Pizza Hut has all the ingredients and ability to make a really excellent pizza. You just can't get them to do it. There's no way to get a loaded pizza at this place (go to Pizza Factory). The more toppings you order, the less you get of each one, but they still charge the amount per topping price. That is a bonafide scam. Pizza Hut advertised the family box special for $25 both on a banner outside of the store and on their menu. I ordered two. There were 10 of us eating so we sat inside the restaurant and ate. After lunch, I went to pay and it was $85. I inquired as to how 25×2 came out to $85. She said their restaurant menu prices were not updated yet so we were charged $30 each. It still did not explain how we made it to $84. Then she explained there is a 20% gratuity added to parties of 10 or more which was not told to us to begin with. Still, with taxes it didn't add up. Then she explained there was a charge for ranch dressing for the wings... That was it. What a bunch of bullshit this place is a rip off. I will not be back. Its Pizza Hut - tastes just like Pizza Hut anywhere but the convenient online ordering and pick up window is what makes this great. Who knew this long standing fixture of Show Low would have the forward thinking to have a drive-up window. Perfect for a pandemic world - all the workers wore masks, definitely a plus given the number of unmasked residents we have seen here. Pizza and pasta were hot- ready on time- and hit the spot. Very Disappointing experience. We have not been to Pizza Hut in a few years and decided to try it last night. We were there about 7:30 p.m. and there were two other tables eating. We stood and waiting approximately ten minutes for someone to come out of the back and seat us. Two or three employees walked by and completely ignored us. My husband finally walked behind the counter into the back and asked if we could be seated. The waitress came out and seated us and took our order. We ordered salad bar and what a disappointment that was. They had lettuce and spinach, peppercini's, carrots sticks, olives, green peppers, and green onions. No tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. The pizza we ordered was a little doughy and underdone. The only good thing about the whole experience was the wings we ordered. Won't be going back to the local Show Low, AZ Pizza Hut anytime soon. read more

I have ordered drive thru 3 times online at the Show Low location. The first time was excellent, the 2nd the worker asked how much tip are you leaving (I had paid on line already). On Jan 20th I received great service at the window however my car seat got greasy and the box was awful. We ate one piece each and tossed the rest...awful! We haven't been to a Pizza Hut to dine in for quite awhile and I now know why. They probably ought to close the doors and just stick to delivery. The staff was friendly but the place was disgusting. Thought about getting a salad from the salad bar until I looked and the lettuce was totally empty and there was more salad stuff sitting on top of the counter area than there was in the containers themselves. Sat down at a table and it appeared a pizza disaster must've occurred on the window blinds recently. We showed up about 40 min before the lunch Buffett ended, and we were blown away by the array of pizza choices and how fresh all of them were. My husband and I never once got up there to grab more pizza and left the serving area disappointed. The servers were very busy but extremely kind. Came here last week to pick up a pizza for my wife and I. It was your normal mediocre pizza hut pie that you will find anywhere in the country. The problem came when I checked my credit card statement. I don't usually check quite that closely but I was throwing out some receipts. I checked my statement only to find out that the people working the cash register had doubled the tip. The most offensive part to me is that I had already tipped over 20% Stealing from me is a hell of a way to say thanks I guess. When I called they said that I can come in to get the difference back, and the manager was ok about it, but treated it as mostly a non issue. When you employees are stealing from your customers it is not a non issue. Don't come here unless you want to be robbed. read more

We came for a buffet, the food was dry & old, they didn't have plates out for either the pizza or salad, they never brought any fresh pizza out & the lettuce looked old. This is probably my worse review ever. Where to start, where to start. Well it smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in I'm not sure how many years. The staff, hate to say it, looked as though they possibly haven't showered. I'm sure their good people but... It took 6 min to even be sat. Once we were sat it took a good 15 min to even get water or someone to acknowledge us. It took another 20 odd minutes for the food to come out which is understandable for any pizA place. We got the garlic knot pizza and stuff crust. The highlight of the night was the garlic knots. Everything else was soggy or severely undercooked. Couldn't even ask for it to be taken back bc the the waiter had not sure how many smoke breaks during our time sitting down. When the dude gave us our bill he put it on the table and walked away without another word. We were like, "sir, sir" and the dude act like he didn't hear us. And as poor as this was I don't necessarily blame it on the staff. I'd blame management. This is a direct reflection of poor training, leadership, or employee development. I'm not trying to cost anyone their job, but good hell this was first class horse crap training and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you like the smell/look/feel of an old roller skating, grungy, I'm from the 70's. I will not be back to this locale. read more

Service is decent, but the crew all seems like they just wanna go home. The place looks like it's closed. Chairs on tables and everything... It was barely 6 o'clock. Closed the salad bar early, so they lost out on sales. The soda really tastes terrible, like the machine or the lines to be cleaned. I ordered two Large pizza's from Pizza Hut. The first pizza was thin crust with double cheese, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. The thin crust tasted like cardboard and there was absolutly no pizza sauce on the pizza so it was very dry no double cheese and very skimpy on the toppings. The second pizza was the same way again cardboard tasting crust and no sauce on the pizza at all. The toppings which were pepperoni,Italian sausage,green peppers,onions,mushrooms and jalapenos were very skimpy. In all both were very poor excuses for pizzas not worth the $44.48 they overcharged me. I could have got better pizza's at Little Ceasers for half the price. Evan frozen pizza,s at Walmart are better. I will definatly pass the word around Show low and facebook about the quality of Pizza Hut pizzas. read more
