While in town for the night, we placed an order for delivery. There was not heads up given that they would not be able to provide change. I asked to call into the store to place the order, get change from front desk, as well as run to the gas station next to the Hotel. Sebastian said he was not waiting and called into the store to let his manager know that I did not have a way to pay for the order, which was not the case. I am very unhappy with the service provide, and I advise you let customers know before hand that your driver only carries ($20) in change. read more

****LONG RANT ***** What a HORRIBLE experience at WAUSEON PIZZA HUT today. We had a birthday dinner planned for the kids today and we had tables reserved for over 20 people in advance. We showed up and found out that they gave our tables away and the Manager told us it was then "First come, First serve". Which wasn't true, we found out later that they did indeed gave our tables away and just wouldn't own up to it. Mind you we have had multiple birthday dinners at this same Pizza Hut and we did this exact same procedure with no issues until today. Well then we were stuck moving tables around OURSELVES with no help to try to configure something in order to fit all the people that were coming. Their employees and the manager just sat there and watched us as we did all the work. We then waited and waited for someone to come get our order, and drinks and no one came. At this point our entire party was fed up and couldn't believe how bad the service was, so I went up and asked to talked to the Manager and explained everything to her. I asked for her name so I could contact corporate in the morning about my experience and she then proceeded to say that "SHE DIDNT FEEL SAFE, AND THAT SHE COULD ASK US TO LEAVE!! " WHAT A JOKE!!, To threaten to have us leave because I simply asked for her name like you would any other time or place a issue arises and you want to report it. To make matters worst, they had the nerves to come tell us that they forgot to put one of our orders over an hour later, so we had kids waiting for that food and the whole time they forgot to even put it in!! We repeatedly had to ask for silverware and plates, the most basic and first thing you are given when at a restaurant! It was a NIGHTMARE to say the least, and the manager was the rudest person ever, and she still refused to talk to us or identify herself! My mother in law had a conversation with her and asked her to apologize and she just shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care!! Fortunately we had a waitresses that has served us before come over and apologize to our party for the managers behavior and stated that many people that work there are fed up with her as also. We were told her name was JULIE but not 100% sure if thats correct but we are going to contact corporate in the morning and make sure this never happens again. If anyone can confirm that the managers name is in fact JULIE that was working tonight, that would be great. Its crazy that in a service industry business that people like her are made managers! All she had to do was simply apologize and attempt to make things right but nope she refused to even try to apologize. Sorry for the long rant, but I refuse to let this go without this going up their corporate ladder and something being done. She made my kids birthday dinner chaotic, so I'm not letting this one go quietly. read more

Stopped at Pizza Hut in Wauseon with family for Sunday brunch/dinner. The salad bar was extremely fresh and they even had green olives (one of my favorite salad garnishings). Along with the salad bar we ordered a large specialty pizza and a medium pepperoni hand tossed pizza with an order of wings and bread sticks, The cheese bread sticks were excellent and I wanted more. The pizza was very good, although the veggie toppings were not as cooked as some restaurants. The drinks they offered were ice tea and Pepsi products. (no sweet tea though which is a favorite of my granddaughter). Over all the service was good and the food tasty. We will be going back again. read more

31 dollars for two people(Not including tip), two soft drinks(that the size of the cups were lowered to half to try to slow customers from using as much of the drinks), one large pizza and 5 breadsticks(yes, breadsticks, not cheeseticks like most people automatically assume) is insane. Service was extremely slow and it was not even busy. I was at the Pizza Hut store this last Saturday about 3;00 pm only two other guest were there I was seated asked what I wanted to drink and left there for 1/2 hour no drink no service nothing so I got up and left the place I will not be back there are too many place to eat in Wauseon to sit and be treated like your not there. read more

I don't usually review chain restaurants, but I'll make an exception for this location. The staff was great on my visit. I only picked up pizza, but they took great care of my and my companion. They even made sure that we got the cheapest price possible with the most up-to-date discounts. read more

The last two times we have been here it has taken upwards of ten minutes to be seated, regardless of how empty the dining room is. Not sure if they're understaffed or what but plenty of waitresses saw us waiting to be seated and ignored us. Besides that, the food really isn't that good and there's not much to select from if you have a family member that doesn't eat meat, given all their pasta has some form of meat sauce. read more

Wauseon only has a handful of family sit down restaurants. The food is just like any Pizza Hut and the new redesign is beautiful but the service 90% of the time is terrible. You'll be lucky if you get waited on or served your food in a timely matter. The poor service is so frequent that you just expect it to be that way every time you visit, which is sad. The local manager did reach out to me when I reached out to corporate about their poor service on my last visit but I have yet to return. read more

Thought I would take family to have a nice mid week dinner last night. Wanted to be served so went to local Pizza Hut. Been there before and never had anything like this happen. Rude, nasty staff. Pizza had odd taste. Complained and offer made to make another or give credit toward next visit. Why would I go back? My family all felt sick after eating what little food we had. Went to Wal-Mart and got a frozen pizza to go home and it was 100% better. Will NOT return to this location ever. Wish I could give a -10 star rating. What happened?
