For me personally this is the only Pizza Hut I'll ever go to. Without naming specifics this is the only Pizza Hut where I received good service and accommodation for their mistakes. The workers are extremely nice and were extremely helpful. The only thing about eating Pizza Hut for me is that the price even with the deals have gotten pretty expensive. However, I don't believe any other pizza can fulfill the craving I have for Pizza Hut not Costco, not dominos, but only Pizza Hut. The speed of cooking time here is reasonably fast even with a big order, and the Cajun dry rub wings are amazing. Although I do feel they are always a little over cooked and dry but it really does add to the flavor of the dry rub. Nice crispy wings and super crunchy even after the drive home. Consistently have good pizza. We always use the online website to order and pick up or sometimes we have it delivered when we're feeling fancy. Pizza hut breadsticks are amazing as always. We always get it, wish it was cheaper though, but the price just keeps going up and up and up. Not the Pizza Hut you have fond memories of. I remember going to this Pizza Hut for their infamous deep dish style pizza where the crust was deep fried in oil and covered in cheese in the 90's and early 2000's . A dense, cheesy, and artery clogging treat. In 2022, this is not the case. My pizza was a combination of unproportionally large dry crust and barely covered with cheese center disc. A huge disappointment as I always vouch for Pizza Hut as my favorite pizza chain from the past. Since there wasn't enough cheese to cover the pizza, the marinara sauce's acidic taste is what lingers on your taste buds. The crust was so dry, I felt the need to dunk my pizza in water like the professionals at the annual hotdog eating contest. Thankfully, I am not a savage and just ate my dry crust like a normal person. The amount of pepperoni was good though. The crispy and salty slices of circular delight helped soften the disappointment. They are quick in making your pizza though, so that's why they get an additional star. The hubs and I called in and ordered 1 large pizza with 2 toppings, total came out to be under $12, its def a steal compared to the build your own pizza joints. After placing my order, I was able to pick up my pizza within 15 mins, and when I brought it back home, it was still piping hot, def hit the spot for the both of us. They called to let us know: (1) they encountered an issue, (2) our pizzas were on the way, and (3) they gave us an extra 3 topping pizza and a side of breadsticks. My mom wanted to eat pizza, so told me to order Pizza Hut because it was the nearest place. It's been over a year since I ate their pizza, so I decided to give them another chance. I will say that they have improved since then, but I still wouldn't order from them unless my mom tells me to. They now put a white sheet under the pizza to absorb some of the oil, and the cheese sticks come in a box instead of a bag. The pizza slices are also cut quite evenly, but the toppings are obviously not fresh. Today..again, the elderly lady that works at this Pizza Hut location keeps making pizzas with no gloves while touching common areas of the kitchen. To top it off the f....g place got at 'A' rating from Public Health. They need to go unannounced and with no badge/I.D. to check this place. I'm cutting it off and won't go again till they make her use gloves like the other workers do. I asked the guy who took my order when I saw she came out and started prepping my order. I told the guy I wanted him to make my order but he needed to get rid of the one she was making because I was not going to take it. Let me start by saying that I went on yelp to search for a Pizza Hut that would deliver to my house, (I'm still new to this area SGV) and seeing all the bad reviews this location had, I had no choice but to give them a try..and see for myself..
