I love this pizza palace, quick and friendly service. Would be nice if they had regular style breadsticks.

The place is veteran owned and has a military flare to the decor. For our area, this is welcome and we have nothing like it. They also frequently have live music, and I do love me some live music. The service has been great both time I was there. I sat at the bar the first time and a table the second...just to make sure the service was great in both locations! Of course bar service is always faster because you are right in front of them, but I will say I did not have to wait at any point to sit, order, or pay. They were friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure everything tasted as good as it looked. When I go to places that run specials I am voted less likely to order off the menu and I have stuck with that philosophy with SteelTank. The first time I had a steak and shrimp pasta. It was so good I could not stop eating it. I ate nearly all of it and had zero regrets, but I was happy I had a few bites left to enjoy the next day. Second stop, Sausage & Pepperoni stuffed Bavarian pretzel. This pizza of the week is delicious! The pretzel is cut in half and stuffed and not hollowed out as most places do. You can see from the pictures it is stuffed and you can taste the pizza. Greens with a pizza you say? YES! So good, the vinaigrette dressing that is on that pretty little salad is making my mouth water as I type! Specials were not mentioned either time I went. The specials are posted on Facebook and that is how I knew about SteelTank and what I should order. That would be my only complaint, when you receive a menu patrons should be told what the specials are - or - post it somewhere so people know.

Place is closed. Will they ever reopen? Too bad it was a local place we enjoyed. Sunday night pizza…read more& beer special, the concerts at Rally Point, three cheese appetizer....miss it.

They also have different specialty cocktails throughout the year. -Cheese curds...I know, it's Wisconsin, but these are right up there with the elite. Cons: -I'll let you know when I find some. We've been to Crafty Cow several times over the last year, probably four or five times, and we've always been impressed by how friendly the waitstaff and bar staff are. The owner is also very nice and clearly involved, which I think is cool. I almost always order the same thing: the chicken strip meal, which comes with three huge strips and a large side of fries. The chicken here is really interesting because it's marinated in pickle brine. You can definitely taste the brine, and it adds something you didn't even realize was missing. My wife used to order the same thing, but now she tries something different each time because she knows she can share my strips. Everything she has tried has been good. Also worth mentioning: they have really good ranch dressing. I was surprised when I looked up Crafty Cow on Yelp and saw that it had less than four stars. Looking at some of the older reviews, I'm guessing it may have had a bit of a rocky start. But based on our experiences, Crafty Cow has been consistently great, and we'll definitely keep coming back.

The interior decor is very 'pub' like with expanses of dark wood and many art prints/framed works on the walls; there is a large bar in the front area with several tables/high-tops. In the back, the aesthetic is more 'industrial' with exposed brickwork and beams. We were greeted by the bartender (?) and seated immediately; our waitress brought us menus, reviewed the specials with us, and then brought our drinks. Crafty Cow specialises in 'craft' sodas and I enjoyed a very nice diet 'cola' drink with lemon; it was delicious. I ordered the chicken sandwich with the 'Nashville Hot' seasoning (because, hello, Nashville Hot) and it arrived piping hot with lots of shoe-string fries, also piping hot. The flavours were absolutely wonderful, full of contrast and balance. The 'heat' from the chicken was excellent; the chicken was plump and juicy, and had been perfectly breaded and fried. The slaw was also excellent: just the right balance of sweet and crunchy to offset the hot chicken. My clients and I enjoyed our visit to Crafty Cow Burgers & Fried Chicken and plan to return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Inside is a large bar with tables for different sized groups. Got here a little bit before noon. Got seated right away. Ordered a couple of cold beverages while checking out the menu. It took a while for our server to get back to us, which was not a problem for us (couple of retired guys), but would have been if I were in a hurry. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. My friend got the Chicken Wings, dry rub with Smokehouse BBQ. It didn't take too long for the food to arrive. However, the Chicken Wings weren't dry rubbed; they had a sauce, which turned out to be the Habanero. My hamburger was excellent, done medium-rare. There were plenty of caramelized onions, and I loved the texture and taste of the haystack onions on top. However, the fries were lukewarm. It took another while for our server to get back to us to check on things. Mentioned the wings to the server. She took them back to the kitchen and had the correct wings made. By the time they came back out, I was done with my meal, and he was just getting started. Never got asked about a refill on beverages, so I had to ask for some more iced tea. The burger was good, the view is great. But the service, both at the table and in the kitchen, was disappointing. Not an experience that would have me enthusiastic about going back.

We were not aware that this was a Bingo night, inside and out. 10 free cards for the asking, and prizes for the lucky players. While it was fun, the emcee was rather limited in his banter, and it became a bit of a joke for us as we took a drink every time he repeated the same line. (We had to stop long before the 4th game in order to drive home safely.) Foolery's is fun and the food is good. Families and friends will enjoy the place.

I'm not certain, I think this was all over an older hothead female bartender/waitress trying to keep tip money away from other waitresses, but I don't really know. There was an older female waitress/bartender in a bright pink shirt who right away got upset because our whole party wasn't there at the same time when she came and took our drink order, she then weirdly barked at us that we couldn't spilt our orders... she was apparently having a bad day we could all tell! We stopped here for drinks and food after a wedding down the road on an early sat afternoon. A couple minutes later another different waitress came to our table who was visibly was uncomfortable by telling us that we would have to order at the bar now(?). Seemed confusing and weird but was not a big deal to us - we're out celebrating. Others in our party then also sat at another table next to us and were served by another waitress without issue. Several min later some of us we were interested in ordering food, but weren't sure how, pink shirt lady who barked we all had to be on same tab and also wouldn't/didn't come back to our table to take our order... Several people in our group tried to understand and work this out unsuccessfully over several interactions at the bar, and then including by having them trying to talk to another different bar tender who couldn't understand what old pink shirt lady had done and was doing either, and I can only imagine he hates having to work with her! I then also tried to talk to the other male bar tender who then claimed his name was Chris and he was the manager, and then told me no that I couldn't follow up with anyone else later. We then chose to leave (2:30pm), but not before the older lady in the pink shirt came to try to argue with me further, wow a crazy bad experience!

First, the place is cash only...had to find an ATM nearby before we could even order. We couldn't order at the counter ourselves, and had to wait for a one of the car hop girls to take our order. It was busy, so we expected to wait a bit. Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, brat, 2 orders of fries, a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake. Food shows up after 15 minutes, and the bill is just over $28. They forgot the brat, the burger was only as thick as the slice of unmelted cheese on it, and was drenched in ketchup...slid apart as soon as I picked it up. Fries were okay, shakes were pretty good. All said and done, nothing to get excited about. We'll probably never be back. Overpriced, not great food. Save your money and go someplace else.
