It was great to be able to order from the touch pad to get prompt service. Ordered fried chicken and onion rings. The fried chicken was meaty, crispy, and flavorful. Because it was from a DoorDash order so saying I had to request a stupid refund, what a total mess. Mo if you're reading this, I've been coming in here for the last five years. This is the worst out of all visits... I couldn't believe I had to have an attitude with your Manager, she was so incompetent in the situation and her best response is "I just work here" took absolutely no ownership in the situation, and was so uninterested on helping. She didn't know how to process an exchange and redo the order., and if your phone line was only working so I can call in to tell them to remove the onions, none of this would've happened, You should empower your staff and give them the authorization to do things when you're not around, so this kind of screw-up doesn't happen again. I'm irritated, This is not how I wanted to spend my weekend.

The building itself looks pretty run down and dilapidated, but it's kinda a vibe, not gonna lie. There's a bit of parking surrounding the building and only like two other cars. The bullet proof glass is certainly a choice LOL. The menu is behind the glass, and the prices are pretty fair! I got like a four piece with a side. The chicken itself is pretty crispy, but I don't recall it being particularly flavorful. Like it had a decent spice and good crispy outer coating, but the chicken meat itself felt on the tad side of dry and probably could've used more salt or something. Fries were just ok. I really like the fritters!

Terrible service and extremely disappointing experience!…read more From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unacceptable. The first girl who greeted me barely spoke and sat me next to the bar. Then the girl working at the bar yelled, "There's no server for that side." No apology, no explanation--nothing. So, I went back to the front and stood there for 10+ minutes, and not one employee acknowledged me. I literally had to call the restaurant while standing in the waiting area to ask if someone was going to come up front and assist me. They finally sent a girl over, but she didn't acknowledge or speak to anyone. It was as if I wasn't even standing there. I finally asked, "Do you have a table for one?" She responded, "At the bar." I said no, and honestly, I should have listened to the other reviews and gone somewhere else. Eventually, I was seated, but the service continued to be terrible. My waitress had only two tables and still barely checked on me. She never came back to see if I needed anything. Then the manager came over, and when I explained everything that had happened, his response was, "Anything else?" He came across as completely uninterested. There was no genuine apology, no attempt to make the situation right, and no compensation. Instead, I was given excuses about being short-staffed and him working in the kitchen. Being short-staffed does not excuse completely ignoring customers or providing such poor customer service. Every employee I encountered was unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality. I will never return to this location. Please read the other reviews before deciding to come here. It was absolutely not worth it!!!

I also ordered 3 tenders with their famous "wing ferno" dry rub. The space is quite decent and had plenty of seating. The staff were nice and welcoming but wasn't as helpful as there were plenty of deals I didn't know about as a first timer, which could have benefited me. When I got home I realized despite saying bbq sauce on the side, they still sauced my wings and they were soggy by the time I got home so I needed to put them in the air fryer. The chicken had good flavor because of the sauce but it was not seasoned. The tenders were nice size, crispy and SPICY! their dry rub definitely was extremely spicy to the point I couldn't finish all 3 tenders. The fries were fresh crispy and seasoned and really good. After I left I noticed on the window there was a daily deal similar to what I ordered, I wish the staff would have notified me to help me save a couple bucks. All in all it's a cool place to order wings, however I've had better options. I may go back to try different flavors.
