Upon ordering, I was given a time of 35 minutes and a total of $35.00. About 7 minutes later I get call saying that it's going to be 50 minutes and "BTW, the cost is $45"! Hmmmm so I paid $45 for what was supposed to be a deep dish pizza but what arrived as flat as a thin crust one topping pizza . The extra money was supposedly to cover the Italian beef meat that I requested on my pizza but you would have literally had to go swimming through the pizza to find a scant piece of Italian beef . What did I find? Let me tell you , a big huge chunk of brown paper bag flopped in the sauce under the cheese layer . I basically received a hard, burned to a crisp crust with a bunch of sauce flopped on the top , a bite or two of ham , a few crumbles of cheese and specks of Italian beef . I will never ever again darken their doorstep with my money . Trust me, they know that we were good for at least $100 a month in orders if not more. I would say that probably over the last year , the food and service has just gotten progressively worse to the point that now they are serving brown paper bag and charging $45 for it ! I would sooner buy frozen pizza then ever return to Gina's.

That was my 1st order. I just ordered again last night and wanted to try Sandwich. We ordered BBQ Chicken sandwich, Chicken Strip meal, Fries & Poppers. Hands down best food ever and I have never had Poppers that I felt were actually High End! Great quality and quantity food here!!! We did definitely be trying more on this Menu!!!!! Not even close. The crust was over-baked and scorched to the point that it was cracking apart and it was as dry and as crunchy as a salad crouton. The bottom portion of the pie was paper thin with very little sauce. There was, however, a ton of cheese. In fact it was like all cheese. Now you might think, eh, that sounds good. In a word NO. I ate one slice and dumped the rest. The box that it was presented to me in was greasy and stained with hand prints and whatever it was made with. Not what I like to see.

I thought it was a little overpriced, but I'm probably cheap . Their location is in a cellphone dead zone; they have WiFi to combat that - good luck getting someone to stop by your table, but you can ask for it when they finally do and get it!
