I've been to a few other MOD Pizzas, but this one was not my favorite. On the plus side, the staff were engaging and greeted me- then thanked me for coming, there were two types of lemonade at the soda station, plus Diet Coke, and the dining room was clean. But I didn't enjoy my pizza this time. The crust was flat and the toppings slid off, hasn't melted together into the crust. It tasted more like a frozen pizza, but I saw it being prepared. Not sure what happened? One bathroom was "out of order" and the one remaining bathroom needed to be cleaned. The utensils needed to be stocked, but I was able to get a knife and napkins. Staff super casually dressed, wearing crocs, maybe that's the vibe. But it felt too casual. $3.50 for the smallest fountain soda seems high to me. I got it, but that seems steep, was $2.99 plus tax, plus coins into the tip jar. So $4.00 for a 16-ounce fountain drink. My 6-inch pizza came to just over $10.00. Adequate experience, but I don't think I'll try this location again. read more

Had a great experience last night at MOD Pizza. We were greeted as we walked in. They made our pizza just how I liked it and it came out in good time. The atmosphere was great. It was quiet with some music playing. It was very quiet and slow when I went. There was one lady in particular with the experience great she made the pizza, took our cash and handed the beach out at the end after a beautiful drizzle of ranch. I wish I got her name because she did a great job with a smile. She seemed glad to be there. The pizza was great as usual. Their crust is amazing. read more

We ordered on the go, and the pizza was hot and ready for us. The only thing I think would make it even better is if they offered a thicker crust option. I have a few pizzas over the last few months. They are ok. I renews when mid pizza opened up. I don't think the pizza is the same. It seems tasteless. The last two times I have been there I had one kid whom could or didn't know how to cut the pizza so I could an individual slice. I had to ask him to cut it twice and I gave advice to push down hard. Another time they didn't know which pizza was mine. They are kind. Although it's like they are not paying attention. So far it's 50/50 in getting it done right. read more

Right now, all things considered, MOD pizza is my favorite pizza spot. It's priced right, tastes good, the live assembly of the 'za, the flame-firing for the cooking--it all works well. Are there better pizzas out there? Yes. But those also cost a lot more. Is MOD better than other "cheap" pizzas--hell, yes. Pizza Hut, Ceasar's, Domino's--none of them come close to this. read more

Just how I hate it...burnt. I've had mod several times before and love it, but this location just doesn't seem to be all that organized. It seemed understaffed for dinner rush with only 3 employees working. There's no labels so you don't know what kind of cheeses are available unless you ask. read more

The pizza was very good but the place was grossly understaffed for a Saturday lunch crowd. Only 2 people manning the counter to take orders, make and bake pizza, run the register, and refill ingredients. These gentlemen were as nice as could be and working their tails off to get people served, however, if there was a manager on site you wouldn't know it and they certainly weren't helping rhe staff. The line was at least 15 people deep the entire time we were there and the place was very crowded. I applaud the young men working so hard to serve people ss quickly as possible, but I am disappointed in the owners/management for not staffing appropriately. read more

Really clean place. Employees greet you right when you wwapk in the door. Very good pizza for a very reasonable price. It's basically subway but for pizza. You can get as many toppings as you want and it doesn't matter for price like the other pizza places. read more

Not the same MOD experience I'm used to. I asked for more mozzarella cheese. The guy grabs 4-6 pieces of shredded cheese. I asked again. Same result. Had to ask him 4 times to put a normal amount of cheese on the pizza. Not sure why he was trying to serve me a pizza without cheese. Bad experience. read more

Thanks to the Mod Pizza management staff in Sun Prairie, we will continue to give them our business. Had an online order for a fundraiser and when I got home I realized I was one pizza short. I called and they immediately offered solutions to fix the problem that did not include me driving all the way across town to pick up one 11" pizza. They staff was friendly, helpful, and the pizza and salad were great as well!! We will definitely be going back to give them our business due to the phenomenal customer service! read more

Absolutely excellent! Best pizza I've had in a long time! Excellent sauce and how great to add extra toppings at no cost! Margarita pizza with artichokes and black olives topped with pesto! Caesar salad dressing was great also! Friendly staff, too. Couldn't have been better! read more

So unorganized. They just keep taking orders, but lose track of all of them and keep customers waiting a long time. Their system of keeping customer orders organized is awful. The used metal trays that the pizzas get baked on were scattered all over the dirty floor. I'm not confident those could ever get cleaned properly to compensate being thrown on filthy floor.
