When the pizza was freshly put on the buffet, the pizza was great. If it had been sitting under the heat lamp, it was not desirable as it was hard to chew. The price was ok for $12 with a water. I scratched that itch. I would order a pizza next time from Gelsosomo's instead of doing a buffet.

Crisp yet very chewy. You can taste it in the ingredients. They all appear fresh. But most of all you can taste it in the monthly specials. This is where the Owner formally the owner's son truly shines. Every once in a while he misses but virtually 90% of his creations are astonishingly good and truly creative. He creates a new sandwich every month a new pizza every month a new set of dough knots every month. Try one of their thin crust, but ask for it well done and with their OG sauce anything you add to it then will tickle your pallet.
