i went in to the wauseon store to get a large french roast with a little ice and a large frozen…read morecaramel marvel. the lady gave me a medium cup of colored water with ice. i guess the water was suppose to be my french roast. so i asked again for a large french roast with a little bit of ice to cool it down. she then tried to give me a medium, after copping an attitude. strike 2, i asked for the large that i had paid for. she got worse on the attitude, strike 3, so i asked for a refund of the coffee. not the marvel drink. was told they would have to charge my card a 2nd time instead of refunding the money for the coffee. told the lady at the register i didnt want my card charged a 2nd time. told them to never mind and walked out with out my coffee or refund. iv been going there for years, NEVER have i had any kinda trouble there with an order. till today. NEVER, have i gotten a bad attitude there till taday. makes me think about going next door to circle k to get a coffee next time.at least there ya dont get an attitude over a cup of coffee.

This restaurant is located directly off the Wauseon Turnpike exit so convenient for travelers as well as locals. The mashed potatoes were lumpy. The salad bar had very little toppings to choose from. The dessert was disappointing too; a very dry chocolate cake with not much flavour, topped with whipped cream. The cake crumbled as soon as my fork touched it and stuck to the roof of my mouth. Oh, and speaking of cutlery...my fiancés butter knife had a big splotch of old crusted food on it. Overall, the buffet at Ryan's Restaurant was not good and I would only recommend it to someone whose standards couldn't possibly get any lower. I would go as far to say that this buffet was worse than the Golden Corral buffet, which says a lot, because Golden Corral is bottom of the barrel food in terms of quality. SHOCKER! I work as a Manager and I can tell you he is VERY VERY lucky he is not one of my staff members. I completely understand wanting to listen to your own music while working but having BOTH ear buds in is a write up especially when you are working the register and supposed to be interacting with customers, I also understand having a bad day however the attitude is EVERY single day I see him and I come in at least every single day. Would it kill you to say a polite "Have a nice day/morning/night."? Otherwise everyone else is absolutely lovely. I frequent this Circle K several times a day and for quite awhile now I have begun to notice…read moreseveral things that I think need brought to your attention.  I have even started to make all my trips during the graveyard shift if possible.  The young girl that works the graveyard shift does an outstanding job! The place always looks and smells clean, and I know the coffee and meal deal will be fresh when she's there rather than several hours old. Sometimes she doesn't get to the counter right away because she is ALWAYS cleaning something but she does say she will be right there or acknowledges that she saw you. She is always very friendly unlike many of the other employees. She is usually pretty busy with customers while I am in as well which is surprising since it is middle of the night.  In the morning I am unable to bring my children in with me because one of the employees with long brown hair has quite the potty mouth and I try not to let my children hear that offensive language. I also prefer not to go in the evening because there is a shorter girl with black hair who you always have to wait for to come out from the back and when she does finally come out she is angry to be interrupted and she is always very rude. This weekend I went in for my traditional polar pop and coffee and could not believe how filthy everything was! The floors were disgusting,  the food items looked like they had been spinning for days, the coffee tasted old, there wasn't much coffee to choose from, and the counters were covered and sticky! Of course the rude girl was there and didn't disappoint. She was so rude and snapped at the elderly gentlemen in front of the line I almost walked away but I already had my items. From here on out I will only come into this store during the graveyard shift when I know it will be clean and food will be fresh and I will be greeted with nothing but a friendly face! You need employees like her on every shift! She has definitely been my reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would have been a 1!
