The first time we tried the pizza it was crust was crispy and cooked well. This being our second time there, it awful. The crust was soggy, it seemed like they didn't cook it long enough. Food - I have been eating at Rosati's periodically since it opened, and the food has always been consistently good. I love that they have Chicago style and thin and medium crust options. Their garlic bread is always excellent. Their eggplant and Mac n cheese bites are good. Their beer selection is spot on. And they have a variety of options if you don't want pizza too. My go to pizza place when I visit home. Service - always really solid service! Ambiance - there's the bar area on one side if you're more there to have a pint and/or watch the game and more of a restaurant with booths and tables area on the other side (but still with a tv so you can watch the game obviously). Not the Rosati's of old. Lasagna had almost no cheese on top but was served with packaged powdered Parmesan. Sauce was almost non-existent and if you're Italian, as I am, you know it's all about the sauce. Because it was served in plastic containers unlike the aluminum they used to serve it in, it was lukewarm and the garlic bread wrapped in foil was soggy. Order taker was almost friendly but I didn't leave the conversation feeling warm and fuzzy. They also don't seem to have specials as they used to in their old location which is now Johnnys. Different owner, different experience. Not repeatable for us. read more

We ordered pizza and when it arrived there was hair in the pizza. It's understandable that this kind of thing happens by accident. We politely called to tell them we had hair in our pizza. The employee who answered simply said "oh ok well sorry about that" and that was all the response we received. Again I understand things like this can happen by accident but to do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation is just not great. We will not be going back. read more

We enjoyed our breadsticks and thin pizza with Italian beef as the topping. We ordered that pizza because I couldn't decide between and Italian beef sandwich or a pizza. What I ordered that pizza again? Absolutely It was delicious. As for the breadsticks, I think not. Usually breadsticks are baked but these appeared to be fried strips of dough. We thought the time to get our order was a little long considering there was barely anyone in the dining room. But apparently they have a bang-up takeout and delivery business, which is the reason for the less-than-speedy service. read more

Main: Thin Crust, 14", half Pepperoni/Cheese. Ordered at 6:35 PM, received at 6:52 PM. As a Chicago native, this pizza was amazing 9/10! The thin crust, perfect amount of sauce (glad I did not order extra), and the chewy cheese reminded me of home. Definitely has a Chicago taste, and there is nothing fake about the ingredients at this place. Bold statement: Best Pizza I've had in WI? Not only is the pizza second to no one, but the service is great, too. The ingredient quality is top shelf, (I'm guessing they use Grande mozzarella), and the sauce is the perfect blend of rich and a little spicy. Tim, the bartender, is fantastic. Rosati's is a fabulous pizza establishment. You can get whatever style pizza you want here and they do a great job on all of them! We have been coming in here for years. We always sit in the bar area because it's beautiful and super chill. The service is always amazing and with a smile. When we order to go it's always extremely fast and the pizza legit stays hot for ever. They let you customize your order and they cut the pies into squares, a little wisconsin detail that I just love. The deep dish is HUGE and it rivals any Chicago deep dish I've ever had. Literally one piece is like a meal in and of itself. I have never had a bad experience with anything on the menu. The only thing is that I wish they would bring back the OG inferno wings that weren't saucy but were spicy AF. Can they please bring them back?? Would recommend to a friend and would take out of towners for sure! It's not a fancy shmancy spot but they make you feel like gold. Have been going to Rosatis for years. I have been getting the fish fry on fridays quite often. Over the last few months the portions for fries have been getting smaller and smaller. Today I was extremely disappointed with what I found when I got back to work. The food is always good. We had pizza on July 3rd from Rosatis. I am visiting friends that live here and love this pizza place. We ordered two large pizzas with multiple toppings and it was so good. One of the pizzas was double dough and one of them was a thin crust. I definitely prefer and loved the thin crust but did not enjoy the double dough.. my friends hisband LOVES it and they order one of each every time. In any event, I picked this place, due to the reviews on here and then my friends agreeing with the reviews (30+years residents)... so I don't think you can go wrong here. read more

I have a lot of deliveries from them & the food is always hot and my order is never incorrect As I said above I have always liked the food well enough to be adventurous on the menu to try almost everything on it. But the word like is how I describe my Boring encounters that go well enough to pass by without a real complaint. Good enough to be liked. Fresh tossed salad with assorted dressings, Italian meatballs in sauce, Mastacholi, Chicken Alfredo, Italian Beef w/Au Jus. They supplied all the silverware, plates, napkins, and condiments. Outstanding! Got Mother's Day delivery after running around all day for family and friends and their deep dish loaded pizza is consistently to die for. It had been awhile, and though pricey, it can feed an army-one slice is enough for a person. Delivery was earlier than expected and it was perfect. Do not go to Rosati's pizza expecting pizza. Ordered pizza Saturday night..Went to pickup and they would not honor the coupons that were givenout by Rosati's. When ordered we let the person taking order that we had these coupons and said it was not a problem. Went to pickup order and the guy at the counter was very rude and said they didn't accept coupons. We needed a party room half way between Milwaukee and Madison for a college graduation party. We chose Rosati's and it did not disappoint. The buffet food was hot and tasty, the staff was friendly and attentive to our guests' needs, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Rosati's for your next small or large gathering. (We had appetizers of vegetable and dip platter, cheese and sausage platter, and warm artichoke dip with crusty bread-which was amazing.
