Deluxe Chicken and Bacon Pizzza
Amy T.

Spacious restaurant. $8 for t-shirt, free slice of pizza. This slice was so huge, the guy had to use bigger box. Mushrooms, bacon, green onions, chicken. Just delicious. Staff helped each other out. Only XS and S size shirts today.

My coworkers and I ordered two big sur pizzas for an office dinner midweek, one vegan and the other non-vegan (tomato sauce, roasted garlic, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green onions). I decided to try them both cuz I was curious about the difference, and they were both pretty good, a nice combination of flavors, generous with the sauce and toppings, and a crispy crust. I still prefer the standard non-vegan version. The plant-based mozzarella and beyond meat sausage just didn't quite do it for me, as a gal who loves the fatty savory tastes of real meat and melty cheese. But I appreciate that they offer different menu options, for those with specific dietary preferences and needs. Pizza My Heart isn't one of my top choices when it comes to pizza chains, but the quality of ingredients was decent and the order/pickup process was easy at the Cupertino restaurant this Wednesday evening, so if in the mood for pizza, it's not a bad option to have at all.

I had no idea that the pizza my heart and Cupertino was still around! It used to be off Stevens Creek and De Anza and closed just before the lockdown. Then I found out this particular location was open and it was the same owner as the De Anza/Stevens Creek location! Lol the gentleman there told me that this establishment has been open since April 20 20! I had no idea! Every time I go to main street I always stay on that loop side by Philz coffee and 85°C. I'm sure glad I parked in the parking garage and found this pizza my heart! To my surprise they have vegan pizzas and gluten-free options as well!! The gentleman told me that every Sunday they serve all three vegan pizza by the slice! So I will definitely be back on a Sunday with all my crazy food allergies! I also liked how big and spaced out the dining area was and there are also tables in their little alley/walkway in the front.

Delicious pizza sold by the slice. Typical price for a slice ranges from about $5-7. They are definitely large slices but still a bit pricy! I'm not sure which pizza I ordered since I just pointed to a slice that I thought looked good, but I was not disappointed by the flavor. My favorite part is the crispy bottom of the pizza. Texture heaven! Give this place a try if you haven't already.

Burned pizza crust served, when just three days ago the same order, same pizza selection was incredibly delicious and not black crusted.

Customer service level varies quite a bit depending on staff working on a given day. This past week I went on two separate days, ordered a gluten free pizza crust, with Maui Wowie toppings and non-dairy cheese. The employee who dropped it off to my table outside (upon request since my dog was sitting with me outdoors) decided it was okay to serve a completely burned crust all the way around the pizza. He walked away very quickly, went back inside the restaurant before I had a chance to bring it to his attention...would have liked to hear an explanation for why the whole pizza crust was burned when just days ago, it was not burned at all. No check from same employee to see if everything was okay. They don't make the rounds. Ended up getting a refund, ate what I could from the middle parts as it was my lunch break, and waiting for a new pizza to be made would take more time, and I'd be the one to end up running late to my next scheduled obligation. The worst part of the interaction with this same employee, after I went inside and showed him the photo of burned pieces that had to be removed from the whole pizza, is that he folded his arms and leaned on the countertop and asked in a patronizing tone what would help. I then asked him what could he do, as I needed to get going and didn't have more time to waste with nonsense. To his credit he said he would look out "the next time" for a burned up pizza. Let's see, if the person serving the pizza didn't notice it when he placed it on a serving tray, and then delivered it to the customer's table (one of a few total customers, not at all crowded) then I have little to no confidence that there's going to be a next time. Do better, maybe go through some training with the manager who informed me he is about to change locations...which is a shame, my family and I have had no issues when he has been on shift. Up until this week, I had no burned edges or reason to seek a refund. It was one pizza, one job to handle, and each time quality matters to the paying customer. Epic fail on customer service level. To compete with the many other restaurants in such close proximity, your staff will need to deliver consistently and pay attention. Being next door to Apple, Inc...it's interesting...do you really think potential customers including Apple corporate employees or any deserving patrons want to experience this?

Guess they took over the old pizza place that was here before. Good location. Came here around 2 on the weekday and noticed that they only had three flavor pizzas and couple slices of them which was disappointing, wanted to just walk out but felt bad so just ordered a pesto slice. Pesto slice was okay, can take the pine nuts as well as there are some on the pizza if you like pesto like that!

To be honest, when I opened the menu, I thought the price was a bit on the high side, and didn't expect to like it in the "worth it" scale. But hey, for a higher price, they better deliver on the food quality! It most certainly disappoint. The food was amazing. Got the Linguini Fruti Di Mare, the seafood was good quality, the cioppino sauce was intense. It truly is the boss of the sauce. Also ordered the Chicken Marsala, I'm always cautious before ordering because the marsala wine can easily become overwhelming, or the sauce is too sour, or the chicken is tough and dry. I did not hit any of those, but rather, what I got was a few silky smooth and tender pieces of flattened chicken breasts, that is moist and flavorful. The sauce is great too, not to mention the mushroom, that is so fresh and flavorful on its own. Last but not least, their attention to detail went all the way to mashed potato and steamed vegetables. It was truly one of the best. Did I mention the free, fresh baked foccacia? It's among the top 3 I've had in any restaurants, ever. At the end, even it pinches my wallet a bit, it was well worth it. Come hungry, leave happy!

We ordered: Margherita Pizza Penne alla Vodka Fettuccine alla Bolognese Rigatoni alla Pasqualona Every dish was very tasty and well made. I don't know why this place doesn't have a 5 rating. We also tried 5 of the 6 desserts they offer and they were also all very good. The only things that may seem out of place are the paper menus and that they only offer a few beverage options. They serve water but there's no soda machine. They had Coke, Diet Coke, Sanpellegrino Aranciata (orange) and Sanpellegrino Limonata (lemon), I don't recall any other drinks available. So if you don't like any of those or going with little kids, keep that in mind. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely come back.

Was craving some deep dish pizza. Nice Sunday afternoon, got…read moreseated outside, great vibes, while people watching. The deep dish pizza takes 30 min to make. Crispy bread, good amount of sausage and cheese got a small size. Also the wings were good. Would come again.

I like Blue Line's deep dish! I know they do other things, but that's what I come for. And IMO,…read moreit's (1) cheaper (2) healthier than people give it credit for. Is it healthy or cheap? No. What I mean is, if you break down their pizza (as I did in one pic below bc I have a cold, so I got mine to go), it's a cornmeal crust with a bunch of toppings and cheese, topped by a thick layer of tomato-based sauce. The crust is not super thin, but neither is it super thick and bready. It basically forms a shell around the toppings and sauce. The toppings can be healthy depending on what you choose. This time, I got 1/2 brass monkey 1/2 free bird. Brass monkey has a lot of sausage and ricotta, so not a healthy choice. Free bird has a really great amount of chicken! ... and some bacon, but I chose it. You could easily get a delicious veggie and chicken pizza, and it'd be better nutritionally. There's a good amount of cheese, but it's not overwhelming or super greasy. If you want in-your-face cheese, add more for another dollar or two. I like if the way it is. The tomato sauce is thick and surprisingly tangy. That reassures me it's not loaded down with sugar. Basically, is this super healthy? No -- in terms of my eating out/takeout, that would be a sashimi salad, or salmon with lightly steamed vegetables and a bit of sweet potato or quinoa. But it's decent for a Friday night out (or in) when you're not really trying to be healthy, but also not making a point of doing the opposite. As for price -- this is March 2026, and the large half-and-half composed of 2 of their priciest options was $39.14 after tax before tip. Now, that seems a bit high for one pizza. But I didn't eat all day, and 2 slices (out of 8) filled me right up. 3 slices would have left me too full, but probably still thinking "worth it!" 4 slices would make me super uncomfortably regretting-my-life-choices overfull. Sure, you can get cheaper pizza/takeout. But this is good stuff, like pasta toppings on a good cornmeal crust. If you ordered 2 solid pastas for under $40, you'd think that was a good deal! Well, this is 3-4 adult's worth of good pizza for under $40. Also, I used to cook and bake a lot more than I do now, and there's a lot of work and ingredient here, more than I'd commit to at twice the price. It would start making sense for me to mix up the crust and buy good cheese and meat and tins of San Marzanos if I needed 4 pizzas, i.e. to feed 15-20 people (with finger foods, salad, sides, dessert). Otherwise I'd just order here. Oh! I can't remember the last time I got takeout here. So they now have a shiny red takeout cabinet to the left as you walk in, and you just put in the last 4 digits of your phone # and your locker pops open! I would have liked not to be sick and to eat in, but the cabinet was pretty cute. :)

We ordered way too much, was served pleasantly, and said we will come back for their pasta. Pretty much every thing has roe (fish eggs) as a major or minor ingredient. I used to love the food here, which makes this experience even more disappointing…read more Tonight, I arrived around 7:10 PM with my husband. We ordered our favorite appetizer first and then placed the rest of our order. There were both a female and a male server, and neither of them made us feel welcome at all. The male server did not write anything down while taking our order and barely responded when I spoke. He gave no acknowledgment whatsoever, so I honestly could not tell whether he even heard me. It felt like the staff simply wanted us to leave as quickly as possible because the restaurant closes at 8 PM. We even rushed through our meal and made sure to leave before 8 PM out of consideration for the staff, yet we were still treated like an inconvenience the entire time. What shocked me the most was the hygiene issue. The black-haired female server at the counter near the entrance dropped a small stainless steel basket used for checks onto the floor, stepped on it with her shoe, then picked it up with her hands and placed it back without cleaning or sanitizing it. After that, she never washed or sanitized her hands, yet continued touching napkins, utensils, and setting tables. That is completely unacceptable, especially in a restaurant. To make things worse, my husband ordered a soju cocktail, and the male server placed the alcoholic drink directly in front of me even though I am visibly 9 months pregnant with a very large baby bump. He said nothing and walked away. Not once did the staff say "enjoy your meal" when serving our food. They never checked on our table even once afterward, and we never received any water or napkin refills. The only time the male server came back was after cleaning the restroom to tell us the kitchen was closing. If customers arriving after 7 PM are such an inconvenience, then please put a sign on the door telling people not to come in after that time. And most importantly, please teach your staff proper hygiene and basic customer service. This was one of the most unwelcoming and unsanitary dining experiences I have ever had.
