    Chicken Margarita Pizza

We were traveling to Grand Canyon and on the way we decided to have dinner at Pizza hut. We ordered the dinner online and picked up our dinner in 30 minutes. When we reached Pizza hut we picked our dinner and decided to eat dinner at Pizza hut restaurant. For dinner we ordered Vegetarian Pizza, Margarita Chicken Pizza, Garlic Bread, Pasta and one large dinner box. The food was hot and delicious. We loved our dinner and it was freshly made and amazing. The best of the lot was Chicken Pizza with the buffalo sauce. Amazing pizza and everyone loved it.

Same thing two weeks later after standard "apology" from Franchisee. I guess corporate doesn't care how these guys operate. So why should they.

No pizzas were available for grab and go or "express" service, so I ordered a pan pizza. It took over 20 minutes for them to make it, even though there was only 2 other people here. They also decided to make other pizzas for the grab and go Station before making mine. That was an odd choice.

    No sauce. Complete refusal.

I'd actually like your district managers number. Your customer service was garbage. We ordered naked wings and you refused to give a sauce when they come with one. You're fn trash.

I had the double chocolate cream pie. YUMMMMMMMMM . . . My friend had a fruit pie. The coffee was good. I saw other guests enjoying pastas, sandwiches, and other desserts and they seemed to be enjoying their meals. Our server was awesome and very personable. Parking is the standard small town curbside parallel parking. There is a small gift shop with some interesting signs (see photo). I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.

They also are able to make regular Pepsi into cherry Pepsi by adding bits of cherries they use for sundaes into the soda. They have outdoor seating on the famous Route 66.
