Refused to honor advertised price in store, but was able to purchase online for the advertised price even though the advertisement said it was good for online or in store purchase. Complained to corporate office and they never followed up. Not sure if they try and cheat everybody or just women, but there are much more reputable and better choices in star, or pay $10 at Costco! read more

On the12th of December, my friend and I ordered pizza on my card. It was late we admit that however. It charged my card but the pizza did not show up until 19th of December and I live in butt hole Ontario Oregon. The guy went sprinting to the door. To lock the door. All pissed off telling me to stay hungry.bEven though I was charged the food. I'm pissed of course why wouldn't I be? I ended up getting my money back. I had to talk probably one of the only coherent employees, who managed to get my money back. I went back to let Xander the manager the two faced one. I won't be tipping anymore specifically because of how rude he was, because I was charged food but I did not actually get the food. I told him he's lucky if I did not do this more often. He took it as an insult and started recording me and my truck like he did my friend vehicle. I've been going here since I was in high school. It just takes one manager to tank a business and it's a real shame considering how well Ive tipped over the years. I'll continue to get pizza here if I want. Got to many friends kinda thing. I've ordered from this pizza but a couple times since it's one of few late night options in the city. I'll add the fact that I have also ordered during the day and the quality was the same. Over cooked, burnt, sauce and toppings aren't even throughout the pizza. Just so disappointing. Either an adjustment to the cook time or adjustment to the heat seems like an easy fix and would take minimal effort. I've ordered from this store twice and both times, the pizza was disgusting. I should've never ordered after the first time, but I gave them another shot. What a mistake!! The pizzas looked like they were made by a two year old. They were just thrown together, the crust was separating from the rest of the pizza, and they tasted like garbage. You know that really crappy relationship you stay in because you're afraid you can never move on or love someone the same? That's how I feel about this pizza hut. When I first moved here a little over eight years ago Star was very under developed. I was a young mom who had no cooking skills what-so-ever. So this was somewhere I frequented. At first it was amazing but over the years it has went extremely down hill. It took me forever to finally say I would never order pizza from here again. I watched as several different managers came and I can literally see each ones face and critique them. I've also had some creepy delivery drivers too since then. Employees don't seem to stay too long which is reflective on the customer service. I would likely care less about the customer service and creepy old men delivery guys that smell like voldka or them continuously forgetting ranch on the side or jalapenos on my Haiwaiian because I love pizza so much. However the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly. It's just too greasy and flavorless. It has that "we haven't cleaned the oven since our grande opening" taste. Every time we order the pizzas keep getting more sloppy, barely any toppings, like it was just thrown together. The last pizza I ordered was chicken bacon and there was literally one piece of chicken on each piece of pizza. Almost all the little teens that work there are always outside smoking instead of working. When you pick up your order they don't even open it to show you anymore, probably because it looks like crap. Rarely will I write a review of a fast food place, but the service at this particular Pizza Hut was so good I had no alternative. When I detected a commitment and level of ownership that was far beyond what one expects in this kind of establishment, I asked the young man who was serving me if he was the manager, and I was surprised only by his age when he said yes. Called the store and they said they could only give us 'credit' on our 'account', no refund to card. Pizza Hut gets some bad press and I'm sure there is some justification (it's been years since I've had their pizza). However, my wife and I think their traditional (bone in), burning hot wings are to die for. We frequently show up on Wing Wednesdays and order in the store. When our order is ready we put their wing container in a plastic grocery bag we brought with us and head home quickly to consume them thus avoiding potential delivery delays. Their wings are meaty, the skin is crispy and the sauce is spicy. We furnish our own blue cheese dressing, carrots, celery, etc. If you like hot wings and approach it this way I believe you will come to really like this store. read more

We have consistently had issues ordering from them. Tonight was the last. We did not receive all our order and called into the manager. Who clearly did not have the training she needed. She promised the correction would be made and at our house in 25-35 minutes. An hour later, I spoke to a different manager who again promised to take care of it and get it out in the next 10 minutes. Finally an hour later, we have to go to bed and I doubt anyone is on their way. read more

Do not trust them ordered a pizza for my kids while I was at work paid on the app and thought I wouldn't have an issue again. I was very wrong upon reviewing my bank balance I was off by $7.00 the delivery driver took themselves a tip. And I know I didn't write one in. Paid extra for pan crust, didn't receive it and when I called to ask about it I was told that they had bread issues that day and couldn't do pan pizza--but they could still charge for it.
