There's almost always an issue with our order when doing drive through or online pickup. Staff could use more training as most of the time there are several people standing around while the inside is dirty and people are waiting inside and outside for their food.

I have never had an issue with this location when using the drive through, but today we decided to…read morego inside. Apparently that was a HUGE mistake. While drive through got their orders filled in a timely manner, we waited over twenty minutes for our food. Nothing we ordered was special - it was directly off the regular menu. We used the self-service kiosk because no one was at the front counter, despite counting over 8 employees in drive through and the kitchen. Once it was ready we had to wait again for someone to come back to the counter to give us cups to get our drinks. I fully understand that fast food restaurants are judged on drive through service times, but I didn't expect that other customers were no longer allowed to expect reasonable service.

They have good outdoor seating as well during the summer time. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of space inside but it's a small town so it's to be expected. The service is always pretty decent, nothing to note on that! The food on the other hand hasn't ever been my favorite. The Mac and cheese is basically glorified under seasoned Kraft mac and cheese. I tried a burger recently and it had too much ketchup and mustard on it which made it was hard to eat. The cheese curds are okay but aren't very crispy. Overall, everything is pretty overpriced. It costed me over $16 for a chocolate Malt and a small burger with no side or anything in a small town. Overall, it's definitely a fun spot for a sweet treat with friends but if you're looking for a good bite to eat, I would suggest heading 12 minutes away to Johnson Creek and go to Pinecone or to the Diner downtown if it's open.
