We ordered ahead of time and arrived after the pickup time, but when we walked up we're told to sit because our food wasn't ready, we then waited for quite awhile and when we checked the counter again, we were pretty rudely told that our food had been ready for awhile. Haven't had MOD in years. Wasn't sure if it'd taste the same as back then. It ended up tasting pretty consistent with what I remember! I got the mod size (thin crust) with unlimited toppings. The hot honey and ranch sauces were delicious with the pizza. A few things that would make MOD better in my opinion: 1) Labels at the ingredients bar. A lot of the ingredients were running low so I couldn't even see what was in those containers. 2) Putting spinach and arugula after the pizza comes out of the oven. Putting those before just makes them crispy and lose flavor after being in the oven. Most of the employees were friendly, but one person seemed like they really did not want to interact with anyone and avoided eye contact and was curt. I eat at this location often during my lunch break and I've always had a pleasant experience. There is lots of indoor seating and they also have a few outdoor tables with umbrellas. The staff is always welcoming and efficient. I can count on getting back to work in time :). It's located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I enjoy eating at Mod pizza because they have vegan sausage and dairy free cheese! I always get the mini with half red sauce and half spicy red sauce, some type of cheese combo (depending on my mood lol), and then load it up with a ton of yummy veggies. I also like that they have "finishing sauces" free of charge. I typically choose the hot buffalo sauce or their pesto. I can always count on this location for a satisfying and quick meal! read more

Pizza was pretty solid. You really can't go wrong with it. The topping selection was vast and by no means underwhelming. The pizza crust was alright. I wished it was crispier. Hmmm. My very first time trying a MOD pizza anywhere. I've never actually walked into one of these place but have driven by different locations and thought, "hey, I should try this"....I've thought this many times but yet never pulled the trigger. Well today as I was going to pick up some Chipotle for lunch, the guy inside said they were not serving food due to their system being down! Strange? So lo and behold, I finally made the decision to try this pizza! First thing I noticed while waiting in line, was that all the employees seemed grumpy and unhappy and were not particularly fast. The girl putting ingredients on the pizza was using her plastic gloved hand and dipping into each bin, rather than using a spoon or whatever. I don't know if those gloves were clean? Just made me weirded out a bit. I barely knew the rules of how you can ask for as many different toppings as you want. But I figured things out easily enough. The pizza got cooked up fairly fast and I took it back to work. Overall I found there was something off about the pizza. Like not enough sauce or cheese, the stuff that makes a pizza worth eating! I'm not sure exactly what it was, I cannot put my finger on it, but it was not quite up to snuff on what I feel a good pizza should taste like. Maybe I just made mine wrong? I discovered MOD Pizza a few years ago when I moved to the Bay Area, and it quickly became one of my favorite places to go for pizza. I had heard a lot of good things about it from friends, and it definitely lived up to the hype. When I was in undergrad in Southern California, I often went to Blaze Pizza which was right across the street from my college campus, and loved it! So if you like Blaze Pizza, you will like MOD Pizza as they taste very similar. I love mushroom pizza, so my go-to order here is always just a simple mushroom pizza. Sometimes as the workers are preparing my pizza, I ask for more mushrooms and they happily add more. I also appreciate that the crust is thin, which I prefer in a pizza. I visited this MOD Pizza with a friend, and although the parking situation was a bit hectic since it is located in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants and businesses, we had no problem finding seating inside. Dropped by today around 1pm for a quick lunch after hitting Target nearby in the same plaza. Service was quick and friendly and super accommodating to my keto diet. I got a cauliflower crust which was actually really good!! All my fav yummy toppings for an 11" pizza after tax and tip was like $14? Not bad. Signed up for the bogo teacher deal this week and this location did not disappoint. I ordered 2 build your own pizzas with mega crust through their app. They put a ton of topping on both pizzas and everything I ordered was on them. The first time I tried MOD, I wasn't a fan of their regular crust. This time I tried the thicker crust and it was a lot better. COVID precautions at this location were good. They have a long table set up near the door for pick up orders with signs listing parts of the alphabet for you to find your order by first name. Placed an online order and the instructions said to state you have an online order at the pickup area. I walked in and was the only person there so I waited for the man cutting the pizzas to look up and he didn't for the longest time. A man walks in after me and even though I was in line first, the man behind me was acknowledged and given his order. He then looks down again. I'm the only one there waiting for an order the hasn't been acknowledged yet, only two feet from him but he ignored me. I then had to ask him if my order was ready and he said it was just coming out. I saw him take it out but he didn't cut or do anything with it so I thought perhaps he's letting it cool. I continued to be the only one waiting until another customer walks in and he asks for the game on the order. This place is definitely back in my top spot as far as MOD locations go. The past few months I've been frequenting this location more and more. I come around the same time every time I pop into this area of town. Between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM and the guys that are usually here during that time are always so nice. This review goes out to Juan. If you've ever had the chance to had your pizza/salad made by him, you not only get what you want, the way you want (Duh! You would've gotten it with anyone anyway) but with him you get the extra friendliness, the extra smiles, and you get the extra laughs and short conversations. Never had Mod before so my friend suggested we grab lunch here. It's a cool set up and you are able to pick your toppings from display counter. I made an interesting one haha I was feeling daring. It actually came out really good. The bake it in a fire oven. The crust is thin and crisp. Make sure you add one of their topping sauces. It really makes the pizza. I would go here again. The pizza is super good and the dough is amazing. I ordered the mega crust, and this is one of the best dough I've tried. I ordered the pizza with red sauce, sausage, bacon, pepperoni, olives, and pineapple. AMAZING PIZZA. The price is also very reasonable as I paid $14, and I had leftovers I would give this 5 stars, but they only take online orders at the moment. I love going to these places to see my pizza be made. I love MOD pizza. However the service here sucks. I ordered a pizza on my app and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes and I haven't gotten my pizza yet. I also ordered a bottle of soda (which I told her and even showed her my order on the app) so I asked if I could take one of the bottles since I already paid. Well the girl looked at me like I was crazy so she called her co worker. He then said my order didn't reach their system yet. So then I asked if I could just take the bottle of soda and he was like "sure if you want to pay for it" like??? No! I'm not gonna pay for it. I already did! Just the attitude.
