They don't apologize but instead act put out. One of the times I was unable to wait the 30-40 minutes to have the order remade. They gave me $10 off my next order on a $35 pizza. They move from the front taking orders to the back without hand washing or gloves. They wipe their faces and hair often and then return to making the food. They stretch backwards and sit on the counter used to cut and set the pizza on. They also take the food that has been out to the customers and place it on the warming rack with new orders. While I do typically enjoy Cassanos pizza it's best at another location. Hopefully this can be remedied in the future.

The restaurant is decorated with Italian charm without the over cluttered feel of many Italian restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were able to answer any questions we had about the menu and offered suggestions as well. The food is fresh authentic Italian and the menu is a nice variety without overwhelming the diner or the kitchen. We had the ravioli that was on special and a pizza - both were delicious! They also had a nice offering of Italian sweets that were very tempting, but we were so full from our entrees that we didn't partake this time. We will certainly be back to try the lasagna!
