If you come too early when they're open, they won't come to the speaker. The last time I went, they said because they were out of ice, they couldn't give me a soft drink with my combo and that they only had bottled water. I ended up just getting the sandwich and the burger patties were sorta dry even though I was the only one in line and it took about 7 minutes (which would have really been fine if they were fresh). The time before that they were out of lettuce and weren't selling any of those items. If you want to watch people smoke in a group out back while you're in the drive thru, this is the place to go. I love Wendy's but I don't even consider this a real Wendy's.

10/29/23 at 3:15pm visited men's room before ordering. The smell of the men's room was terrible…read more The urinals were disgusting. The room was possibly surface cleaned but fixtures were not. The urinals had scum growing in them. I mentioned this to waiter and ask her to tell the manager on duty. We dined in and saw the manager leave approximately 10 min. Later . The staff didn't seem to busy as some were on phones and leaning around. If restrooms cleanliness is this poor I'm concerned about the kitchen. This was not the first time I've seen or experienced questionable things at this store. Just asking the management to clean up the store not just the surface! Not cleaned before we left, staff had time and as mentioned not to busy as they were leaning and on phones.

While visiting family in Urbana, we were taken to La Palma in order to 'go somewhere other than the…read moreusual.' From the parking lot, La Palma looked like any typical restaurant you could envision. Once inside that vision changed.... To exactly what you'd envision a Mexican restaurant to be! The color scheme, the decor, the terra cotta orange colored tiles, the scents from the kitchen...... The service was exceptionally quick as we were among only 3-4 tables in the mid-afternoon. The food was brought to the table with a quickness not seen in many food restaurants! It was also delivered mistake free! Most definitely unusual in the food industry. The portions were too big for me... but for the men in our party nearly cleaned their plates! I had a taco salad and the only complaint I have is that the meat wasn't drained well enough.... Making the shell soggy. I feel that's a common Mexican restaurant occurrence, tho. In the end.... I'd still recommend La Palma. I know there isn't a lot to choose from in Urbana, so check it out.... At least it's not fast food!

All I could see was in the drive thru window & it was 2-3 people having a very "animated" conversation. This location skimps on ingredients. Going to have to go back to Chipotle.

Just dropped my rating to one star since my stomach has been hurting since I ate here today!!…read more The best thing about this place was how friendly the one employee was when taking my order. This I my first time trying HotHead and I'm not sure I'd be back. I ordered the Keto Bowl 2 and an unsweetened ice tea. The Keto Bowl 2 is a bowl with barbacoa, pico, verde salsa, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce and hothead sauce. I added some guacamole and banana peppers. I assume they are competing with Chipotle and unfortunately it is a miss for me. The ingredients weren't as fresh and the taste was lacking. The store was dirty with stuff all over the floor. I arrived before the lunch rush so not sure why the table tops would be dirty as well. On top of that the ice tea was super cloudy. In my opinion, this location needs to step it up a bit! I don't like giving such a bad review but this just wasn't a good experience. I regret wasting calories and money on this.

Got home and found 12 pieces of chicken and no breasts.
