Wings were very rubbery and had no meat. Pizza came out wrong. No masks were worn in the kitchen and they did not wear hairnets.

Upon ordering, I was given a time of 35 minutes and a total of $35.00. About 7 minutes later I get call saying that it's going to be 50 minutes and "BTW, the cost is $45"! Hmmmm so I paid $45 for what was supposed to be a deep dish pizza but what arrived as flat as a thin crust one topping pizza . The extra money was supposedly to cover the Italian beef meat that I requested on my pizza but you would have literally had to go swimming through the pizza to find a scant piece of Italian beef . What did I find? Let me tell you , a big huge chunk of brown paper bag flopped in the sauce under the cheese layer . I basically received a hard, burned to a crisp crust with a bunch of sauce flopped on the top , a bite or two of ham , a few crumbles of cheese and specks of Italian beef . I will never ever again darken their doorstep with my money . Trust me, they know that we were good for at least $100 a month in orders if not more. I would say that probably over the last year , the food and service has just gotten progressively worse to the point that now they are serving brown paper bag and charging $45 for it ! I would sooner buy frozen pizza then ever return to Gina's.

We were seated immediately and the server greeted us pretty quickly. He may have been new as he seemed uncertain with some of our menu questions. They have an arrabbiata sauce and I was able to get that on the margherita pizza. It was amazing. Dough and sauce are house made. For apps, we got the calamari and baked Asiago. Both were excellent. Their espresso martinis are legit - served with espresso and 3 beans. Highly recommend this spot.

One thing to note; there's only one unisex bathroom on the first floor, which wasn't quite enough for the number of guests that day. There is another restroom upstairs, but it may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns. The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer our questions since it was our first time dining here. The owner also made a point to visit every table, which added a warm, personal touch. The food truly stood out; comforting Italian dishes that reminded us of meals we enjoyed in Italy. Portions were just right, with a great balance of pasta and ingredients. The stuffed eggplant was a highlight; perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. The Pizza Bianco was another favorite, generously topped with artichoke hearts. A few minor notes: the calamari was slightly overcooked, and while the Shrimp Scampi with Capellini Aglio Olio was flavorful and well-seasoned, the pasta was a bit on the dry side for my preference. Some of the shrimp were slightly overcooked as well, but it didn't take away from the overall taste as it was still very enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. We'd definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back the next time we're in the area.

The wild salmon was a big portion. I had it with risotto, but spaghetti marinara was a choice, too. I didn't want red sauce with salmon. The salmon was a bit dry. Risotto was flavorful and soft. The owner has a farm and uses a lot of the produce she grows herself for the freshest ingredients. The variety on the menu is fabulous as well. They always have exceptional daily specials. It's always so hard to decide what to order! The negative is that it is only open for dinners on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They used to be open more than than as well as for lunch (they had a fantastic lunch menu!) so that's a disappointment. The place is also clean, but I would like to see them replace their tables and chairs. The chairs are old and you sink down so low. The tables don't have a smooth surface and crumb debris gets caught. This is the only authentic, quality Italian place in town so I hope it sticks around for a long time! With her decreasing the hours from what she had before, I worry she'll eventually close. It would be a huge loss to the community if it did.
