While drive through got their orders filled in a timely manner, we waited over twenty minutes for our food. Nothing we ordered was special - it was directly off the regular menu. We used the self-service kiosk because no one was at the front counter, despite counting over 8 employees in drive through and the kitchen. Once it was ready we had to wait again for someone to come back to the counter to give us cups to get our drinks. I fully understand that fast food restaurants are judged on drive through service times, but I didn't expect that other customers were no longer allowed to expect reasonable service.

I tried a burger recently and it had too much ketchup and mustard on it which made it was hard to eat. The cheese curds are okay but aren't very crispy. Overall, everything is pretty overpriced. It costed me over $16 for a chocolate Malt and a small burger with no side or anything in a small town. After the order was confirmed by the restaurant the address changed. At first we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we were just gonna call the restaurant and have them change the address. We called 5x and didn't get an answer until the last call. When the dude answered he could not at all speak English so he couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand him so he just hung up on us. Luckily we were able to give the DoorDash drive a call a few minutes later and let him know it was the wrong address and give him the correct address. This store seriously needs to get there stuff fixed, and they most definitely need the person who answers the phone to be able to understand what the person on the other end is saying or they need to give the phone to someone else who can. This was completely unacceptable and I don't think I'll be ordering anything from them again.
