You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and care about quality. The people here are super friendly and always have a smile, which is really nice since they are usually slammed with customers. I've even been offered a complimentary beverage when waiting to pick up a pizza when they weren't quite as busy--which I thought was really nice. We had a large order, as we were feeding 16 people, and the staff member who took the order over the phone was very patient and attentive, answering any questions I had quickly and allowing several substitutions/alterations to occur. The guy who delivered it a few days later to us at work was super helpful--instead of just handing the order to us at the door and scramming, he took time to carry all of the food and drinks inside and helped us set it up around a large table. He made sure we had everything we needed before he left, and he left a warming bag with us to keep some of the smaller food in before we busted into the boxes (we returned it later, and there wasn't a certain time by when we had to get it back, which was nice). The food itself was pretty good--the pizzas were a little greasy, and the cheese bread a little overcooked, but otherwise it was excellent food. We got orders of cheese curds, garlic bread, cheese bread, pizzas, sandwiches, and a salad, and all of the food was fresh and/or hot, with nothing seeming like it had been cooked far in advance and then left under a heat lamp until the order was ran over to us. I personally ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, and it was excellent--the chicken tenders in the sandwich were crispy and warm, the marinara sauce not too sweet, and the cheese perfectly melted. Based on the ease of ordering and the great delivery service, combined with the really good taste of the food, we plan on using these guys again at my work for catering purposes, and I wouldn't mind getting an order here myself someday when I'm around town, especially one of their many specialty sandwiches, which all have pretty phenomenal names IMO.

Every time someone got close to wrapping up our order (literally just grabbing an order of breadsticks), they would get distracted and walk away to do something else. It was excruciating that a pizza and sticks took over 40 minutes when it was empty there. If we come back, we plan on ordering well in advance and show up late to ensure the food is actually ready. Otherwise, the price isn't worth the hassle given the poor customer service here. There isn't much in the way of ambiance here - you could dine in but probably would prefer grab and go.
