iSo, just to be clear... I love the subs! However from time to time, I will order a pickle. Now I absolutely love a great pickle. It is at best part of a meal for me....at best JJ is hit and miss. For me, this wrecks the entire dinner. I keep telling myself... dont do it cuz it will suck, but here I am not eating cuz, we'll the pickle wrecked my appetite. Freaky fast???? No way! It took 1 hour from ordering to have three sandwiches delivered less than 2 miles. I called after 30 minutes of waiting and they told me the sandwiches were about to head out. Then I called after 45 minutes and they said they should be delivered soon. An hour waiting for sandwiches to be delivered is completely ridiculous. Twice now we've ordered delivery from this store and, after waiting almost an hour with still no food, we called, and either it just rang and rang, or someone would either answer but immediately say "Jimmy Johns, please hold," then keep us on hold until we have up; or, someone would pick up (but not answer) and immediately hang up. Eventually, we did get our sandwiches, but they were incorrectly made. So, so contacted corporate, who said they'd have the owner/manager reach out. A week passed, and nothing, so I contacted corporate again and they said they'd let the store owner/manager know. Shortly afterwards, I got an apologetic email from "store manager" Kenny Rhoades, using a highly unprofessional sounding email address (krypticice@yahoo.com). He offered to "credit my account," but when I wrote back to see what that entailed, I never heard back from him. Foolishly, we tried to order again tonight, an hour before close, and the same thing happened. I had to go into the store personally - where they were clearly not busy - and cancel my order. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. We will never order from this Jimmy Johns (perhaps any Jimmy Johns) again. Terrible! read more

Came at 6:00 pm on a Saturday to all the doors locked and the lights off. No sign on door saying why they weren't open. In the time I walked to the door I saw two other people trying to go too. I get things come up and they can't open but at least a note on the door or something. read more

Jimmy John's corporate has the dumbest delivery policy. I live by the hospital. Everyplace that does delivery in Watertown delivers to my neighborhood. The sole exception is JJs...They are the closest of all Decent sandwiches ruined by people who cant relate to customers. read more

If I could leave a negative rating on this Jimmy John's I 100% would. MULTIPLE times I have ordered from there and they have all been a waiting time of 1 hour+. I am fighting this review as I am waiting for a sandwich I ordered at 11:19, it is 12:30 and I have received nothing... I called them and they give me the "we are busy excuse" Do not order from this place there are so many other places in Watertown to get food. read more

I live 2 minutes away and couldn't leave because I have 1000 kids. I ordered 2 subs, and it took, no joke, 25 minutes to get my 2 subs. Foods fine, nothing above and beyond, but holy crap, 25 minutes?! That was far from freaky fast food. read more

I tried to order delivery (I have in the past no problem) my order was cancelled with no explanation (I have plenty enough funds for such meal). However the email I recieved had a number I could call and ask why so I proceeded to call. Nobody answered. I thought "huh maybe it has something to do with the virus going around". Nope. Unreal. The store was 2 and a half hours from closing and I still recieved zero customer service. I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want subs. I love Jimmy John's but this was disrespectful. read more

eh, nothing spectacular. Bread was not really fresh. You could tell the kids, no one over 21 working at the time, really didnt want to be there. Service not the greatest. Although the place was clean. The cashier should have really washed hands before donning gloves after money handling. read more

Fucking unbelievable. Every time we order for delivery it's like they hire people who are at a kindergarten reading level. How hard is it to re an order. Put said ingredients on sandwich from order correctly. If you want jimmy John's I suggest you order In person then physically open your sandwich up and visually inspect it for what you ordered. Jimmy John's strikes again. Not freaky fast but freaky bad service. Ordered 3 sandwiches and three bags of chips...got the sandwiches in about 20 min OK but one was wrong and no chips so called the store manager said would send them out right away they arrived 30 min later. i don't have a catch phrase but it's the opposite of freaky fast. took forever to get my order delivered and then i only got one of the 2 subs i ordered. called, and waited over a half hour for the other sandwich to be delivered. it's fine if you are slow, but then don't make your slogan promising to be fast. read more
