Once it was ready we had to wait again for someone to come back to the counter to give us cups to get our drinks. I fully understand that fast food restaurants are judged on drive through service times, but I didn't expect that other customers were no longer allowed to expect reasonable service.

Ok so my little sister just ordered from this subway and the service was absolutely appalling. After the order was confirmed by the restaurant the address changed. At first we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we were just gonna call the restaurant and have them change the address. We called 5x and didn't get an answer until the last call. When the dude answered he could not at all speak English so he couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand him so he just hung up on us. Luckily we were able to give the DoorDash drive a call a few minutes later and let him know it was the wrong address and give him the correct address. This store seriously needs to get there stuff fixed, and they most definitely need the person who answers the phone to be able to understand what the person on the other end is saying or they need to give the phone to someone else who can. This was completely unacceptable and I don't think I'll be ordering anything from them again. The order was $20 so they better be happy we were able to get it fixed because there is no way I was going to let my little sister waste her money because somebody else was stupid.
