This place was horrendous. The waitress took our drink order and then didn't come back for 10 minutes. When she finally came back, she asked if we were ready to order and when we did, she said "anything to drink?". She apologized when we said we already placed that order when we sat down. After 15 min, our wing order came out. They were ok. Not great but not horrible. After another 10 min, another lady came out and said they were out of the crust style we ordered and asked if we would like a different style. It took them 25 min to figure this out?! After selecting another crust, it took 25 more min before we got the pizza. So 50 min total from the time we ordered. The place was not very crowded either. When the pizza came out, we asked for some plates. They never came. We eventually walked up to the salad bar and took the salad plates. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before going there, but we had just gotten done with the Polar Express ride and were looking for a quick bite. No such luck. I do not recommend. read more

After a long trip, I ordered an "individual sized chicken alfredo" for delivery. Once i received it, I called the business to complain how the serving size was very, very small in portion (about 4 or 5 bites in case anyone was considering ordering one). I've ordered the same thing at other Pizza Huts in other States and maybe some regions consider their "family size portions" as "individual size" and vice versa... Attention!!! Do not eat at the Williams Pizza Hut!! They are disorganized and rude. We came yesterday and the manager said that if we needed something special because some people don't eat the same things that they should make you a plain pepperoni or cheese pizza. He even discounted the meal because of the misunderstanding. They had one slice left today of pepperoni and I got it for Zander (my 2 yr old) and asked the guy to have another bought out. I was rudely told that if I wanted something special I had to order a personal pan pizza becuase how they came is how they are.. when I tried to voice that wasn't what we were told yesterday when I was here with Sarah he got even ruder about it. As a local, and one who lives in a town smaller than Williams, when the pizza craving hits, you think Pizza Hut. And as a person who has a sister-in-law that manages not one but 2 Pizza Huts in the deep south you just know its gonna be good. Yeah, not even remotely. They are understaffed, slow, rude, and probably the worst "Hut" I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. The very last time I ate there was last fall. I was giving it a "3rd" chance. We ordered wings, large pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms & bread sticks. First, my daughter bit into a wing and it was RAW! We sent them back after signaling for our waitress for 10 minutes. She NEVER brought new wings back! We waited and ate the bread sticks which were mediocre at best. When our pizza came it was the WRONG one! We told her that when she brought it, she was rude and said she'd get us the right one. When we asked about our wings she said we DIDN'T order wings! I was pissed! I told her to box the pizza that we were leaving. She did, and when she brought us the bill she charged us for wings we never got! I threw a fit and asked for a manager. I explained what happened and got the wings taken off and the pizza free (which I wanted to pay for). I was NOT scamming for something free. I gave the manager a $15.00 tip for being so kind, left nothing for the dumbass waitress and told them I will never ever come back again. Do NOT go here! Avoid at all costs. Not very impressed with this Pizza Hut. The pizza was Pizza Hut pizza. No problem there, but the customer service is so lacking. We came in around noon on a Labor Day. There were two groups when we came in so the restaurant was pretty empty. We had to wait a few minutes before anyone greeted us. After being greeted we were told we needed to wait while tables were wiped down. I just suggested we eat at two smaller tables next to each other (party of 9). After being seated we waited for a server. Being that they have a buffet one would assume we would have been asked if we were having the buffet our needed time to order, but that did not happen. After a little wait I finally just got up and went to the buffet. The server came to our table once, after getting our order and dropping off waters, to clear our plates. I had a stack of five plates (they are small plates) when she came over. They ran out of cups for the sauce and did not replenish them while we were there. We called well in advance for dine in when we came in we sat down like any other location and were greeted by a very rude older woman Margie, who shouted "no! You can't sit there it's a 20 minute wait you have to go and wait" first off if that was the case she could have been so much nicer about it. You spend three days on the road, your tired and the only place that delivers is PIZZA HUT!! You give them the hotel your staying at you order Chicken Alfredo, which they indicated will feed two (2), that means three (3) small pieces of chicken for each person, but it wasn't eatable so you didn't have to worry about the rubber chicken. Now you tell them you're at a hotel, which mean you don't have any silverware to eat with and the jerk that tool the order wasn't smart enough to include plastic for us to eat with. So a call back and the reply was you didn't ask for anything to eat your food with. I forgot my famous quote "COMMON SENSE IS NOT COMMON". Yet you would think anyone in a business that delivers food, normal practice would plastic ware would be included. Next time there will be no more excessive tip for people that can't use good business practice. I highly recommend you find a place that likes to take care of there customers. read more

No wonder this Pizza Hut has horrible reviews! It just took me almost 15 minutes to order by phone because the site via Yelp is just as horrible! They didn't have most of the online menu items "in stock"; I had never ever heard this before from Pizza Hut in my life! The lady on the phone said they had no specials, quoted me $11.99 for medium 1 topping but when I mentioned the $5 each deal (2 items minimum) she had an epiphany and said yes! So, I got the same medium for $5 and added garlic knots for another $5! If I hadn't said something about this special she would've just charged me $11.99 for a single medium! Next, I asked about the Big Dipper (2 feet pizza), she had to check the stock again!!! But came back with good news! I asked about the family wings special for $14.99 with 2 fries plus 8 bone out and 8 traditional, she didn't have a clue and asked, "are your sure it's a Pizza Hut special"? Oh my God!!! Just couldn't believe it. Just horrible, I'm just spending the night here on my way to the Canyons so didn't feel like going out. Never waste your time with this store, never. Waited 20 minutes to be seated, no greeting, we weren't told that we would have to wait and workers were just walking by. when our server finally made it to our table she was super impatient and left our table (rudely) telling us that "we are not her only table that she has to take care of" after literally 15 seconds of thinking? When she brought our pizza she threw it on our table along with the plates. She didn't say anything. Our drinks were all empty and we were trying to get refills. After a long day at the grand canyon & feeling a bit under the weather, getting food to go was our only option. Pizza Hut right down the street from the Ramada. Perfect! Called it in. 15 minutes later walked down the street. Wasn't ready, so we waited...no biggie. Come to find out, our order was given away or something so, it had to be remade. Manager came out, money in hand, to explain and give us a refund while our new order was in the oven. Wow!! that was great! things happen, we would have just waited. Stopped by with my family of 6 totaled today. We ordered a family meal with an order of meaty marinara pasta. Another family walked in 5 minutes after us and placed an order as well. We waited at least an hr waiting on our order. The other family gotten their order and was literally done while we was still waiting. When we questioned it they said they had a lot of deliveries!! This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut in my life. It was a wing Street station we walked in there were approximately 10 people in the dining area. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come and we were seated and given our menus. 20 minutes later the server returned to ask us what we wanted to drink and I questioned her on why I could not find wings on the menu I asked if there was a separate menu for the wings. We were told that they were out of wings. At that point we ordered an appetizer and a pizza and drinks and our drinks. After about five minutes she returned with our beverages. 20 minutes later our pizza arrived we questioned her about our appetizer and we were told it would be right up. After another 25 minutes we had consumed our pizza had not seen our server during that time and we're ready to go. When she finally returned we asked for a to go box and I told her to make sure she did not charge us for our breadstick appetizers because we never received them. When she finally brought the to go box she also brought along the breadstick appetizers at that point I told her we did not want them and I was not going to be charged for them because it was an appetizer that I had ordered well over 45 minutes prior. Her excuse was they were shorthanded and she was sorry. When I went to pay the bill she told the lady that was ringing us out that we didn't want our breadsticks which was true not after I'd waited nearly an hour why would I want an appetizer after I had already consumed my pizza? This Pizza Hut wing Street station needs to have some type of upper management come in and see how terrible this establishment is being ran steer clear of this location. At 8 I called and they said it was on the way, they were sorry for the delay but the guy would be there any minute. 9, I called and the woman on the phone didn't really care that I had been waiting over 2 hours for pizza, that she said he had left with my pizza and hour ago (so now it would be cold) she states my card had been rejected which is clearly not the case, I had to open a complaint with my bank to have the charge reversed. Do NOT use this location, do not give them your card number! Lots of good food in Williams with lots of great people, this is not worth it! We were in town for the night and going to the Grand Canyon the next day. We decided to eat dinner at Pizza Hut because there is a little something for everyone in our family. When we arrived we their was only 2 customers in the dining room . This was Saturday prime dinner time and dining room was pretty much empty. We waited 15 minutes for someone to seat us. We orders water for drinks and after 20 minutes we asked again for our drinks. We found out our waitress was taking phone orders. A fuming made older women said "IM GETTING THEM!!". 10 minutes later she brought out waters. We asked if we could order as she was leaving our table and she responded "WHEN I GET A CHANCE!!!". At that moment we decided do we want to spend the next hour or 2 like this ..fighting for service and food or go down the street to Carl's Jr. at the truck stop ?? We left Pizza Hut :) and then read all of the bad Yelp reviews. Lesson learned!! Always read Yelp FIRST! :) read more
