with us to find the best deal to feed 5 grown people! We ended up with the XL pizza special. Our huge meat lovers pizza came with a medium cheese pizza and drinks. Our food came out pretty quick and it was AMAZING!!! Great food, great service. The chef there is ridiculously passionate about his craft. He currently has this spot but next year he is opening a new French place called Anything But Well, and I can't wait to go and try it out. Blazes! What's with all the resentment and venom being thrown and spat at poor old Pizza Parma? Another local chain, Pizza Parma's presence can be sightings throughout the city, and this one is open until 1AM during the week and until 2AM on weekends! After stopping into Pizza Parma after a very late weeknight concert days before to stave off dehydration with a soft drink (I ain't payin' $4 for a Coke at Altar Bar, and nothin' else was open Downtown!) AND catching an eyeful of their pizzas, I vowed to return. The following week, Kay wanted to support a friend who was selling her wares at Boutique 208, and on the way home via trolley, we decided to snag a light dinner of pizza cuts and...lobster bisque??? PP has a fairly expansive and unusual menu that is not at all confined to pizza, hoagies, calzones, and wings. Nuh-uh. If you dare glance at their pamphlet (or their website), you'll find crabcakes, tilapia, ocean perch, whiting, catfish, shrimp, gyros, baked ziti, linguini, ravioli, manicotti, fetuccine alfredo (!), teriyaki chicken salads, turkey, and even fried okra! The lobster bisque was a special not on their canonical bill of fare, so I figured what the hay? And it was creamy, thickened, and not at all awful, but for the price, I s'pose I shouldn't have expected to see or eat any chunks of actual lobster. However, the lobster essence was there. I'm left wondering if the soup came out of a can or bag, though. Anything but. People need to stop reviewing when they're in a bad mood. It has the potential to hurt businesses, that is if they are to be taken seriously, and I don't think they should. May the algorithm claim thee... P.S. Are all Pizza Parmas so yellow on the inside? Damn was this joint lutescent! Green Lantern would be shit outta luck up in here! It didn't bother me, mind you. I just thought it was odd. Hey, at least ya can't miss 'em. P.P.S. Each slice of pizza with pepperoni was $2.80. The cup of lobster bisque was $5. It was my birthday, I was drunk, and high off of stripper fumes from Blush located next door. Pizza sounded amazing. The employees here had an awesome sense of humor and a great attitude. Pizza is floppy, greasy, salty, and delicious. We ordered this to switch up the norm, and because I wanted a thinner crust pizza. This was a perfect fit! Crust was thinner, but still had substance, so it was a great compromise for myself and my fiancé. The pepperoni was great quality as was the mozzarella.
