All I can say is this place is awesome. You usually don't expect good pizza in places like this. For cheap prices its better than just decent. I'm glad I have a place nearby to stop by whenever I'm in the mood for some good cheap pizza. Sure beats out little ceasers and piara pizza. read more

I ate here at 9pm when I was starving. Really cheap prices and good salad and wings. I haven't had the pizza yet but I would. Nice service. I have no complaints to make about this place. read more

Pizza King - Big ole chicken salad for $3.50! - Pizza Near Me - Compton, California

Pizza was surprisingly good- I was driving by and say their $5 cheese or pepperoni special and decided to pick one up. I walked in, asked how long it would take, and they said 5-7min. As promised at the 5 min mark he came out to my car with a smile and piping hot pizza. For the price, this is way better than Little Caesars $5 pizza :) read more

Tired of all the old pizza food chains that just seem to have lost their touch? Well, I am here to restore your faith in, what I feel, is the best pizza shop in all of LA! When you drive by Pizza King, you don't think it's going to be great but don't it's humble exterior scare you away. This spot is definitely a hidden gem. Fresh ingredients, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. This place has it all! I started coming here about two years ago and have never been disappointed by the quality and taste of their food. The food here tastes like it just came out of the oven. I never make it home without having a slice in my car. It is that BOMB. I recommend pizza, wings, calzones, and their cheese bread! If you're looking for some good old fashioned pizza that tastes freshly made, look no further and give them a try!!! I also want to give a shout out to the owner and family. Everyone knows this place not only because of their delicious menu items, unbeatable prices, and customer service, but because of the staff. More popularly known as la Señora Ilsa Cabello-López. This woman spent all of her time in the shop and became well known to all of her customers for her big heart and feisty personality. She was known for giving out free slices of pizza to people who didn't have enough money to buy something to eat. She always made you laugh when you called or walked into the shop. She definitely was the essence of the shop. I say was because she tragically lost her battle to cancer/covid October of 2022. She leaves behind a loving family who still runs the shop. She loved the shop so much and spent every moment she could there where she could do what she loved most, interact with people. She touched so many lives and has left behind an incredible legacy. This shop has been open for about 15 years and after eating here, one can understand why. So if you're in town, definitely give them a try! read more

This place is great! Much better customer service than the one in South La on King. $7.99 for a XL pizza!? I'm down! Or $5.99 Large. My family of 6 always enjoys the pizza & wings! Price is very decent & for a couple bucks more than Lil ceasars I would rather eat pizzas from here! They a bit cheap for the ranch & extra Parmesan cheese but nowadays who isn't. read more

The pizza was okay. The owner would not honor our online coupon saying coupons were no longer accepted. When questioned the owner said it was no longer available. The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant was obviously questionable as well. We will be looking for a new pizza shop. read more

Best pizza in Compton City, the quality of toppings and pizzas can't be compare to other places. Great customer service and prices are reasonable. I love ordering the Mexican pizza style with hot wings, and cheese bread on the side....yummy! The only negative comment I can say is the waiting time, so call ahead of time. The best pizza there is. Too bad it's in the location that it is. You definitely cannot judge a book by its cover.. the pizzas are fresh..delicous.. saucy.. cheese is great..toppings ..wow! The variety if pizzas it has are great.. the XL half pepperoni half cheese pizza is the best and the Price is Awesome. The man who makes the pizza who I believe is the owner, is nice .. will fix any problem you may have and makes sure it doesn't happen again. This place really lives up to better ingredients better pizza slogan..I wish this pizza was more known ..I bet many people would never buy a commercial card board tasting pizza again like Dominos, Little Caesars or Pizza Hut ..oh, they also have a Mexican Pizza that's a real Mexican Pizza not like Taco Bell..5 stars or more if possible read more

They mistook my order and didn't correct it, over priced shithole.

I cannot rate how the pizza tastes but If I am not getting the service I want and Im being rushed to order then its not worth my money,I got mt money back right away. read more

Been ordering Pizza King for the past 15 years the pizza is delicious , the people there very friendly and kind. My family love it.

Stays open late, great price, awesome specials, friendly service and best of all, incredible tasting PIZZA!!!!! Toppings and sauce were both very good! This was my first time and I'm definitely coming back. read more

This is a great spot for cheap and good pizza. The pepperoni on the pizza is just a little crispy to give it that perfect flavor with the cheese. To get the maximum flavor from this pizza you must enjoy it hot, no going back later and just grabbing a slice, you must heat up in the oven. Although I prefer my wings fried, they have some pretty good wings here also. Just a note to PK.... Customer service goes a loooooong way. Thanks Brandi M. for a great lunch. read more

Very big fan of pizza king in LA and today while spending some QT with my mother in love we decide to try this one not too far from her house! Besides them not greeting me when I walked through the door the pizza was amazing as usual and the hot wings were tender and the sauce was everything sad more ummmmmmmmmmmmm! They never disappoint me or make me look silly for recommending them read more

Place is ok. Decided to try something new from the typical pizza place we've been with for about 10-15 years.. Wasnt as good, skimpy on the cheese. Don't ask for extra cheese! Also my brother usually ask for some sauce on the side. Our normal pizza place gives us about a good small coffee size cup full. This place gave us two small little container for one xlarg and a large. Lol.. Dont think ill be coming back. read more

If you're in the CPT and you happen to crave pizza. This is the go-to spot. Believe me, it's surprisingly good. It's all freshly hand-made. Make sure to call to place your order, it takes 10-15 minutes vs going directly to the pizzeria and it'll take much longer. read more

I love this place, don't get me wrong the pizza is delicious, but the reason why I'm only giving 1 star is because it's been several occasions that I want to order an Extra Large pizza and they say they can't nmake any in that size that they can only make large. So why would you have an Extra Large pizza in your menu if you guys are lazy to make them. This review is only regarding the fact that they say they can't make Extra Large Pizzas, nothing else. read more

I ordered after raved reviews but gave lower rating for not having potatoes to make potato wedges even though on the menu.

The pizza is good on flavor. I ordered over the phone for pick up but still had to wait once I got there. The pizza was a bit soggy in the middle maybe could of used a bit more time in the oven. The woman is very nice though. read more

Its a little gem in the cpt if your around the area, also its a pretty cheap price, they made my pizza fast which i liked and the pizza i give a 7 out of 10 good taste and okay, bread not bad but not so good, its in between right down the middle so all in all if your lazy for a quick bite of pizza this is the spot. read more

This is our go to place when we don't have time to make dinner. The food used to be better when they first opened but they're still decent. The drivers and staff are friendly and we can normally get a good deal. I love that they always have specials. But sometimes we have issues on them honoring their coupons. E.g. If it says free soda with delivery, we might get free delivery with no soda. We tend to go back and forth with them. read more
