Twice in two weeks I place an order and when they take my money they say it'll be here in 30 minutes. Twice I have to call and ask why has t arrived after waiting 20 minutes past the delivery time. This time I'm told it's on its way but I suspect it left when I called and gave them my order number. By the time it's gets here it'll be 30 minutes late. Two weeks ago it was thirty minutes late. For $60 you'd expect better service. And I tipped 15%. Last time that happens. I've included emails from them. I received a notice at 6:39 that the pizza was in the oven. Then at 7:20 I'm told it's headed out the door when I call. If the truth is that it was in the oven at 6:39 then it's been out of the oven for more than almost thirty minutes when it left. And add ten more to that for it to get here. Arrived at 7:45. The manager, Mike, said at 7:20 it wouldn't be another half hour. He just missed it by five minutes. I'm going to the corporate folks since this is a local franchise. I'm getting no satisfaction from anyone at this store. I picked up a pizza from this location recently and was very disappointed by the condition of the employee working the front counter. His personal hygiene appeared extremely poor. His hair looked unwashed and greasy, his clothing was covered in what appeared to be a large amount of pet hair, and there was a noticeable body odor that could be smelled from the customer side of the counter. When customers are picking up food, cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important. Seeing and smelling these conditions made me uncomfortable about the food handling standards at this location and negatively affected my overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue professionally and ensures employees maintain appropriate hygiene and clean uniforms while serving customers. read more

I've been a Pizza Hut lover for years, and I refuse to patronize this location because of the terrible customer service. The employees don't seem to know what they're doing, as the woman who took my order said my address is in their delivery area. Then a manager, who was extremely difficult to understand called me to notify me that I was not in the delivery area and I'd have to pick it up. That wouldn't have been a problem if I could leave my house, which is not an option for me at the moment. When I arrived about 25 minutes later, I found about 4 people in the line to pick up. Unfortunately, they were allowing people in the pickup line to look through the menu so they could place an order. After waiting in line more than 10 minutes, I finally made it to the front so that I could pick up. They found my order in the computer, but they could not find my food. No I'm sorry or anything! They said if I didn't mind waiting 40 minutes they would make my order. Well, another great thing about this country is our freedom to vote. There are so many reasons why this location should be our pizza place, but so many experiences that have led us to going well out of our way for pizza instead. Today was the very last time I will make the mistake of letting the convenience talk me into hoping this time will be different. Seriously, shame on me. I gave this location a chance because it offered curbside pick up and I had my twin toddlers in the car. Unfortunately, it's not all that convenient when you have to go into the store 25 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be ready to find out what the heck is going on. They had no idea I was there, despite the fact that I'd called in to confirm my arrival and spoke with someone who worked there. But, cool, I'm definitely here now, standing awkwardly in the store because I'm furious and have left my hangry twin toddlers in the running car and am wondering if this will be the day I become the mom who let her kids get kidnapped because she was checking on a pizza. Funnily enough, they neither knew we were there nor had our order ready. I honestly should have just left then and found a way to cancel our order, but there's that whole thing where you feel pressure to stay in a bad situation because of all the time and resources invested, and so we stayed. The men in the restaurant were even kind enough to offer to bring it out to the car for me... So, 35 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, one of them brought out three small pizza boxes, which I accepted and never considered questioning why we didn't get the large box with the 3 drawers that we'd ordered because I was just happy to have food. Who cares about boxes?! Except that we ordered mediums and these were all smalls, nothing was cut well & required tearing, and there was no Cinnabon rolls as advertised, but cinnamon sticks. The manager, Crystal, was nice and personable. She showed a great deal of patience as I changed my mind on her breadsticks after they'd already went into the oven and then chatted me up while I waited on my order. If you are looking for pizza from a major chain. This Pizza Hut location should be an easy choice. After getting the pizza home, I can tell you that it was very good Pizza Hut pizza. I think we all know what that means. It made it home without getting soggy and without the cheese separating. First of all, we walked in an hour and thirty minutes before they closed and hesitated to allow us to sit down after we asked what time they closed and if we could dine in. The people also had a bad attitude and I caught a glimpse of two employees who looked at us while we were sitting and they made weird faces to eachother. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience w/this store, but we continue to give them another chance. Again, we were disappointed. Not only was the delivery late, but the food was cold and the soda delivered was not what we ordered. My husband tried to call to let them know about the problem, but was put in a recorded message loop for over 20 minutes. Mind you, someone finally answered, but then promptly put us back in the loop... Frustrated, my husband drove up to the store and despite it being empty, was laughed at by the employee (the manager).
