After recent construction I picked up a screw in my tire. I noticed it before bing a block away. I called and asked what we could do to rectify this and was told there was nothing that can be done and there have been others that had the same situation and the GM refuses to do anything about it. I had to repair my tire at full cost. After pressing the issue and asking for a refund for the four meals I purchased that evening (denied) I was finally told they would send me some free coupons for meals... never got them and doubt they sent them. Twenty minutes later we finally get our order...not even a "sorry for the wait" The cup lid dispenser was empty (both of them) and all three of the catsup dispensers were empty. 35 minutes for an ice cream. how does it take that long for a flavor of the day ice cream

It took 20 minutes to get my order and that was only because I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot about us. I promptly received my order and headed back to my table. On my way back, two other parties asked how long I waited because they were in the exact same situation. My wife helped out an older couple ten minutes after we received our food because they hadn't gotten their food either. She brought their food to the table and not an employee. I just tried the Pub Burger. Cheese was lukewarm and had not melted at all. There were no napkins included in the bag. The drive thru cashier seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers, rather than focusing on customer service. read more

The only reason I noticed it was because I wanted to eat the ice after I was done. How disgusting. I've been patronizing this store since moving to Watertown 20 years ago. In the last few years, the quality of the product and order accuracy has been declining. Tonight was the last straw. Wife ordered a single deluxe but was entered as a double deluxe. I ordered my burger without pickles and it was entered also for no pickles but the sandwich was made with pickles. The patties, which make a Culver's Butter Burger what it is, were dried out and not hot. I expect the burger patties to come straight off the grill, nice and hot. I expect the cheese to be mostly melted. I expect my order to be accurate. I expect better from this store. I will be taking my business down to the store in Johnson Creek from now on. read more

This particular location is always very disappointing to me and my family. We have gone many times and have never been happy with our experience at this location. It feels dirty and the staff is not friendly. I waited for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the 7 people behind the counter, mind you I wasn't expecting to be waited on I understand they were busy. There was only one person in front of me who seemed to have waiting quite some time before I arrived. Then while I was waiting a woman came up and informed the staff that she had yet to get her ice cream she had ordered 20 minutes prior. After hearing this I left and drove to the next nearest location. I think this location needs to be revamped and have some extra training. It's worth driving the extra 10 minutes to the Johnson Creek location. read more

Ridiculous wait and a messy restaurant. Stopped in at 7pm for two small shakes. The lady at the register was obviously a trainee and struggled to make change. I waited 10 plus minutes for my shakes. During that time I watched employees lean on the counter doing nothing while the garbages needed to be emptied since they were overflowing. There were pecans and Oreos all over the floor at the ice cream station, but amazingly for an ice cream restaurant there was no one working that station. I finally spoke to Julie, the assistant manager, who gave me my money back. Skip this Culver's - it is a hot mess. read more

Pricing is also usually 20-30 cents per item more expensive than the Johnson Creek counterpart as well (different owners). read more

great wisconsin place to eat. they didnt have coca-cola. but they had have free refills of soda. the bbq and ketchup and white sauce is good. if they had crystal pepsi i would give them 5 stars or if they had coca-cola i would give then 5 stars. the chicken tenders are easy to rip in half to let the hot air to get out. french fries were good. and they gave us the food really fast. great little place to eat. read more

This Culver's is very bad at getting orders right, but primarily when you order through the drive through. The food is okay, but if you want to drive 10 minutes south on HWY 26, you can go to the Johnson Creek Culver's where the food tastes better and is always hot and ready to go! read more
