July 27, 2019 - 12:30 p.m. Used the drive thru; ordered one steak quesarito and one nacho fries. Two cars ahead of me. Took 18 minutes for me to reach the window. Paid and then waited another 7 minutes for my food. Mentioned the long wait times to the young lady at the window and she said, 'sorry about that' and nothing else. Drove off and discovered the fries were cold, limp and soggy (did not eat) - and the container was only half full. While waiting at the window, I did observe employees that appeared to be working hard - multi-tasking, moving fast, etc. Not sure of the root cause of the long wait times but that needs to be investigated and corrected. Simply ask the question 'Why?" five times or so and you will get to the root cause. ALL of the reviews on Yelp are negative (long wait times, incorrect orders) and ALL are rated as 1 star. read more

Laura R is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a fast food place. She Has a smart ass mouth and wants to laugh in customers face asked her what was so funny and she said this is funny Told her there is nothing funny about this and she continues to say it's funny. If she did her job right instead of having attitude on the intercom then maybe she wouldn't have made the mistake on not giving me what I asked for and over charging me for extra items but I'm pretty sure she did that on purpose because I didn't get a receipt either had to ask for it.. This new Taco Bell location has the worst customer service EVER!! I just went thru the drive-thru to place a very simple 2 taco order. After giving him my order I was told that there was a very large order ahead of me and it would be over 20 minutes to get my order!! I asked if I could just come in and place my order and he said it would be the same wait time. WoW! read more

I wish I could give this location 0 stars, just moved to the area and have never been so appalled by service. I am not normally one to leave reviews but the service tonight was just ridiculous. Not only was the male on the register at closing tonight incredibly rude and full of attitude upon a question I asked about getting an item separate as opposed to a meal. My order of Cinnabon was frozen when received and didn't even have cinnamon on it, my nachos were missing half the ingredients (pico de Gallo and guacamole). To top it off, not only was I not asked if I wanted sauce, the window was slammed in my Face before I could ask for some. Once I got the workers attention and asked for sauce, he did not respond to me, only grabbed a handful went to give it to me and instead drops them all on the floor outside of the window. I've never seen workers who are so deliberately bad at their jobs. Attempted to call to get a refund but the number was taken down. I hope that if management actually were to be reading about these reviews and concerns that I would be reached out to and reimbursed. Will update in a few says regarding management response. Today January 19, 2022I had taking my car to discount tire which is located right next to the Taco Bell. Being that I had to wait at least an hour for my car my mother and I both decided to order from Taco Bell. I placed the order and we were told to walk up to the board outside state her name that the order name was under and walk to the window. Once my mother which I was unable to walk at the time from knee surgery walked up to the window they told her that that was very dangerous and to walk to the to the door on the other side. After doing so three people came out the door after she had been waiting for at least 10 minutes ask her the name of the order she told each one of them and they then told her that they were just been making the order, which it had at this time already been 30 minutes since I had placed the order. Not only were they unprofessional but they got the order completely wrong. They even refused to answer the phone whenever you called him we were told there's only three of us so we're not answering the phones. When they first opened the workers were nice and they would get your order right. Now it's horrible! We went though the drive though, got home and looked at our order there was hardly any meat. I called and talked to the manager and he said that we would replace those thee items. When we went to go pick up the replaced items the next day. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited in my 50 years of Taco Bell experience in locations all over the country. I can usually count on TB to give me a consistently uniform product quickly when I don't have time for a full-service restaurant. This one is a "none-of-the-above" store. 11:54 AM on June 20: lots of folks waiting for orders but I was able to place my order relatively quickly. Since I was "dining in" I went to the soda dispenser to get my beverage. Ice machine was not working. I took a sip and the mix was far off there was Asked the cashier for ice and got a cup filled to the brim with ice. Dumped some of the ice and topped off my cup with Dr Pepper, or thought I did. The mix was so far off it could have been any dark soda coloring the water. Flavor was near-pure carbonated water. Back to the cashier, "Dr Pepper mix is way off. Will you dump this and give me more ice?" Not only did she dump it, she brought back a cup full of dark liquid that tasted remarkably like the original. I saw her dump the one I handed her so the drive-thru machine had the same mix. Asked her to dump that one telling her it was the same and just give me ice. There were 2 other customers plying the same Dr Pepper game with the same results. Okay, got tea and took a seat to wait for my order, #8, 3 crunchy tacos. The group, 2 couples, that had been ahead of me in line were sitting at the table across from me. I waited, and waited, and waited. 18 minutes in someone from the kitchen put a paper bag on the counter and called an unintelligible name. I watched for a couple of minutes and nobody picked up the order so I went up and asked the same young lady who had taken my order if that was it. It was not marked in any way with a name or order number. She looked in the bag and said 3 tacos? Told her that I guess it's might but mine was not for carryout. I took the tacos out of the bag and put them on a tray, returned to my table. By this time, a lady and her pre-teen daughter had occupied the table to my right. She asked me how long I had waited for my order so I told her. She was amazed. So I'm eating "my" tacos when I observed a young man approach the counter and ask if his order was ready yet. "What was your order?" "3 crunchy tacos." Aha! Mr. Unintelligible whose tacos I was eating! Oh well, they quickly replaced his order. The 2 couples who were ahead of me was now 26 minutes into waiting for their order and the lady with the girl is getting more impatient. 30 minutes in I hear "Gordon, order for Gordon," and a try with 3 crunchy tacos is set on the counter. Not surprisingly, nobody claimed my tacos. A full 30 minutes to prepare an order of 3 tacos! The next day I went to Tacobell.com/contact and sent an email partially outlining my experience. I say partially because the email is limited to 1200 characters and it's obvious my story takes much more. So I delete enough of the message to include a request to contact me because I could not fully explain. No contact. A week later I sent another email referencing the original and repeated my request for a contact. Today, 18 days later, I call the customer service number and request a contact. "Have you requested someone contact you?" "Yes, twice so far." She asked for my phone number so she could "look me up". She found me! No explanation why I have not been contacted. Said she would "put in" a request that someone contact me. "If nobody has contacted you by next week call me back and I will escalate it." I will edit this review when/if I am or am not contacted. I would give this place zero stars if possible. The employees are slow moving, takes 30 minutes to make a single taco or burrito. The employees in the back are inappropriate even when they can see customers looking at them. It's already dirty and has only been open a month. Save your money! You can get better service, food and cleanliness from any of the fast food places next door. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst! What a shame! read more

wife and I stopped in for dinner mistake 1 we asked for some changes to the item NO souer cream soft not hard taco NO lettuce . well that did not happen when we asked to fix it we got back WRONG again and cold well we left and went to BK down the street. very sad there was over 6 people working there at 425 pm and all i herd was arguing and still got it wrong read more

If I could give this Taco Bell a negative star, I would. I have gone there 3 times with hope that they would get better. They have messed up my order every time. I ordered food for my family today for lunch and waited inside the store for 40 minutes after I ordered because they were only taking care of the drive through and not the dine in customers. This Taco Bell was great. Fast line good service polite and fresher food than most TB.

I'm always incredibly respectful and nice to people who work in the food business as I do myself. The people here were just rude, careless and unprofessional. They overcharged us on our order and I respectively let them know. I didn't ask for a refund or anything else, just let them know. They did not care at all, I get I shouldn't expect a good attitude for fast food. However if I put in the work to be kind, the least I deserve is a good attitude in return. read more
