Can we start putting straws in DoorDash bags on 3rd shift I keep trying to get a frappe and they never give me a straw

10/29/23 at 3:15pm visited men's room before ordering. The smell of the men's room was terrible. The urinals were disgusting. The room was possibly surface cleaned but fixtures were not. The urinals had scum growing in them. I mentioned this to waiter and ask her to tell the manager on duty. We dined in and saw the manager leave approximately 10 min. Later . The staff didn't seem to busy as some were on phones and leaning around. If restrooms cleanliness is this poor I'm concerned about the kitchen. This was not the first time I've seen or experienced questionable things at this store. Just asking the management to clean up the store not just the surface! Not cleaned before we left, staff had time and as mentioned not to busy as they were leaning and on phones. read more

food was cold when I got it to the car. which tells me no one inside the building actually cares about the customers. management all needs fired the kids that work there need to get off their phones and actually do their job. my fries was supposed to be a large and it was only half full so i basically got a dang small I can't do this with these lazy people and kids anymore this town needs to step up and actually say something I've already reached out to the corporation and they are saying that more people need to call and complain before they can do anything read more

Mc Donald's in Urbana. While I realize it is the day before Christmas, if they are going to be open the food should at least be fresh and hot!! My hubs picked up chicken nuggets, a Big Mac and fries fir lunch. All the food was cold - not even slightly warm! Everything was cold. Be a while before we go back there. This place has truthfully gone down hill I don't know if it's the drive thru or the mangers but I end up disappointed every time and in a small town like this with few options you would think one of these restaurants would have it together they constantly forget and item wether it's sauce, a drink, a burger don't take my money and not give me my food especially if I've told you what I wanted right before you handed me my food it's sad how many times I've called to get food replaced or to get a missing item... I typically do not review fast food because seriously you get what you pay for but here is the exception. Stopped here on my way through town to grab a snack and use the restroom mistake 1. The restroom was unkept. Tables in the lobby had trash on them, the employee running the cash register was not proficient enough to be the only cashier at 5pm. A manager was present but clearly in the weeds, there were crew members horsing around making rude comments to off duty employees who cut line in front of waiting customers. (also got their food before other customers waiting). The music playing on the speakers was loud and belonged in a night club... not a family restaurant. After a 9 minute wait for my food the fries were cold and the burger looked and tasted like it had been cooked and kept warm for about 30 minutes. The only part that was acceptable was the soda and I filled it myself. Undoubtedly the worst managed McDonald's I have ever visited. It's not likely that I would ever go back, I really should have read the reviews before I stopped here. read more

Doing DoorDash. They argued with me about the order. Took the food back in through the window, which is unsanitary especially with COVID. The employees were extremely rude when I told them that wasn't the food I had on the order. They repeatedly told me it was. read more

They took away my favorite sandwich (mushroom Swiss burger) and I am really mad so haha! If they take away anything else I will explode.

What you'd expect from any McDonald's except for the fact that twice in the last week they've been closed even though they're supposed to be open 24 hours. Once, I understand. It was 4:30 am and I had to be on the road early. But the second time was 10:30 pm and all the other fast food joints were still open. The person In the drive thru said they were short staffed so they were closed (even though the 3 cars in front of me got food and there was no one behind me). Wow I'm very impressed! As a professional yelper I know when I see good things I must point them out. I was at this McDonalds that normally sucks and there ice cream machine is down all the time. But there was this really nice lady working one night and we dropped our chicken nuggets on to the floor and she gave us more than what we originally ordered what the nicest lady. I have hope in humanity again. Thank gosh for wonderful, wonderful people! read more

This would probably be a more enjoyable place to get a quick meal except management has basically allowed it to become to local playground for kids. Whether they're yelling inappropriate things, literally chasing each other through the dining area or harassing older patrons it's just a miserable dining experience. read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I think I've ever been to time and time again unfortunately it's in a town with not many choices when you need to attempt to get something quick. The problem is it's never quick and 90% of the time the order is always in accurate. It has become a running joke with friends and family to see how screwed up the order will be if you ever order to go or through the drive-through. Unfortunately there is no one who cares to listen to any complaints and the staff and management have seem to never get any better. read more

There's never a long line, they get you your food fast, and most importantly, they don't but things on your burgers that you didn't ask for, like every other place. read more

The food and service at the Urbana location is similar to other Mcdonalds. What makes this location so bad is the poor design of the interior of the building. The walls are too tall that separate the booths and you are unable to see anything when sitting in the booth. It is not an enjoyable atmosphere. read more
