When you're talking about a high quality local pizza establishment that brings you amazing food for low prices then you could never leave Pizza Palace out of the conversation. The way the sauce combines with the cheese just delights the tongue. I have been coming here for years due to the convenient location and it's wonderful taste to price ratio. If you are looking for a bite to eat the best slices are Sicilian, and buffalo chicken. Obviously everyone has different biases toward best pizza toppings but those are my personal favorites. Pizza tastes great but not sure about the hygiene there. Went to pick up a pizza. Had to wait and for a good five minutes an older man was playing with the shredded cheese. He was sticking his hand into it, picking it up and dropping it back into the bin continuously. Periodically he grabbed a handful, put it in his mouth, then put his saliva hand back into the cheese. I kept looking at the other employees hoping someone would stop him. He did it the whole time I waited. I took the pizza against my better judgement thinking the oven was pretty hot and hopefully would disinfect the cheese. I sell advertising for place mats for pizzeria's in Morris and Warren County. My wife and I have had this business for many years and Pizza Palace has always had the best pizza that I have come across. I like old fashioned great tasting pizza and just like the pizza that I have found in Old Forge New York Pizza Palace has the best pizza pie. I try and find a reason to go to Pizza Palace so that I can eat while I am there and of course I drink Coca Cola with the pizza from Pizza Palace and with soda it is all about the ice and Pizza Palace has great ice! Literally the best pizza you will ever eat. I don't know what makes it so amazing but after going away for college for 4 years, I am not upset about living back in my hometown of Randolph NJ for this reason, PIZZA PALACE. I've been hitting this place almost weekly for 30... yes, 30 years. mainly grabbing several slices on my way to my in-laws' home, but once in a while, grabbing a whole pie. Here's the funny thing about this place that doesn't apply anywhere else: The pizza is best when reheated! A fresh-from-the-oven-pie is still good... but it is best when you pop in, point out the already-cooled slices you want and they reheat them. I wouldn't even give this place one star but it would not let me post without something. What a horrible experience I had for my son. His school ordered food for a team dinner. I called and ordered a certain type of chicken and vegetable for him since he has severe food allergies and could not eat the pizza. They assured me they could Accommodate the order for him. They made him the wrong food and delivered it. When I called to ask what happened they were rude inconsiderate and had no answer to how this happened. This place has the best ziti pizza as well as the chicken rolls around! I go here often and I order the ziti slices, if they are out which they are often, (wished they made more ziti slices pizzas) I always go for my second choice, the chicken roll. Didn't even get to try the food. Called on a Saturday evening to place a delivery order. The girl who picked up the phone was unbelievably rude and incompetent. She had an attitude and asked me to spell my street name six times. (There's only 5 letters in my street name.. It's one syllable) After making multiple attempts to spell it for her and using the word in a sentence for her, she still couldn't understand me or knew how to write it down. Had a pizza party today and was very disappointed and disgusted by the cheap excuse for pizza we received. If we could rate this place a 0 we would. Lazy rude staff, did not try to make it better. They had terrible customer service they told my daughter and all 7 of us that the pizza was made fresh. We can't all be blind can we? They have no concept of what a margherita pizza is. They put tomato slices on stale orange cheese pizza and called it margherita?!?!?! She asked about basil? OK, It's a good restaurant with good service and very good family portion food. We have been going there for several years and they have always treated us very well and have not had a bad experience at all. Everyone is always happy and you get a good value for your money. I can't give it five stars, it is not a five star restaurant, it is a great family friendly pizza place with good food near our neighborhood. It's the only place we go for pizza and if you know Randolph, your dining options are Italian, Italian, Subway, Chinese, Italian, Italian, Italian and Italian. I'm pretty sure all but two of those Italian's are owned by the same family.
