I love their Burritos Supreme so I had been hungry for one! So I went to this location on Singing Hills! I walked in to eat inside for a quick lunch! First thing I notice was how spotless clean this fast food restaurant was, and how everything was perfect! All the tables were clean, how even the forks, and the hot sauce were so perfectly stacked ! Their menu had really been up dated, and offered a lot of new choices! So very disappointing, I ordered a couple of boxes through the mobile app. Since supreme tacos were not an option, I added tomatoes and sour cream to both crunchy tacos. One literally had three pieces of tomato while the other had none and neither had sour cream. Two boxes with two orders of chips and cheese, but only got one. It wasn't even busy. That's just sad. I ordered a "Sausage Crunchwrap" and the Girl with The Chin Tattoo told me that their grill was not ready or working right now, so she couldn't get me the hashbrown that comes with the Crunchwrap. The speed and timeliness of my order was acceptable. Horrible service. Went to order food at 11:50pm. At the time we were under the impression they were going to close at 1am, but turns out it was 12am according to the website. Due to not being sure of the closing time (conflicting hours found online), my husband asked an employee who was taking the trash out, if they were still open. The employee responded yes, that the drive thru was still open. So we proceeded to the drive thru and waited 10 mins with no one anywhere to be found. It was as if they were hiding in the back and changed their mind about being open despite someone telling us yes. Just have to give an updated review. This place is top notch now. I don't know if there was a recent shift in management or the team but damn... I've come back the past 4 times and each time has been fireeee! Jacob is usually the cash guy at night and whoever is on shift with him has been doing a phenomenal job. Complete night and day service and quality. Used to get cold and wrong food but not with this new crew. A pleasure to talk to showing care other than just service and providing quality food. I understand that things have been hard with covid. But common decency is still appreciated. My family, there were 9 of us stopped for lunch and the dining room says come in. And all the doors are locked. There is no sign on the door or anything. So I called and asked them if they could unlock the door and they said no. There are only 3 of us here. We are waiting for more staff to arrive. We are only doing drive thru. My response was okay. You need to put a song on the door. Yeah that's our bad. Yeah it is. They need to have the common courtesy that if there is a problem like the dining room is closed to post it. Sonic had the same problem and they posted it everywhere. This rating is for the food cost only. Service was great. Came here a couple of weeks ago. I use to love Taco Bell! Now, I eat at Taco Bell maybe 2 times a year and usually only order the soft taco supreme. 20 years ago two of those would have left me stuffed. This time I ordered the crunchy taco supreme and to try something new, I ordered the crunch wrap, no drink. I saw the prices so I knew what I was ordering but the crunch wrap (can not for the life of me see what people see in it) was all tortilla and hardly any other filling. The taco filling was so lacking. Maybe a tablespoon of meat product. For the one taco and the crunch wrap I paid $9.50 - no drink. I know there's more to running a restaurant than the cost of ingredients but that was ridiculous. I probably could have made the taco for under .75 cents and the crunch wrap, maaaaaybe $1.00. The next day we went to Chilies. I had their double cheese burger and fries for $10. It was so much food I took half of it home for dinner. Two meals for $5.00 each. Even Panda Express gives more food for the same price and it's a little healthier. Take away from this experience and a little advice to others, learn to cook. I enjoy cooking and I'm planning to recreate restaurant meals I enjoy. read more

*hair in food warning* It's a basic thing to say but I'd give negative stars if I could. I LOVE Taco Bell which is a shame bc this location is one of few fast food places in the area. I've gone here time and time again to get wrong order after wrong order. Mind you I'm a vegetarian, never eaten meat in my life and doing so would make me sick. Countless burritos and tacos that had meat after marking them as vegetarian. During one visit I even had them read it off correctly then give me the wrong order. Another time the employee laughed and said they "accidentally gave me someone else's order". None the less I come back bc I love the food. Let's not even mention the atrocious customer service from all levels of employees of this location.
