Cheese Breadsticks
Erika A.

The cheese sticks were good. Just good. I'm on the fence about them. The seasonings on them are great! They are very seasoned and I like that. I didn't feel as though mine had enough cheese on them. Or maybe they were cooked too long because they weren't cheesy much. My son loves cheesy bread and would only eat 2 of these which says a lot about it. Idk. Maybe mine was cooked a little too long, I did notice that the cheese was a bit dark in a few spots. I would definitely give them another try though because the cheesy bread has potential! I will be back in the future to try the cheesy bread again and the vegetarian pizza.

Fake counterfeit money
Misha A.

WE GOT SERVED COUNTERFEIT MONEY. So we go in, buy a large Pizza which totaled to $17 and some change. We pay with a $100 bill. The cashier proceeds to go into the back, grabs us four $20's and some change. We leave, hit a gas station only to find out two of the $20's are counterfeit. So we walk back into Pizza Mart, confront them about it only to have the employees deny ever selling us pizza or giving us change. The manager lady freaks out on us and gets on the phone with someone. She shows us a FAKE security cam video of the cashier tending bills out the till when he got the money from the back. They were being SUPER SHADY. The place is a front for some illegal activity. We are opening a case with investigators. DONT GO HERE. They're super sus.

Fake bills
Drake R.

Bought pizza with cash and received fake bills back. They lied about giving back change and the pizza wasn't even worth the trouble either. The woman at the front started hysterically yelling and causing a scene. The cops did not help either. Just avoid this place all together.

I'll get straight to the point: This place is lamb heaven…read more One of the best and most unique lamb ribs I've ever had. A thin crisp crust, falling off the bone tender lamb with a nice amount of fat. It's served with a salty spicy dry rub that adds more texture with each bite. The raw sliced onions, not something you'll see with western cuisine, but a staple served with mughlai kebabs in other parts of the world provide sweetness and additional crunch. The lamb buns were great. Unlike most buns or patties or quiche which usually have ground lamb, these had tiny cubes, along with potatoes. Just needed some hot sauce to unlock flavors for me. The lamb soup with noodles was light and super flavorful. Great for a winter afternoon. Service was nice. The place is inside the same mall which houses Ranch Market and is clean with nice comfy seating. Will I return: Definitely

Ooohh, now THIS is a slightly rare treat. Cuisine specifically from Xinjiang province in…read morenorthwestern China. Specializing in lamb, xinjiang naan, and more with a healthy amount of, of course, cumin. Lamb skewers - Glorious meaty flavor, with that very slightly gamey lamb taste and a lot of seasoning. Lamb stir fry - Delicious. I particularly love the lamb chunks that have a bit of fat or tendon on them. I also love the potato in this. Hand pulled wide noodles - These are on-point, especially after the sad and soft ones at Dough Zone. So much texture and the amount of umami they soak up from the juices of the stir fry is brain melting. Naan - They're definitely good, but these are.....sooooooooo dense and filling. As an analogy, if bread -- bagel, then Indian curry naan -- this naan. Honestly, these aren't my favorite, but I can't fault the taste or quality at all. Soup - Oh yeah, this was also perfect with the bread. At a glance, it reminds me a bit of pho broth, but you'll forget once the lamb flavor in it hits like a truck.

I was just visiting my friend in Kent and trying to find a restaurant that was still open on late…read moreSunday night around 9pm. Saw this place was open till midnight which was rare for Indian food. We were a bit skeptical at first, but the choice was either this place or junk food. We decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the place looked a bit sketchy. It was right by the gas station and the inside area was connected to the convenience store where people walked in and out. The eating area actually looked pretty decent and clean so we sat down and decided to dine in. I wasn't expecting much of the food and just ordered a safe choice, butter chicken and garlic naan. When the food arrived, they looked alright. I took the first bite on the butter chicken. OMG, the chicken just melted in my mouth. It was tender and juicy (not hard and dry). The sauce was what got me though. It smelled so appetizing and I could taste a different blend of spices in the creamy buttery sauce with a tad of sweetness to it. The spices were mildly medium, just enough to tingle my taste buds. My friend, who was not good with spicy food, couldn't resist the sauce and kept pouring them on his rice. Luckily there was enough sauce for my naan, which brings me to my next point. I had many dry, hard and burnt garlic naan before, but wow, this one was so different. It was soft, not burnt and tasty with a hint of garlic that didn't sucker punch my nose. I felt like I had eaten all the wrong garlic naan until tonight. Before we came here, we weren't that hungry and just wanted to get small bites and bring home the rest of the food. But the plan has changed and we finished all the food and we were so full. It has been several years since I've tasted Indian food this good. It brought me back memories of my first butter chicken that was just perfect and had the right combination of spices. Don't get me wrong, I've tried many Indian restaurants before and they were alright. Most of their food had a very strong smell and heavy flavors that just overwhelmed my senses. The spices were either too thick or burned my tongue. Nothing wrong with that kind of restaurant if you're looking for that. They might be super authentic or stick to their roots, but for me, this place just had the right blend of spices in their food and hit all the right notes for a non-Indian like myself to truly enjoy their Indian food and appreciate the richness of their cuisine (in moderation). If you could look past the hole in the wall place, you might find this hidden gem as well. Now the only complaint is I have to drive all the way down from Bellevue to Kent whenever I'm craving for their butter chicken again. :(

Ummmm. Very interesting. Let me start by saying the Skippers seafood was great and I will be back!…read more It was in a gas station which is fine but we entered from the front and had to look for where they cook the food and if they still were in business. We found it to the left behind a partitioned wall of snacks. No one was at the counter and there was a little bell. We had to "ring the bell" a few times to get service and then pay up front (where you pay for your gas). There was no one in the little dining area and It was very quite and it felt a little awkward eating in silence. I think it's quiet though because another person reviewed it saying the Indian music was so loud. ?? There were three menu topics. Teriyaki, Indian, Skippers. Like I said, the skippers fish and chips were good and The other items looked good too. Now that I know what to expect (and to use the side door). I'm sure my experience will be better Oh by the way, they do use Yelp for a 10% discount if you "like" them and they use door dash and grub hub if you want delivery.

I've brought multiple colleagues here who also like Indian food and they too have kept coming back. The food is flavorful and tastes way better than all the Naansense trucks in SLU. The default option is white rice + two sides. The two sides can be the same or different. There are veggie sides and meat sides. This comes with a very small amount of salad greens on top of the rice. This costs $8.50 including tax when paying with credit card. Not sure if there's a cash discount. However, for only $1.00 more you can get a third side. I usually go for one meat side and two veggie sides. For me that gives the ratio of meat and veggies that I'm looking for. Lately my favorite order has been chicken curry and double okra. The okra is on the oily side, which I like as I mix some of it with the rice. Try different veggie sides though and you'll find some are and some aren't oily. Same with spice level (as in hot spicy) -- some dishes are on the hot side and some aren't at all. Note that if you get biryani, that will replace the rice. I've had the chicken biryani several times and while the taste is great, it's a little light on the meat (it has one small drumstick or thigh). If I get biryani + two veggie sides I find it's overall a little light on meat, and if I get biryani + one meat side and one veggie side then it's too much meat to veggies ratio for me. That's why my favorite order has become rice with one meat side and two veggie sides. Regarding the chai, it's $2 for a small cup (I think about 8oz). It's a good chai, nicely spiced. A nice addition to the meal. What I recommend is to ask for what you want as they are very friendly and accommodating (and of course depending on what you ask, it may affect the price). Want extra salad? Ask for it. Want additional rotis? Ask for it. Want rotis instead of rice? Ask for it. Want another side instead of rice? Ask for it... you get the idea.
