This location is clean from the inside dining area, bathrooms and outside in the parking lot. The food is consistent of any Panda Express. The staff was friendly and they appeared to be well staffed on a Sunday. My "go to" choices are orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, spring roll, half rice and half chow mein. read more

The staff was very helpful and the service was quick. Always love Panda Express and I'm really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they can give you relatively quality food. Panda has always been a family favorite but we have noticed the quality has continued to decrease. Tonight hubby and I ordered a bowl each. Not only did they switch the rice and noodles (easy enough fix) but we LITERALLY only received THREE pieces of protein... that is it! There was a bit more veg but 95% of the bowls were rice / noodles. I don't know if they are needing to increase profits, are just greedy, or if it is a training issue but it makes more sense to provide what you promise and keep loyal customers than to disrespect us and take our hard earned money for a bowl of rice. In the end I guess I should thank them. They were pretty much the last fast food company I would eat but no longer... by Panda. read more

Finally, another new place to eat in our small town! It took forever to build, but once open, I got here as quick as possible. We went on a Friday night, after the peak eating time. There was literally no place to park, so we had to wait for someone to leave. Parking is kind of tight due to all the new construction. We walked in and got in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and in no time, it was our turn to order. The help was really friendly and doing their best to please. They had a lot of different things to order but were out of several things. I ordered a plate that came with 1 side and 2 meats. It consisted of orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken, and steamed rice. It was served up quickly and was nice and hot. All of the food tasted great. Will I return? An hour before closing and out of most entrees when I asked for one she said no that's why I offered you this. Really? Awful!

I love Panda Express, however this visit was very disappointing. I ordered honey shrimp and Beijing beef - neither which was ready. I offered to wait. In the interim they prepared my rice and my second order. They got the shrimp cooking but forgot the beef, had to wait for that too. As I'm sitting waiting I noticed the customer after me got larger portions in his order than I did mine. Will have to rethink my patronage here. No addition was offered for my wait. I love Panda Express food however still disappointed with this location. I was greeted very nicely. Asked for a sample from the young lady. Originally she speared a nice piece then she put it back and searched for the smallest piece she could find. When I placed my order, the portion was extremely small. It all about SANITATION. Walked in to 5 guest deep...obviously short staffed, they even have a car facing the wrong way in the drive through to close it down. Health department wouldn't approve this action...Same employee serving food is cashing the guest out...not once did he wash his hands between checking customers out. I politely mentioned it to the employee as he cashed me out....crickets....dead silence and he walks away. Where's management during all this. Well I've been to this panda express twice since my last experience. I'll post a photo and a video of both visits. I still love panda express but this location has got to get it together. I tried to upload the video but it would not accept it. Restaurant opens at 11 o'clock. I went to the drive-through at 11:01. The girl on the speaker said they will not be opening till 1130 so come back at 11:45. Damn! Whataburger i Update! 6-30-2019 I ordered online about 30 to 40 minutes ago. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:36 PM I get to the restaurant at 12:40 I told the guy that I was here to pick up at to go order and he asked me if my name was Paul as he looks at a Receipt. He said OK I just got your order so I'll start on it now. Whaaaat??! Why did I waste time ordering it online for it to be ready?? Do not, do not eat here at lunch time or dinner time. I did a paid online order and still had to wait in the drive through to get the order. I had been there at 2:30pm one day and it was good but todays food was crap!!! Didn't even dent my order and had to stop, was making me sick. They said they don't have kung pao and they won't make it for us. We wanted 4 orders of it which is the entire pan. They said no so we had to eat disgusting Burger King. So annoying. Went in yesterday for some sesame chicken, and the girl working the drive thru informed me that it was a promotional item and the last day to serve it was yesterday! This is the nastiest Panda I've ever been in. It is approximately 5:30 pm. The men's room is wiped out. Most of the tables need bussing as they are filthy. There are no napkins available. The unsweetened tea is out. Got a diet coke but the mix is bad. It is just plain gross. The food wasn't too bad otherwise in it would have been no stars. read more

This location in my opinion has the freshest Panda I have ever been served, we are closer to Stone Oak but we drive to this one because the food is always fresh. Portions can be a hit & miss BUT it's fresh from the veggies, lomein, orange chicken, etc. I hope I'm not just getting lucky here because the comments are 50/50 but they get a solid 4 stars for freshness, don't let me down! read more

Usually a good source for easy food for family when time is scarce. Dined in today, and experienced a woman with glasses that became very short with me. I asked for chicken and pointed at the teriyaki chicken, and with a terrible attitude, responded "we have SEVEN different kind of chicken - which one???" My finger was in clear site. Let it go. Then went to order an egg roll - my 7 year old called it an egg roll, but she really meant spring roll. Again, the server became aggressive, asking "ok, so which one sir??". I've ordered online on 3 occasions in the last 4 weeks and have been amazed at how a business can repeatedly screw it up. The first time when I arrived they said that my order was ready but they accidentally gave it to another Ron who had ordered. Long wait ... The second time our meals were ready. Arriving home we discovered that the they weren't what we ordered. This evening I again ordered and paid online. When I arrived they claimed that no order was received! Fortunately I had taken a screenshot of our order and pickup time .... Again, after a long wait food server came out with my food, and then attempted to charge me again! This Panda is horrible!! Do yourself a favor and just stay away. It took me 45 minutes to get through the drive through with only 7 cars ahead of me and no one inside. They completely botched my order. I only ordered two Panda bowls. Nothing extra. After they told me to pull around I had to wait another 15 minutes and finally had to go in. This is the 2nd experience like this. And last note, the food was like it had been sitting around for hours. Soggy and disgusting. Not even edible. Had to throw it away. First I have to say I like the food... this review is about service. I have been to this Panda several times and EVERY time they forget something. One plastic fork when i ordered 2 entrees, fortune cookies every time, but this time... They forgot to give me my entree! I would have just gone back for it but I live 30 minutes away and drove the 30 minutes there just to pick up lunch for myself and 2 others. Was not until I got back and sat to eat with everyone else that we realized my food was not there. And yes, I ordered it because it was on the grill ticket that was in the bag.
