The food was good. The experience was not. The Pizza Hut App sucks so that is not part of my rant here. The ABSOLUTE ZOMBIE that eventually met me at the register was... unbelievable. The "transaction" if you want to call it that took a few minutes as she comically tried to make the fingerprint scanner thing work so I could be helped. I thought my order included two items but because of the crappy app, there was only one. I figured out what happened and accepted what was delivered after my own investigation (as is proper?). Three or four minute interaction occurred, and I heard not a single coherent word from the lady who "helped" me. No eye contact. Not the typical teenager who doesn't care. A mature person who didn't appear to know where they were or care whatsoever. I benefitted because I was not overcharged, only under-delivered. But OMG what a poor experience. read more

I gave this business high marks just weeks ago. Now I hope everyone reads this updated review....as our second experience was atrocious!!!! First of all, we called during the week and before 5pm....so NOT a busy time. We were placed on hold for over 7 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. I could BARELY understand the person speaking on the other end of the line. When I arrived to pick up our pizza, it was half cooked. The price was outrageous! And then, my husband I and had apparent food poisoning for 2 days. I would think that it wont be long before this place ends up closing with all of the new eateries being brought to town. Sanger STILL needs a fantastic pizza place, tho! read more

Tried them again after being disappointed before. Fool me once . . . This location is the cheapest ever. Paid for extra cheese. Didn't get it. Paid for extra mushrooms. Didn't get it. Basically just one piece of beef per slice. If you're going to sell thin bits of cheese on crust, don't call it pizza. read more

Ordered 2 hours ago can't get ahold of the store and all I get is foreign people trying to transfer me I'll never buy Pizza Hut again

Ordered a pizza at 8pm. Told it would be delivered in an hour. The hour comes and goes, no pizza, no updates on the app. Call the store, no answer. Called central support and wait on hold while they try to reach the store. Call disconnects after 15 min. Attempt to call the store again and again no answer. Call central back and get order cancelled as it's been 1:45 since the order was placed. 5 min after the order is canceled the order arrives cold. Will not be ordering from this location again. read more

What a joke of a place. On Friday night at 8PM, they do not have drivers. On top of that, when I called they informed me they only have enough food to make two more pizzas. It's bad enough that they are always out of crust, but this takes the cake. Sanger would be better off if they just left our beautiful city. The business owner should be ashamed. My two cents... Pizza is amazing, but there is a slight problem because they don't deliver to where I live so every time we order we have to go pick it up.

I don't wanna make it sound like Pizza Hut does this all the time or anything ... but if they seriously don't even give the customer a call after 2 HOURS !!! That is very poor customer service ! They even took my point away and I didn't receive anything . And y'all gotta understand I was baked asf . So I was hungry af if you know what I mean . I legit waited for hours .... fuckin disappointed. read more

So... Ordered a pizza last night for the UFC fight (although I don't really care for pizza any longer) and receive this gem. I promptly call them regarding their pizza mess and are told they will give me a credit. As to not waste the credit, I call tonight during the Cowboys game for my credited pizza. Two associates later, I think we have a pizza on its way. Perhaps it's just me but goofed up pizza = next free pizza = pizza tonight. I suppose I should check the box tonight (assuming they come AND get it right! Haha) read more

Pizza Hut - Hmmm... Just got this delivered tonight... Did someone else already snack on this? - Pizza Near Me - Sanger, Texas

Placed an order at 1 PM on a Wednesday and they called me to say that they had no delivery drivers to take my order to me. Let me say that again; NO DELIVERY DRIVERS at a pizza delivery place during lunchtime on a Wednesday. Sounds like the managers either don't know how to do their jobs or they just have crappy employees. Don't waste your time ordering from this Pizza Hut. You'll just be disappointed. Order Dominoes right across the street. Never had an issue from there period. read more

I've been a customer for a while now, and I've always forgiven many mistakes from forgetting toppings to uncooked soggy dough because it's close, convenient and the pizza is always decent even when they get it wrong. Buuut... Tonight takes the cake. I have a small baby gate with a functional, easy to use door that fences in my patio so my 8 month old puppy can run around and doesn't get out. I always make sure to leave the gate open when expecting delivery to make sure it's as easy as possible but tonight I heard a huge commotion outside and opened the door to find the delivery guy and my gate knocked down and sprawled across the patio, and after I closed the door, more clanging banging, and smashing, came back out to find the gate broken and hastily jammed back into place... Come on guys, it's a baby gate, not rocket science, and if you knock it down, don't break the damn thing trying to put it back. http://m.imgur.com/Stz6LR0,0VlfYPL read more

They have a deal going on with 7.99 3 topping pizzas. The guy on the phone didn't know what we were talking about and got one of our pizzas wrong. They didn't put very much cheese, sauce, or toppings on our pizza. The cheese crust wasn't included in the deal. Won't be going there again. read more

Nasty defines this business. We watched in horror as filthy employees handled raw chicken wings bare handed. One employee hoped up and sat her butt on a prep table and ate her Taco Bell ON THE PREP TABLE! The "manger's" hair was just nasty, shirt soiled and pants looked as though the had NEVER been washed. My wife was so appalled, she went and waited in the car, swearing not to eat the wings I ordered or anything from that place. Will never go there again. read more

It's Pizza Hut...it's pretty, pretty, pretty good! This is not a dine-in restaurant, rather carry-out and delivery only.

I LOVE Pizza Hut. It is important that anyone reading this understands that. This Pizza Hut, however, does not live up to the standard. I travel for a living and Pizza Hut is always my go to. Always. But here in my home town, it's truly embarrassing. Our "hand tossed" pizza, looked like flatbread and all of the toppings were in the center of the pizza. So disappointing. When I'm home, I'll stick with Dominos. read more

I've tried using this Pizza Hut several times since they have opened, it's sad that for a small town this is the quality we get. I ordered the pizza on line at a little before two,, the estimated delivery time was 3:10,,, the store is dirty, the phone goes to somewhere in India to a call center, I've been in the pick up line and have always heard someone complaining or upset with their order. Who ever owns this place should get evolved and make things right or just close and spare us the headache ,,, read more

It would have been five stars if the flavors of my chicken were apparent. I ordered lemon pepper and parmesan and couldn't taste which was which. Other than that chicken alfredo amazing and the calzone delicious. read more

Ordered deep dish pan pizzas and received hand tossed. Took the pizzas back in and were told that was "this location's" deep dish. So apparently this isn't a full franchise or they're full of sh*t. read more

Every time I order anything (pizza, bread sticks, cheese bread, etc), it is greasy and the boxes are soaked with grease. My family end up sick every time. We use to live Pizza Hut but the one in Sanger is horrible. We go to other places for our pizza. read more

I ordered the big box deal with 3 pizzas I received 3 round pizzas instead of the square ones not a big deal. Then we pick them up they fall apart cause there not cooked all the way through and the sauce taste sour like it had been sitting out for days. read more

Awesome customer service last night we ordered a couple of pizzas and when we arrived we found out there was an extended power outage in Sanger at which time we left our name and number with the manage and told him we would just wait til the next evening not to worry. When I called to place our order for this evening the manager thanked us for being understanding like there was a reason to get upset I have never gotten service from any Pizza Hut I will definitely return to this location and the pizzas were GREAT read more
